Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.

The Feathered Dragons entry was first added by said editor, not you. In my opinion, it should be okay for you to add back, as you were previously uninvolved. Now, if said editor removed it again, then they'd be edit warring - and if you added it back, you'd be edit warring too.
In other words:
Troper A: Adds entry, later deletes entry.
Troper B: Re-adds entry.
Troper A: Deletes entry again - At this point, Troper A is edit warring.
Troper B: Re-adds entry again - Troper B is now edit warring as well.
When re-adding, I would suggest putting that Word of God has confirmed the manes are feathers and including a link to the post in the edit reasons.
Edited by Paradoxic(me, the editor) yeah feel free to remove it.
After a quick search, I found out that Aberrations have loose feathers around them in when they're defeated in Coliseum, and just found a source right now in the Aberration Gene Error Thread where Undel called the stuff around their shoulders "feathers".
So... oops.

In Flight Rising , the entry for Feathered Dragons was removed from Abberations because the editor thought it didn’t look enough like feathers. The Abberation’s mane has since been directly referred to by Undel, the site’s lead artist, as feathers. I added the entry back but deleted it since I didn’t want to accidentally edit war. Sorry if I’ve messed up, it slipped my mind. Is it okay to re-add the trope since the dragons are confirmed to be feathered?
