I agree with using the colored versions.
Keet cleanupto the colored ratings. As for the MPAA logo. I think the best option would be to do what we did we Trigger and Illumination's logos just recently. Good old white logo against a black background.
The NR rating is fine though, the fact that it's not transparent helps mitigate the problems the other ones have. So I say keep that one for right now.

As is the trouble with flat-black logos, these rating icons are tough to read in Night Vision mode. Color-Coded for Your Convenience versions of the main five ratings exist, but are sparingly used. There's also the issue that I think no colored variant exists for UsefulNotes.Not Rated Rating (which already has a non-transparent box for some reason) and also the logo of the Motion Picture Association itself is flat black with no outline. Thoughts on how to resolve this night-vision kerfuffle? I at least think the colored versions of the ratings are worth checking out.
