I wouldn't think they would be, they are basically blogs in video form. I suppose exceptions might be made if they were fronted by someone with a formal qualification in the relevant field, or sponsored by a larger media entry, though. If it is just some guy giving their thoughts, then probably not.

Ones like Folding Ideas or Lindsay Ellis who actually have backgrounds in film studies, do researched essays, and have a multi-person production team would be credible in my opinion, but random person yelling into a webcam #3 whose expertise in the field stems from reading TVT... less so.
