Say what you want about if it looks cute or too cute, they were going for a distinct art style and they achieved it. I can respect that.
GLORIOUS
Kirby's had quite a few games over the years; it's just that he's geared for small children, beginning gamers, and people with no fear of cute things, so he tends to slip under the general gaming radar a bit. That and he has tended to deliver games late in the console in question's life cycle in order to deliver some really gorgeous graphics.
I see sew much potential here.
Congratulations! you got me to post. I lurk all the time so this is rare....OK, I'm sold.
^^ Surely you can't be serious.

Quite true about the graphics things. I was replaying some Kirby 64 The Crystal Shards stuff recently, trying to complete my card collection, and I was surpised—watching some of the in-engine cutscenes, too—about just how pretty that game is. It may be on the N64, but it's still gorgeous.
And I have yet to meet a site that offers a full, complete list of what every enemy does while being held, as opposed to copy powers.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaI loved Kirby 64 to death. The areas were so neat, and I enjoyed being able to grab a flying thing and then get taken into the sky. I like being able to blend powers too. That was fun.
Acid Rain is ruining the environment! Don't persue the dying in bad weather! This game reminds me sort of of 64, with the best of Canvas Curse's genre-bustin' powers.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaSo what are the chances that one of the bosses is a giant pair of scissors? Possibly a giant, evil, possessed pair of scissors?
I'm still voting for the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
I'm hoping that the story involves the Big Bad turning Pop Star into it's own personal quilt. And that blob with the powers of a God trying to turn Pop Star back to normal.
And I'm hoping to see MK and DDD in this.

Yep, I'm still here. When I saw the blue ally I only thought one thing and one thing only:
"King Dedede? What happened to you, man?"
Think about it.

When All Else Fails, you have fun and flirt wit da ladies, dats da Drawings way!It looks like a Kirby that copied King Dedede. But I like the idea of co-op. I hope we can have multiple people play.
Acid Rain is ruining the environment! Don't persue the dying in bad weather! For some reason, I keep imagining angry-royal-blue-Kirby as a Beleaguered Assistant to be the foil to Kirby's keet.
And that's cute.
This looks...really weird. I like the yarn whip, but I'm not big on the whole "swinging puzzle" idea. I'm reserving judgment until I play the game.
Coop-Partner is American Kirby dipped in blue paint.
That's why he's angry all the time.

Umbran Climax◊Prince Fluff made me immediately think of Hewpoe◊, as I have said before.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaIt's been in a few "Impressions" articles I've read.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaDamnit nintendo has once again found its way to my heart and by extension my wallet... I am so gonna buy this game and hope that someone somewhere makes a huggable plushie of Tank!Kirby
