People have said that you can manage with lower levels than posted if you're strategic, but we'll see.

Well I did them with only my healer at E2 so that's a good sign.

The challenge modes are currently looking completely impossible though.

Bought the Courier outfit since I have enough Orundum for one 10-pull on the Ch'en banner and I've been using him more often.

Must... Complete... Additional event levels... Must... Finish... Pizzeria...

HX-2 and HX-3 3*! ...I ends up needing to borrow Ifrit though. Adam is hell, and Ifrit's line AOE help loads. But hey, My E1 team still beats it!

Still, Pizzeria complete!

I'm dreading of finishing the CHALLENGE version of those maps though. Sure it's 3 more Originum if I 3* all of them, but...boy, just beating the normal version is bad enough.

For an F2P, are Originite Primes (those yellow cubes) hard to come by? Which should I be prioritizing to spend them on? Skins or convert to gacha pulls?

^ That's premium currency. Normally you can only get by 3* maps (so you need to wait for event maps if you ran out of normal missions to get them), or buying them with cash.

Not sure about converting TBH. Your choice. Although if you plan to do that, get the Pro Enhancement pack on the store first since those give you the same amount of the roll material + extra stuff.

General opinion seems to be that if you know you don't really care about skins, go ahead and convert. The game tends to give you enough free orundum for one 10-pull a month, if you do Annihilation diligently.

Also, I think you have to abuse roadblock switching to stand any chance in HX-3.

tfw when all the HX-3 guides recommend using all the free AOE casters and I never bothered with them because I was dumping all my exp into other operators

For the record, instead of converting Originium Prime directly, it's better to buy the leveling packs that cost Prime in the shop, since they give you the exact same amount of Originum in addition to bonus LMD and materials.

^^^^ You don't necessarily need to, although it makes things significantly easier.

AOE casters are one of the best operator types to level up anyway.

On Originite prime: Note there's a "Premium packs" in the shop that cost originite prime but convert into the amount of originium they would normally convert to plus a bunch of extra resources so if you're just going to convert them into gacha pulls anyway then use that.

Tried to use the character sorter and it immediately made me decide between Noire Cairn and Lancet-2. Sadistic Choice.

Yeah, same. I'm lucky I had Gitano from a pull, or else things would have been rough. I need to max out 12F anyway; he's a good kid.

Finally got the full 400 mark on Annihilation: Chernobog! just need to test if it's Auto Deployable without the AI breaking down so I can determine whether I can just quickly do the weekly farm before going back to tokens.

I'll give the Lungmen one a shot after the Grani event is over.

EDIT: It is, huzzah, time to go do something else while the game's busy.

Is Closure the only Arknights character with Live2D animation? (when she's in the shop, to be specific) Most of the operators' in-game arts I've seen so far are just static images.

As far as I know, yes.

Welp, my 400 kill auto in Annihilation: Lungment Outskirt just got screwed up utterly and my Cuora and SilverAsh are ded and enemy leaked. Man, even just leveling can screw up skill usage timing huh.

Of course, even originally that 400 kill is suspect, cause the damn drones during Avenger rush can easily get past if RNG makes Gitano not target them and damage them enough before it get into the damn near nonexistent window for my sniper to finish em off.
