Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

An eagle
Billy's Mansion
After the season ends, Billy checks back on his tributes. Both Miyoi and Pearl got killed very early, much to his frustration. In addition, Billy had to do the aftercare to Nick Wilde and Jack Savage few days ago. After reviving the former two days ago, Billy decides to nominate his next tributes when the end is up, Weird Al Yankovic and Rucka Rucka Ali. After having workers send them from Earth Prime and briefing the two as usual, he continues his work. He looks back at MD and says, "So I am helping you find Bale and fight against the LOD now. I will appreciate your help with any informations on the LOD that you know of."
Billy soon looks at the news at his holographic device, and sees that Two Faced had apparently cheated her way, only to be disqualified for Queen Mother V and punished. It's also said that the Capitol will revive the latter as she is supposed to survive and return for the Death Battle. As he wonders how she can pulled that off, theorizing that there must be an error with the Gamemakers, he continues to other concerns.
He soon notices a crowd of people flooding the Arena. As he looks at them, he decides to use his power once and summons his Stand, before ordering them to scan. MD or anyone for the matter cannot see it of course, for they are not Stand Users. They soon return with data that they all come from an alternate universe, they are music fans, and they are accompanied by a droid with some special functions, but the true extent is unknown so far. He then looks at a particular person, and gets mentally shocked when he realizes who the boy is.
He is his "alternate" alternate universe counterpart that he encountered back in the Voidlands. He is still the same, but he is with his phone and headphone, listening to his favorite type of song, musics belonging to Touhou or Touhou-like styles. In fact, he seems to currently be listening to a Len'en song. However, he soon plugs off his headphone, puts his phone in his pocket, and looks in worry, seeing seas of people and noticing he's in the Hunger Games when he notices the Cornucopia in the distance. He soon shouts in panic about what is happening now, before noticing 9k1 among the massive crowd, recognizing her.
Panem
In the Arena, the Gamemakers are disappointed at their huge mistake, even if it's already resolved. Julius decides to reprimand the one who did the running, before getting back to his usual work. As he hopes it never happens again, he currently works on organizing the "save" for next season. He does notice that not all tributes are in their podiums yet, noticeably Billy's, and that there are events or signals that need to be addressed.
Meanwhile, Paylor receives her daily report from one of her aides, which reports more about a rumored new cult in Panem from an organization. Apparently, they consider her a living goddess, which makes Paylor unsure. She thinks, "I am just a president who wants to make Panem better. I am not a goddess who brings salvation to the land. I hope the Neon Quarters isn't using it for a malicious purpose." Despite of that however, she still lets the Quarters for a while, because they don't do anything too suspicious yet and thus it will be unwise to act on them with the public widely supporting them, and with no evidence to boot.
As for George and Kayla, they are still awaiting response from the Beasts. They will return once it happens.
Speaking of Two Faced, she is now punished. Agents from Panem, working in behalf of the Gamemakers, visit the Vinesaucs Tomodachi Life universe. They soon penalize her in case she ever makes it to another game in the future by erasing her memories of the Game using a handheld device, similar to the Neuralyzer. They also secretly suppress the extra powers she got. They then mass erase memories of anyone who witness their arrivals and erasure of Two Faced's memories to prevent suspicion.
Kendor
Georgia just watches 6k1 and Tabby's spar with interest, while thinking, "Nice fighters. They seem to have a lot of potential." She soon receives a call from her boss again, who informs her that Billy is ordering her to pick up a package. She heeds it and shows up in the front door, where Chris himself hands her a small cube containing the upgraded exoskeleton.
Various Universes
The agents have arrived in worlds that are not invaded by the LOD yet, including the OKKO world. As they work their way through them as the locals, they also update Billy and the Kendorian military, with whom Billy partnered to deal with LOD at some point, telepathically through a hidden special device.
Kayla's Flashback
Kayla was hospitalized for few weeks. While she was blind, her eyesight gradually restored as she rested, until it came to a state before her magical eyes awakened, meaning she still needed her glasses, which she still does today. However, she was grateful that her eyesight returned. Also during her hospitalization, she was supported by Reston, while hearing that William had been captured.
She soon returned to work and helped Reston for three more years, before he announced one day that he was selling his company to Eagle's Hawk Corporation, the largest corporation on Kendor. Indeed, Magi-Excavation was declining since the attack by William.
As she lost her job once again that Reston retired, she saw an advertisement about a position in Eagle's Hawk Corporation. It was a personal, highly skilled servant. She soon applied for it and found herself in a job interview few days later, where she met a man. He introduced himself as George Bluepath.
Jungle Planet
Sir Blackblood is still waiting for his time to strike. However, he further builds his forces, gaining access to several powerful mercenaries. One of them soon appears in the Jungle Planet. He doesn't meet Blackblood directly, but he does get sent to test his might on the local wildlife, as well as being promised a restoration of his limb by the organization's developing magitek. As the soldiers greet him, some recognize who he is. William Storm, now with fully cybernetic limbs since his fight with Kayla several years ago.

