Weak to current. Don't super like how it feels like it's just Batman and Shaggy's show but compared to the former this looks like a real promotional image and not just a proof of concept picture.
Do we know when this game is getting real box art?

Keep the current. In general, I wouldn't bother creating "changed w/o discussion" threads for upcoming works, since the later images tend to be better than early teasers.

as i understand it this game is digital only so the key art will likely be the main visual we have
Some of them are actively worse though (that last Multiverse of Madness thread comes to mind); later doesn't always mean better (especially when you consider that what looks awesome at 1000p might not look good at 350p).
Anyway that's enough comments in favor of the current, so adding a keep tag and locking up. The old pic is noted in the OP.
