Skip gets back up and jumps onto Trent. "ARF!"

"Umm...nice to meet you too?"

Trent accepts June's handshake and slowly walks away from her.

"Thanks! I mean it like, takes forever to get ready in the morning, but it's totally worth it."

Kennifer glances around at the rather... interesting looking group, and is suddenly glad she brought a stash of wine as well as her hairspray and sunblock, because she figures at least someone here is going to drive her to drink. If not multiple someones.

"Woah! Hey, there doggie!"

So, what precisely is on our agenda for this place which we are not yet permitted to leave from the sight of? I understand that our captivity is underway, of course, but are you working with Charles and Leon, or are you independent forces standing in the way of the Society Obscure? Or perhaps this is merely an assignment I was not informed of beforehand? What is our goal in this location in this Arcadian forest?

Where am I? When am I? Is that a real vampire?!

Haruhi suddenly greets Kennifer.

   ...Who the hell are Charles and Leon? Serious question.   

Skip licks Trent's face.

Ken looks around. "I'm Ken Izumi, and... why am I suddenly here? This must be the work of Juralians..."

"Ok, maybe not that..."

Trent pets Skip a little and carefully gets him off him.

"Alright, pink feller, yer gonna have ta speak more simply if yer gonna work with kids. Or at least me." He gave a humorless chuckle.

"...is that William Henry Harrison...? What the hell, dude..."

Henry was very confused, to say the least. He didn’t know what this arbitrary lot was doing here, much less why this tall thin man was screaming at his lovely green paint. But one thing was for sure: when he got home, the Fat Controller was going to kill him for missing his work.

He mustered up enough courage to say, “It’s . . . nice to meet you all . . . .”

   Now, now, Trent. The H-word is one of the 287 uncool words we never say at camp.   

...Charles Guiteau and Leon Czolgosz, the enemies of the Society Obscure who have been picking off a number of our members with their team of vile assassins who catch us in ambuscades and other such foul traps and snares! I take it that your lack of recognition of their monikers indicates your lack of experience with them personally. I will take that into consideration.

“You’re an awfully vulgar man,” Henry crtiicized. “All of you are. Despicable!” He only wished he had Gordon and James to complete the phrase.

Skip is a dog who doesn't know anything about politics. He runs over to William Henry Harrison and begins sniffing at him, trying to figure out what his deal is.

"Whatever. Can I at least know where I'm sleeping?"

"I don't have any moose clays, thanks."

“An actual dog is more civil than you!” he continued.
