Does anyone else think the little girl character sounds like a precious cinnamon roll? 
Because she sounds adorbs...even if she's isn't sure how to continue her pitch for an April Fools gag. (Which might probably be the point?)
(I wonder if she was this other precious cinnamon roll somewhat all grown up.)

I don't think so—the voice is too young. Even with a filter, a teenager probably wouldn't stumble over their words like that.

This is kind of old (2009), but I just stumbled upon it and I'm more surprised than I should be at this point. "Seriality, the Literary and Database in Homestar Runner: Some Old Issues in New Media". A scholarly paper about how the entire Homestar Runner body of work fits into the development history of hypertext narratives and internet-based fiction—how it broke predictions of the narrative potential of Flash animation and offered a resolution to what some scholars believed was an intractable conflict between "database" and "narrative".
So since Stinkoman will apparently get its last level this year... was the initial lack of a last level deliberate, or did they really lose track of it all this time?
