I am surprised that there hasn't been a stable WMG/WMG cleanup thread yet.
Here we look at the entries at WMG and make sure it doesn't get too out of control.
- Stealth complaning and Creator Bashing. Enough said.
- NSFW entries. Basically, any entry that contains or panders to bizarre sexual parings or fetishes.
- Entries that purely consist of trolling or out of context memes. WMG is a silly place, but a line has to be drawn somewhere.
- WMG that seems to be based on Content Leaks, or states that it is jossed/confirmed by leaks. We don't trope leaks.
- WMG that veers into Real Life Troping. Creators can potentially have WMG subpages, but they should only focus on the creator's work - and should only be created if the WMG is about works that don't have their own pages. Things like speculation about why a creator left a project don't belong on WMG.
- WMG for episodic works that spoils future instalments. WMG must always be Spoilers Off, but a WMG page that's specifically for the first book in a trilogy shouldn't spoil the other two.

Updated pinned post again, this time to make it clear that Role-Ending Misdemeanor speculation about real creators is out of scope for WMG (e.g. the reality show "The reason X was disqualified was due to drug use" stuff we've just cut from some pages).
WMG.Pibby has a Meta/Other folder. Are these meta examples allowed?

Where do we stand on theories that have been thoroughly jossed by the time the theory was posted? This was added to WMG.Alpha And Omega today:
My issue is that this is just objectively false because of the sequel films, where Kate and Humphrey have pups and one of them is an Omega (for unexplained reasons). Humphrey never "becomes" an Alpha and the social situation in the packs never changes. I'm genuinely unclear on if WMG allows people to add theories that are just flat out incorrect about the story that already exists. It's probably not that big a deal but it struck me as very odd.

I know, it just feels different when it was pre-jossed rather than being a theory that was later proven wrong. That's the only reason I asked; something felt off about it.

What's the view on WMG about Trivia, elements such as casting and creative teams?
Dawn of X has speculation about which artist will illustrate a comic, for example.
