As mentioned on the page, that is one that has changed over time:
"Some "Good Guns" in one time period may evolve into "Bad Guns" or vice versa. For example, the futuristic-looking Steyr AUG was made famous by the villains in Die Hard, but variants have since been adopted by law enforcement throughout the world in the decades since and have become more often depicted as "good";"
Guns that were once advanced and futuristic, "bad gun" traits, become more commonplace over time.
Further, this is also mentioned in the Diehard entry: "In particular, The Dragon Karl uses a Steyr AUG, a highly advanced and futuristic looking gun for the time the movie came out (in the years since, variations of it have been adopted by law enforcement and even some militaries around the world, turning it into more of a "good" gun)."

Why is Steyr AUG and other bullpup guns considered suitable for villains?
Maybe I'm too influenced by Counter-Strike but I simply cannot view Steyr AUG as evil.
I can undertand that Eastern bloc guns and some more derelict looking guns can be associated with villains (mostly terrorists and bandits).
On the other hand, there are also technologically advanced villains. But those have a habit of making their own hyperfuturistic blasters instead of using what has alredy been made.
Humankind is like a train. No matter how powerful the locomotive is, it can only travel as fast as its slowest car allows it to.
