Also, I would disagree that that work is "iconic". It's the subject of a very popular joke in the anime fandom, but that doesn't make it iconic.

Adult works can and are allowed, but usually only so long as the porn does not outweigh the work and it otherwise complies with The Content Policy and the 5P Circuit. Which, if the memes are any indication, Boku no Pico doesn't.
