I've been thinking of getting back into the covens and media. After all, I used to just be the guy who necro'd the covens, before I became a Shipping regular.

Strangely, I rarely use the gaming threads. I want to start using them, along with the ones for comics and movies. I just really need to branch out. Most of my watched threads are in YF, and I hardly use anything else.
Oh, the covens are super dead. I used to be one of the only reasons why they were still alive.

I stopped posting in the forum games when half of them stared getting creepy with people posting about their yandere waifus or wouldn't shut up about power levels. It's been a while, though, so maybe they've gotten better.

Pretty much all the forum games now are just "Describe the above avatar in wacky situations!" so I doubt it.

Dunno about yandere waifus, but the fighting games seem to be 'you're OP or you're dead' a lot of the time.
Closely-related thought; I don't really see the appeal of playing ridiculously over-powered characters. I guess it can be cathartic, but it seems like it'd get boring quickly.

I dunno, I still enjoy going to the forum games. The amount of Ocs as avatars is a bit weird, though. I mainly just end up going to the ones involving tropers rather than the ones involving avatars.
