The Eevee entry would definitely be a doozy... maybe it should be a colaborative effort, like the Tropius article?
The Danse Macabre CodexThe Nidoran entry is going well and getting more readier every time I face a new issue!— but surprise... I'm holding it off while I work out their habitat (to even things a little). I still plan to publish it tomorrow, Monday tops to take advantage of the holiday here. In the meantime if there is anything particular that you want me to consider for the Hoothoot entry please let me know.
Half-joke, half-serious: has anybody worked something about those weird spinning tiles?
Also about the junk pixels thing, I'm sure the whole thing is just very advanced Unicode trickery.

Fanfic Recs orwellianretcon'd: cutlocked for committee or for Google?...spinning tiles...?
Yeah, you know, that things that you walk in and you get whirly and go around wooooshh!!! (The ones in the last Kanto Gym, I think?
Also, what an incredibly quick response! Are you... watching me?
Fanfic Recs orwellianretcon'd: cutlocked for committee or for Google? No stalking I swear
I'm just watching my email for something from school, so I'm refreshing that tab and this one because I have nothing better to do while I wait.
You mean the ones in the Rocket Hideout and Viridian Gym? I always though they we're freaky kenetic conveyor belts.
Dunno why they make you spin, though.
Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!It's MAGIC.
Formerly known as Crow T. Robot. It's cool and may not have any ground in reality for the same reason it's unlikely that an Escape Rope makes you spin in place and fly through the ceiling.
Working on the Cranidos/Shieldon lines right now... did someone say that there was a Jurassic Park-esque sort of preserve in the show?
Formerly known as Crow T. Robot.OK with the whirly thingies then.
I'm working on Hoothoot entry a bit, inspecting the mechanics of their sight. So far I have decided that they have to be at least pentachromats (even if such ability is only optionally triggered) and that the eyes or the eyebrow structure in Noctowl's head probably emits or reflects "black light" or some other long-range UV frequency to aid in their vision. I might be a bit off regarding the anime and manga canon, but do any of them give special distinction to their ability to see ghosts or hidden things (beyond the fact that they can learn Foresight)? Also I'm working on trying to throw in the "Johto Pokémon but not found in Johto" thing and I think I have a viable way of doing it.
And I'm almost ready with the Nido entry.

Fanfic Recs orwellianretcon'd: cutlocked for committee or for Google? Not exactly like Jurassic Park, but they do have reservoir for breeding Sheildon.
Also don't forget to mention that Cranidos are herbivores, you won't believe how many people think that Cranidos are carnivores.
Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!^ The Pokedex says otherwise.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Yeah, it does say it beats down prey.
Hell, if we have Raichu hunting, why the hell not.
But the Pokedex's information should be taken with a grain of salt, unless you can show me a flying Garchomp.
Did anyone call Combee? If not I'll call it.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.I'm tempted to make a reference to Houndoom with Combees in their mouths so when they Roar they shoot flaming Combees at you.
^^^ This is Pokedex improvement, not throwing everything inside it out the window.
Garchomp's flying is probably closer to high-speed gliding.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Reading the Gible line's entry, it definitely makes more sense relating it to gliding.
I've got to stop rushing in like this...
In my entry, I said that Cranidos are primarily herbivorous, but every once in a while a Rampardos will go after a small animal for protein. Also, details on that Shieldon preserve-thing?
However, Shieldon/Cranidos won't be up for a while... (10 days or so)
Formerly known as Crow T. Robot.^ Doesn't the in-game Dex entry imply that members of the Cranidos line hunted on a fairly frequent basis though?
Let's play a game about Pokémon...Maybe that entry is based on real life inaccuracies that happen to dinosaurs? It looks like a predator, and without a proper subject to study assumptions were made.
I don't know... I'm a dinosaur fan myself. They're based on pachycephalosaurs, so they're herbivores.
Formerly known as Crow T. Robot. Also, for Saffron writeup- is it the capital of the nation? I asked this a while back with no response...
Formerly known as Crow T. Robot.
^I would totally do that if I knew how to make all those junk pixels.
