This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Sounds like you have been so nonconstructive in the past that you freaked yourself out. You have been stepping on more toes in your one day back than most people do in years. Yes, please do refrain from editing until you have an opportunity to absorb the culture a little better. It is all about collaboration.
Remind us on Monday, March 4 and we'll drop the editing suspension.

A week? I'm not happy about this but I don't have any room to complain. I'll use the time to study the rules more thoroughly.
In the meantime, I see no reason why I should have PMs disabled. Yes, I broke yet another rule about divulging PM content. Thanks for leaving me to my own devices to figure it out. I apologize, I thought it was OK given the context, I won't make an excuse in the future (really, shouldn't these punishments go to repeat offenders?). But I can't even check my inbox now, and I have this annoying green banner saying I have a new PM. Which I can't see who it's from or what's in it. There's a bit of irony here.

I wonder why I was edit banned. The last edit I made was adding the Babylon Rogues to the Nominal Hero page, whereas Komodin claims they are Anti Heroes. I want to edit again.

Apparently I'm edit banned.
One of my first thoughts upon learning that I am banned was to see if there was anything relevant to it in Ask The Tropers and a couple discussion pages, but they're hidden behind the ban barrier. It seems counterproductive to block visibility of discussion.

Westrim: Could you help us understand why you removed the cautions in admin comments on Ambiguous Disorder not to make examples about Aspberger's Syndrome? Obviously, it is a point we wanted to make about the trope and since you removed it, there have been multiple instances of such entries that had to be removed.
Also, looking through your edit history there are a lot deletions that look like they done because you don't get/approve of the humour.

Wha-? That was over a year ago, so give me some time to clear the cobwebs.
Okay, it looks like I exchanged some messages with Cryptic Mirror back when it happened, and that led to the reason; redundancy. The message was repeated three times, so I trimmed it down to one. It had been a while since a switch in titles which the messages predated, and I reasoned that a person who missed one message right at the top wasn't likely to see the other two grouped with it. In addition the two were specifically about autism, which the intro no longer mentioned. They seemed like they were as much an artifact as any other mention of autism on the page.
I can't recall deleting anything because I didn't find it humorous. Most of my entry trims are to make them more clear and less cluttered, which may mean that a joke gets removed, but I try to preserve droll writing.

Blanking Wendell And Vinnie instead of cutlisting it or moving it to the proper namespace. Page blanking is never tolerated.
There was nothing else I could do. I didnt know whether delete tags existed here like The Other Wiki. I was never warned that page blanking was intolerable, especially in this context (Poor grammar, misformatted, no tropes listed). Moving it to the right namespace is not applicable here. There's no way "cutlisting" is on YKTTW. No non-admin knows what "cutlisting means. Obviously if blanking a page under any circumstance cant be tolerated, saying something about how I mean no harm wouldn't have done anything to prevent this ludicrous suspension. I would like my suspension lifted ASAP.

See, you were doing great until you got to 'ludicrous'. Like the page says, we use these suspension to bring people in and point them toward what works better than what they are doing. It is not about you. It is about the editing.
YKTTW is a very small section of the site, kind off to one side. The wiki has a great more to it than that. Please have a look at Welcome To TV Tropes and get familiar with rest of the way things work.

To whom it may concern, I have obviously done a wrong to warrant a banning, to which is I am incredibly sorry about. I would like to know exactly what where the grounds for by Banning, so I can avoid the pitfalls that lead to it and continue being a member of the community. Maybe some specific example so I can understand better the reasoning and in the future make sure I won’t repeat the same problems.

It appears you uncommented entries on Characters.Naruto-Team 7 marked with a %% note. Those entries are called Zero Context Examples because they do not sufficiently explain a trope's usage and are generally subpar. We are trying really hard to stop them from spreading, and shifting the culture towards not using them. For that reason, we hide them with a %%, hoping that editors will add some context in the future. It's the best alternative before deletion.
You also removed a note on Characters.Naruto-The Konoha 12 about not adding Boobs Of Steel. Most double quotation notes serve as reminders or instructions to editors. Please don't remove them like that.
Lastly, I see that you appear to have a problem with Zero Context Examples yourself. Just writing a trope without further explaining why and how it applies is something we're trying to avoid, especially on character pages. We have a thread to help you on How To Write An Example.
If you promise to be more careful with %% notes and visit the thread linked above to polish your writing a bit, I can lift the suspension.

The %% just confused me a bit (More to the point, their reason for being there was what confused me) and I can and will work on the Zero Context Examples (Which in highsight makes sense, explaining your reasoning is part of the fun about this, no?) thing as well as you suggest to avoid these kind of problems in the future

I have used a number of accounts (around five, excluding this one which I intend to keep) over my course of using TVtropes. The last one I used has been inactive for at least two-and-a-half years (more likely three). Some usernames I do remember; but the baggage entails some downright stupid and/or offensive comments I have made. I would rather not state them publicly unless absolutely necessary.
Also, since my last post, PM privileges have been disabled for me. -sigh- Yes, I've made some mistakes, but right now I'd really like to resolve this whole affair in a speedy fashion. I'll extend my aforementioned plea bargain to 72 hours.
