EDIT: Holy cow, I thought this was one of the pre-TLP or early-TLP pages we've been cutting, but it was actually
launched by the OP in 2018. Definitely send back.

I'd like to apologize for all this.
^ Used to show "slow-wittedness, or to make the character seem more alien or animal-like." It also says "may not necessary include" cases where the character is drunk, etc., but I find that sentence confusing.
Send back to TLP. This is tropeworthy, but it needs more work.

I agree. As I said in the TRS meta thread, it looks like a relic from 2008, despite being made a decade after that.

Do we even need a crowner? No on has argued for keeping the trope, so I think we can just govern by consensus and send it back.

FernandoLemon questioned whether it's worth keeping at all; I'm not sure if there were enough votes to send back (as opposed to cutting completely) to eliminate the need for a crowner.

I was looking to see if there was a trope about assymetrical blinking telling the audience about an aspect of the character doing it, and I came across this.
