We wake up as Magical Girls - Maid the RPG Game

Yuki's body shrugs. "Sure, I've already got practice pretending to be someone else, but I'm gonna need to know more about the person this body normally belongs to. Actually —" It rummages through its pockets for a moment and pulls out a wallet. "There we go, ID..." Yuki, age 16, F... "Just to check, did Unseen Shadow's mild-mannered alter ego actually go by their legal name, and/or express any kind of preference on pronouns?"

Felix shrugs. "Actually, you asked us to never call us by your name in public, but other then that..."

Lloyd nods, reading the text in front of him. As he does so, he attempts to look for ways to turn off subtitles by trying to scroll.

While doing that, he rummages through his own pockets and finds his ID. "Lloyd the II, 19... why am I given a boys name?"

"I don't have time to explain Aerthian naming conventions." snaps Felix. "Ask one of your parents why they gave their son a boy's name plus a number. "

Lloyd chuckles and shrugs. "Ah, well ok then... By the way. How old are you?" He asks, turning towards Felix.

"Older then you!" snaps Felix. "And don't go snooping in the codex for my personal information! I had that information blocked!"

Felix takes a deep breath to calm down. "I apologize; I've been spell casting all night and clearly it left me a little off. You all have school starting soon; can one of you fix breakfast for the others?"

Felix Mamzer, First Valet of Princess Star White, is 26 years old. He started as Princess Star White's Valet when he was 21 and she was 13 years old.

Ian pulls himself(?) off the ground and shakes his(?) head and is ready for the day!

"Dreamblader? Is that who I am?"

"I'm sure there's an explanation for this, and if I was awake for it... It probably would've made sense to me."

Lloyd smirks. Moreso towards Felix's reaction that because of the Codex or Ian, though. "Eheheh... I should be asking the same questions, though. What about Lloyd's mannerisms and such?"

Felix rubs the bridge of his nose. "What about them? Anti-Discrimination laws mean there is no reason for you not to be able to attend the Vetus Taediosum's Academy School for Young Women, just as the school is free to retain their traditional name and dress code. You seems to be fitting in at the school better then other two, at least. Now, would one of you please explain to Dreamblader what is happening and the other one starts breakfast? I feel a dreadful Mana-ache coming on and would really like to lay down for some restorative meditation."

Lloyd sweat drops. "Ah... I'm not so great with people." He says.

"Felix, you sure you don't want a bagel sandwich, though? I make a rather mean one." He offers, smiling.

"Why would I want a sandwich with a bagel in the middle and for it to be mean? Never mind, just go ahead."

Felix waves a hand toward the stairway leading from the basement up to the converted house's kitchen.

Yuki's body scratches its head awkwardly. "He's... not really grasping what he did, is he...?" it mutters.

It shakes its head. "Never mind. This body is hungry, so let's see what's in the pantry." And with that, it heads up the stairs.

Alex's body stirs, moving in a not quite human way. Once they're sitting up they look around seeing they are no longer in their room and are surrounded by strangers says, "Excuse me but can anyone tell me why I'm here and not in my own room?"

Ian, in Dreamblader's body, checks every pocket in her pajamas in an attempt to find the slightest semblance of identification.

"Come on... come on... I have to know who this is..." Ian thinks to himself as he searches, trying his darnedest not to touch something on the body that originally didn't belong to him... After all, he had never been in a girl's body before...

-Beat-

Let me rephrase that... He never had his soul transferred into another person's body before...

Dreamblader (aided by Ian) facepalms upon realizing that she would never keep her ID in the pockets of her P Js, and proceeds to check her school uniform, finally finding Dreamblader's school ID...

"Daisy K. Hoshina, Age 18, Female..." Ian/Dreamblader/Daisy read aloud...

Mentally, Ian sighs, accomplished in that he found what he was looking for and knew something about who his new body belongs to...

"Oh, good, Amethyst Breaker, I wasn't sure the ritual would work for you. " Felix says, hurrying over to Alex. "Were your memory files corrupted? Any messages from the Princess?"

The kitchen is clean with a mixed variety of plates, cups, and utensils. Some appear to be made of a golden alloy and are marked with an ornate A.

((Anyone can try to make breakfast or assist. The person cooking will use their maid skill + the number of assistants, then roll a six sided dice and multiply the roll result by the previous sum. If the final result is below 5, the result is inedible. Favor and other benefits will be assigned based on the total.))

Lloyd hurries up towards the stairs, purposefully avoiding the other magical maids so that he can quickly get to business. "Let's see... I suppose I can make bagel sandwiches for everyone, but that would take a while.

"Are any of you lactose intolerant!?" He shouts from the kitchen, hoping that they could all hear him.

"We don't know, on account of these not being our bodies," Yuki's body calls back in response to the lactose question. I wonder if this place has the ingredients for curry? I know it's not exactly a traditional breakfast food, but I just... kinda really want some. "Hey, how much time do we have, again?"

Felix takes out what appears to be an old fashioned pocket watch made entirely of glass and glances at it. "You have about an hour before you need to leave for class. Oh, and since you forgot, only Amethyst Breaker has any unusual dietary requirements. "

Alex somehow knows they have fifty four minutes and twenty eight seconds until their normal departure time.

"What princess? Memory files? I have no idea what you're talking about" Alex continues as she gets up looking around at the room she found herself in. "But somehow I know we have fifty-four minutes and twenty-eight seconds before we have to leave"

"Amethyst Breaker, run a self diagnostic." Felix orders. "Verbal report, including status of all weaponry. Authorization, secondary user Felix Mamzer, password swordfish."

Dreamblader shrugs and shakes her head...

"Of course the password is swordfish... I'm just lucky it's not 12345..." Dreamblader muses...

Lloyd sighs, then looks towards the counter. "Guess I'll make one myself." He says talking to himself.

"I'll need at least two bagels, egg and ham, butter and some eggs... Here we go." He collects the necessary ingredients in over a few minutes...

Maid skill: 1. Rolled a 6. 6x1=6. A success!

"Uggggh finally! I'm starving!" The bagels both look greasy (probably from the butter) yet somehow intising. The eggs are simply of the scrambled kind. They are both steaming.

Lloyd grabs himself some Apple juice and a paper towel then digs in.

Hm, that might not be enough time. Heck it, next time, for now let's do something obvious. Yuki's body grabbed a few large potatoes from the pantry, a carton of eggs and a package of bacon from the fridge, and a large pan from a cupboard. It began washing and chopping the potatoes as the pan preheated. When in doubt, chop a bunch of stuff into little bits and fry it all up!

Yuki's maid skill (3) * dice roll (4) = 12. Yuki produces a dish both pleasing to taste and removing 1 stress to anyone who eats it in the next hour.

Yuki gains +2 favor for a total of 12.

"Deliciousness is available!" Yuki's body called out, scooping a generous portion of egg-potato-bacon scramble on a plate for itself and sitting down at the table. Provided, of course, that nobody's quietly vegetarian or something... Man, I sure hope Yuki wasn't quietly vegetarian! Indigestion wouldn't be a good start to my first day here.

"Hey, uh, Lloyd," it whispers as it spots Yuki's teammate. "We need to meet up — all us magical girls, without Felix, first chance we get. Got it?"
