This image is literally just of an elderly woman in a nurse cap. That's a textbook JAFAAC, but minus even the caption. I'm frankly at a loss how this could be selected via an Image Pickin' thread in the first place.

Motion to pull and replace with something better.

Surprised this trope isn't NRLEP, considering it's a morality trope.

Pull, not feeling the suggestion.

Current > suggestion if only because you can actually tell she is a nurse and the stormy background does not help her vibe. Meanwhile the suggestion relies entirely on the text.

But current isn't that great either so I won't object to a pull.

I remember it being discussed before, and it was kept on the basis of her Death Glare, but ut's still weak. the suggestion though both because it's text-reliant and because of the NRELP issue.

Trope should be NRLEP. Pull current.

I get "badass", but not "antagonistic". The caption even points to her being protective of the seniors rather than against them.

8.1 or 8.2 could work under This Image Is Not an Example with the right caption.

This Image Is Not an Example is for pics that look like examples going solely by the pic, but aren't actually in the context of the work. It's not for pics that don't illustrate the trope at all.

Basically, using that pic would be illustrating the trope name, but not the trope itself, and would definitely cause misuse.

The suggestions in 8 would be actively misleading. The trope is about evil nurses, while a picture showing one with a weapon would make people think that it's about badass nurses, and the trope name wouldn't help either.
