I am from the actually small town of Orting. Anyone here from it?
.....No?
Anyone heard of it?
Yes, just now!
Sorry, I had to do it.
I'm almost as far from the west coast as possible. Some of New England has me beat. My attempted "American tropers" thread is far from popular and would like to see some people from the same country at least. And theirs no all east coast thread(but the New yorkers get a ton of people just from there), so can't go there.
I'm baaaaaaackI'm moving to Oregon TOMORROW!

@wikkit: I grew up in Enumclaw (make the horse joke and get it over with, I'm never going back to that town), so I know Orting very well. Used to go bike riding there every summer.

Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes. At least it's enough to warrent that. Atlanta freaked out over ~6 inches once. Called it all sorts of stuff like"snowmagedon", and, my personal favorite, 'Hothlanta'
I'm baaaaaaackUgh, and at least you guys will get an ending to it. Here in Eburg, it's expected to keep snowing for 6 days non-stop. FML.
The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!Take THAT city where my brother lives.
We had snow, and than it changed to rain.
Doesn't nothing ever last forever?
According to my wife and the pictures she sent, there's still enough snow to cover the bumpers on my poor little Elantra. She's been depending on rides from people who have SU Vs and pickup trucks.
Meanwhile, out here in the Arabian Sea, it's pretty darn warm.
That’s the epitome of privilege right there, not considering armed nazis a threat to your life. - SilaswIt was supposed to start snowing hear(New Jersey) a few hours ago.*waits* screw it i'm going to bed.
I'm baaaaaaackIt's still snowing here. Then again, that's nothing new.
The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!What say we do like a Northwest Troper convention thing?
Bump'd for GREAT JUSTICE.
Are there any more conventions coming up in the foreseeable future, or are they all done?
[Placeholder for something snarky]Who is going to Kumoricon 2012?! If you are, look for the TARDIS, that's me.

It's not even about redistributing wealth, so much as the top bracket being a one-way trap for it and we need some way to let it actually flow the other way.
