The new additions are neat and all...

But the highlight is being able to change your name.

I've wanted to fix my arknights username for so long.

That does seem strange, especially considering that other gachas also have that feature.

Still waiting on the icon thing though.

Clear Fungimist on Normal because I got a bunch of guard-focused, SP-regen, and squad size relics. Juggling the aggro between Scene's robots and Gravel while Silverash and Bibeak hold the line with only Ansel as backup. Needs to get the other endings beside the Rusthammers.

Speaking of the endings, for Walmart FN you must get chance meetings titled Non-existent Fairy Tale. The first requires you to pay 5 ingots, the second requires you to sacrifice three objective HP to get a relic, and the final one will award you with another relic and change the ending (and boss fight) to the Walmart FN one.

I hope the boss data is automatically added when everything in fungimist is unlocked next week, if only because it rather RNG-driven to get to the stages at all (even assuming you have a wide array of max-level ops...which I clearly don't, that still only get the data for the Rusthammer guy as you still need specific events for Bootleg Frostnova or Gravestone)

Anyway once Gavial's event is thought I'm gonna try to E1 the following ops: Haze, Tomimi, Nearl, Aciddrop, Province and Cutter. while also trying to get the "rookies" to Level 40-55 and maybe E2 Myrtle and May at least.

BTW the upcoming standard banner is revealed. The focus units are SilverAsh, Eyjafjalla, Croissant, Sora and Liskarm (Italics are the Distinction units). I already have three of them, so I'm hoping to pull Sora or Eyja (or get spooked by Suzuran).

Also I got 300 recruitment in and recruited Indra!. Now I just need to get 700 more in for Vulcan :P

The next standard banner is also massive originium bait when Surtr is the next new operator in line.

I have 12 tickets so my Orundum and Originium is safe not that I usually pull more than 10 times per banner

Speaking of the ending routes, I haven't managed to reach Walmart FN yet. While I got all the events in her route's chain, I always got beaten by maps like the poison haze or Sarkaz lancers one before I have chance to reach the final boss

Alright I manged to get far enough in the Ex stages to get the full furniture set (I assume the plaque and the throne aren't technically part of it)

You don't have to do any EX stages for the throne, just clear RI-8 (the one with Big Ugly) with 3 stars. Which still isn't that easy, but.

I mean I have to clear that stage anyway for the medals (and clear 7 mushrooms)

I'm gonna try to clear the other 4 tomorrow(with Kyostin's guides, especially since most of my 3*s are L40 now and only few are at 30). I'm actually a little excited as this will actually be the first time I can get all the medals in a set.

The 7 Mushrooms medal is also RI-EX-8 (Gavial's Footsteps), not RI-8 (Great Chief's Path).

I see. I should clarify that I'm trying to get all the medals which naturally entails I clear the missions, but also the EX and Challenge stages as well.

I very much enjoyed the EX stages and found them surprisingly easy. I guess everything easy in comparison to Wolumonde and being a Summer event, probably not set to be a challenge. The real challenge seems to Fungimist which I have yet to start on.

As for lore stuff: High Priest and AUS knowing each other was quite the surprise. I wonder if we'll ever get the reveal on what exactly High Priest and Emperor are. We also now know that Gavial's event is set after Heart of Surging Flame and Grani's event and that all three events are connected in a way. That "key" seems to be important.

Yup, definitely. We know that Emperor and High Priest are called Ancients, I think, and I've seen some theorizing that suggests the Ancients (and/or the Sankta, variably) are opposed to the ocean and the Abyssals that Skadi and AUS ran from.

Well I finally pulled Cardi! So I have all the rookies. Second pull got me Cliffheart. subsequent pulls yielded Hibiscus, Gummy, Shirayuki and Dobermann's tokens.

That is all since I doubt Rewinding Breeze would give tickets and thus I only have the remaining six and the 4 I get from Certificates to rely on for single pulls.

I wonder if we'll get more Ancients and if they'll also be named after Tarot cards. Unfortunately two ancients so far is too small a sample size to confirm that'll be the case right now, I imagine. In-story, it would also possibly only be a coincidence considering it was the locals that named him High Priest. Or at least that's what they said

...Holy crap, I didn't even make that connection.

I mean their other peer (The Duck Lord) lacks the Arcana theme naming, but OTOH, he may or may not be an hallucination from Ceobe's drug trip anyway. So I'm not sure if he exactly counts.

Well I cna see EX-6 being That One Level alongside 8, took me some improvising with unit placement and luck to get the 3 stars needed for the medal and OP Following the Kyostin strat (though I also had to borrow Bagpipe for the DP-on kill vanguard and I used SA and Warfarn instead of Sussero and Midnight)

Either i have bad luck or i suck at playing Fugmist event since I keep losing in normal since I don't have the right operators or got into bad level where you need certain operators.

Well i decided to do a few more singles and got...a lot of certificates.

Granted I also got Meteor and Earthspirit merges, so they are closer to helping with the distention gathering.

I think I keep on losing in Fungimist Normal because I didn't level up enough 3 star to 4 star operators.

I'm assuming that since Fungimist is open an extra week, there are two free weeks for grinding right? I spent some orundum on 20 pulls hoping to get Eyja (or at least Sora) and left with a few merges for Liskarm and a few 4*s, and I'm considering getting back into Originium Trading after getting a stash of chips to E1 several units (after Gavial's event end ofc).

I feel that Originium trade is never worth it because you can't seem to have enough mats to go around. Even the common ones like the Orirock can get upward to 18 clusters (which means they need 90 cubes to make, which need around 540 sanity if you're unlucky farming 1-7) just to get 1 E2. With that equal amount of cubes, you get 45 shards thus 900 Orundum (15 rolls). That's still not counting the LMD cost.

I'm aware of its inefficiently, (and also of the likelihood that said inefficiency is on purpose), and it is why I'm prioritizing getting some units to E1 first (and getting chips for Bubble in advance). But it is still the only way besides opening the wallets to grind Orundum and I fear that starting from near 15000 would not be enough for me to catch up with the upcoming banners.

Moment of Weakness aside I am trying to keep to 10 pulls for most banners. The exception being Limited Banners and those featuring Suzuran in the event that I don't have her by that point. And even then I'd want a leftover stockpile for subsequent banners as well.

Anyway I'm almost done clearing out the store, just 200 more parts to go. From there it will be getting the chips I need (and some extra money and tapes to be on the safe side) OR trying to clear RI-EX-8 (if anyone that has a low rarity guide that doens't absolutely need Eyja, that would be appreciated) depending on the support list. Once the event is over and I have the Chips, then will I farm rocks until I get back to 30k. Afterwards if the next event doens't happen by then I'll be trying to recoup some tapes and money as well.

I must also take the time to point out that due to EX-7 and 8's Difficulty Spike, I'll have to wait until the Retrospection to get all the medals (at least I know its likely to have one)
