From looking at the page, the only mention of the hentai was just in the description near the end, and even then it just looks awkward. I'll vote for clean version only.

Previously, the 5P voted to trope only "later versions" of the hentai OVA on this page. As far as I can tell, there is only one version of the hentai. In addition, the Nameless Girl,
whom Hiroshinote has sex with in episode 3, is a rather short kid that was childhood friends with Hiroshi when he was young. Oh, and she hasn't grown an inch since then due to her being a shinigami.
I should note that Dreamcast, PS1, and PS2 versions of the game exist, and they are all Japan-exclusive all-ages releases. Thus, I humbly request the focus of this page shifts from the hentai to the all-ages versions, since the hentai is pedobait.
EDIT: There was also an all-ages version released for Windows PCs. This version is not available on Steamnote but I felt it was worth mentioning.
