The Go, Ye Heroes, Go and Die trope seems to be being used for two distinct kinds of speech, with two very different implications:

For those not familiar with the trope namer, it could sound like a line from either kind of speech — there's plenty of contexts where the line could be interpreted as implying "Warrior Heaven awaits". I'd suggest splitting it out into two differently named tropes — one to the tune of "rousing speech failure", explicitly noting the negative impact, the other named something like "heroic suffering speech". With overlap allowed, of course, if the "heroic suffering speech" is given poorly and/or to the wrong audience.

Sorry, ~Killer Clowns, but this OP needs work. Are you talking about the description or the examples? In the latter case, we'd need some evidence that it is being used incorrectly. Declining this thread.
