Penn strikes the head (again), hoping for things to change. It still does not do so much damage. -1 The DISCORDIAL SERPENT strikes again with a shocking strike, dealing -4 damage and sending Penn into a critical state! Penn then eats the twinkie. Mmm, tasty! The DISCORDIAL SERP- I'm sure you get it since you saw it once. Minus four and all that. Penn scoffs. Did I seriously do that for nothing?! Penn, having had enough of this battle, casts Light Lance! The enemy is defeated! Penn prepares for any epic defeat animation.. .. but it just pops into loot. Its a whip, not portrayed correctly due to the nonexistent skills of the author with whips, mostly because he never had a reason to draw them until now. Having bested the DISCORDIAL SERPENT in a battle, Penn turns his attention to the group and his imaginary buddy. <[Not bad, young paladin!] Thanks, I kind of got frustrated a little back there. Oh uh is it over- Yeah, I suppose. our camp's completely busted though. we've got to head out of this place. the plants got trampled, or more specifically, shocked til they became ashes.. and its nighttime, so i can't really set up defenses. i say we leave this place and find somewhere else to rest. <[I suppose thats a good idea. What kind of place shall we PLANT our new base at, then?] *light chuckling* Ahh, anyways, Artix's asking what kind of place we're going to. Oh, I could- Oh my god that would make communication so much easier. While Yew mulls over the fact he could have just spoken what Kirby was speaking, Gardener takes his shovel back and starts scribbling on the floor with the spade. The gardener starts drawing a square. its got to be sheltered, so the cold doesn't come in, also preventing the creatures from spotting us that easily. theres also cover... You tune out like the idiot you are. <[.. are you dissociating-] GAH- and thats it. so uh. where are we headed to? the supermarket. Huh? its sheltered and its got cover. Your friends look around for the source of that voice.
