Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
In its current stage, it's useless anyway, and seems to be unsalvageable. Better just send it to cut list. If we ever find out where it was supposed to belong, it would be easier to do everything from scratch anyway.
It seems like it was meant to be a comment on the trope.
Evil Nerd — Hmm...
Borderline ZCE, check.
First-person writing, check.
Poor grammar and sentence structure, check.
Failing to pothole a work page to a trope entry, check.
Lacking punctuation, check.
Using Internet lingo like "idk" or "omg" in edits, check.
Cutlist the page, PM the editor who made it before they make a second edit, tell them to come over here and get a clear grasp on how this website works
V Ok, how about, "before they make another grammatically incorrect edit?"
Edited by RobertTYLRobert, you have got to stop with the passive aggressive ATT comments. You're not actually helping anyone with them.
"Before things get ugly"? What does that even mean?
Seriously, tone it down.
Passive aggressiveness aside, Robert is right. The page is in rather poor quality and was likely made by a novice editor who doesn't quite know how character pages work. Since this appears to be their first edit, I think that they should have a PM sent to them explaining why their edit doesn't follow the site guidelines.
Y'ALL JUST GOT SHREKTIs Tomura Shigaraki really an example of Evil Nerd? If so, that could be put on the main page.
Keet cleanupNot really. At most he used some video-game lingo in one appearance. Other than that he's not really a nerd, just very weird.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessBigger question is, do tropes get character pages? I thought was only for works pages.
I didn't choose the troping life, the troping life chose meI don't think tropes can get character pages.
THE GOLDEN AGE WILL RETURN AGAIN!They don't, but it looks like the page has already been cutlisted.
Robert, this is the fifth time you've left aggressive comments on ATT, and you've been warned about being civil before.
You should probably stop commenting on queries until you get your tone under control.
I found that the trope page for Evil Nerd has a character page that has no connection to a work with the same title, speaking about a character from My Hero Academia. I'm wondering what to do about it or how one would go about fixing the issue.
