Considering There Is No Such Thing as Notability, I'm inclined to say that the reason those other pages don't exist is because nobody thought to make them, not because of any rules against them.

It's normal for continuations (sequels) to have own pages.
There's no reason Index can't have pages for Testament and Genesis.

Gaston has it right. This is a wiki, so the only thing keeping people from doing similar with the with Light Novel works is a lack of interest.

Shin High School D×D is simply a continuation of the last arc of High School D×D, so I don't really feel that it needs its own page. After all, A Certain Magical Index doesn't have separate pages for New Testament or Genesis Testament, both of which have a lot more content than Shin at this point.
