Silver and gold, silver and goldIt's not really Ignorant About Fire, which is ignorance about fire itself. What I'm thinking of is somebody who knows that fire is dangerous, but cannot be bothered with the proper fire drill procedure, perhaps saying "it's only a drill, so it doesn't matter".
Ah, I assumed you meant "lack of attention to detail" in the ignorance sense rather than the Skewed Priorities sense. There is Success Through Insanity, though IDK how related that would be to this (assuming that the focus is more on how people interact during the drill).
