You still need to go to Image Pickin first. If you have one suggestion for a page, then you can add it to the Image Suggestion Thread stickied at the top, but if you have multiple suggestions for one page you need to start a thread for that page.
There is a caveat. If a page has a note on it that there have already been threads discussing that page (you'll only see this in edit mode), you need to start a new thread regardless.

All this being said, pics on Moments pages tend to come under sharper scrutiny because they have a chronic history of being varying levels of sucky. If you're thinking about pics for those pages, I'd err on the side of caution and bring them through IP.
Also, only add one image to a Moments page, even if there's multiple folders.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.

For pages that are currently without images (such as Nightmare Fuel, Tear Jerker, etc.) do potential images still require going through Image Pickin' first, or can an image be added to these pages without prior approval?
