Going by the cut reason, Music.Nonpoint was cut for not having enough tropes with example context. If you can remake the page with enough examples with context, it should be safe to remake.

Asking for an exception is such a red flag. Nor is it needed, the page is safe to recreate as long as it launches in sufficient quality.