"... I see..." Giegue muttered, visibly not very confident about not going with Mewtwo.
"Let me guess. You're worried that I might get hurt?" Mewtwo asked. Giegue nodded silently. Mewtwo sighed and put his hands on the alien's shoulders
"Everything will be alright, don't worry. We will save this nominator in no time."
Giegue smiled at his "brother" and nodded.
"Good luck." he said as Mewtwo, Xoichi and Diny entered the portal.
"Unacceptable. Must eliminate. No trace left."

As 6k1 continues sparring with Tabby, she sees Georgia deliver the package to her. The DM simply nods and remains on guard.
The Arena
"Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality..."
9k1, in her Queen shirt, was belting out her favorite band's most famous song when she realizes where she is right now.
"Hang on... I swear I was here last time... Wasn't I with all my fellow Asians?"
Her memories of that season are foggy, however, though she recalls seeing a flash of lightning. She looks at her body, which is now translucent like a spirit's, and then at the droid in front of her.
"W-What happened to me? A-And what's with the robot there?"
She looks around and spots almost all her troper friends in the crowd, Billy included. She waves to him, and also to Psyche, who's listening to the latest BTS/Stray Kids song on her phone. Even Dave's jamming to his favorite Linkin Park album. 9k1 shivers on her podium but smiles, for whatever happens here, at least her friends are with her.
As she waits for the horn to sound, she shuffles her playlist full of MLP, Steven Universe, Disney, and Undertale songs.

The Neon Quarters, Capitol Cathedral
The Neon Quarters have finally started their cathedral's opening ceremony.
"Welcome to the Panemite Faith, I'm Archangel Markus Hasselhoff, or just Mark Hassel. I am appointed by our god, Lord Collins and her avatars, the Presidents of Panem, to be the father of our faith. Collins is the one who created Panem and the Hunger Games exist to venerate the prosperity granted by her. Long before the Cathedral was made, the spirits of the President had no home to inhabit and watch over Panem, but our dark time is over, for we have offered the churches to the spirits of every President of Panem. They will watch over us, and with their blessings, Panem will be the greatest nation on Earth."
Markus, who is guarded by eight bodyguards wearing ivory white combat armor, delivers a simple speech to the crowd.
"Our churches are built by the tributes who sacrificed themselves to become our faith's cornerstones, they will always be honoured and remembered, their spirits will watch over us and safeguard Panem from any foreign threat. We are ready to become the swords of Goddess Paylor, to maintain our spiritual purity and moral superiority. Her holy image will guide us to bright future. Let us kneel before her and channel our faith to the goddess."
He then unveils a statue, which appears to be a statue of Paylor, with a security camera in front of the statue. Markus is the first one who kneels before the statue, showing his loyalty to the Presidents of Panem and the nation he grew up in. To Markus, instilling the love of a nation is one of the best non-lethal methods to control the whole city's population. Moreover, his love for Panem is genuine, as shown through his refusal to utilise bioweapons in Panem.
That said, Cathedral in name only, the Panemite Faith is more of an animistic faith with a mix of ultranationalism rather than a monotheistic faith, which allows him to build up his followers and rule over Panem without overthrowing Paylor. Should anyone goes against him, he can simply send his religious police after them and simply write it off as cleansing Snow supporters.
Moreover, being the primary educational institution of Panem for the poor, they can easily indoctrinate children to support the Quarters and convert them into faithful clergies when they're still kindergarten students. It's a long term investment that takes at least a decade to pay off, but Markus has the patience to wait until Paylor dies of old age. All he needs to do is to wait and let everyone to vote for him to become the next President.
The Neon Quarters, being one of the major stakeholders responsible of overthrowing Snow's regime through inaction and refusal to supply Snow, makes Paylor in debt to the Quarters' help. The Quarters might be a group of underdogs who deserve no attention, but when they bite, no one would notice until it's too late for them.

Bale and Pigmon were seen chasing each other in a little game they were having to kill time. The monster eventually tripped over when chasing Bale, ending the game. Suddenly the portal appeared and Pigmon was startled by it hiding behind a bush. From it came Diny, Xochi and Mewtwo
Diny: Oh goodness Bale!
Xochi: Master, it is a pleasure to see you alive and fine. We got to leave now, the others are waiting for us.
Bale: Xochi, Diny. You're alive! Oh thanks goodness. And Mewtwo... Anyways, can I bring along a guest?
Xochi: Sure, why wouldn't you, Bale?
Bale: Alright, Pigmon, buddy come here!
Pigmon then jumped out of the bush, fearful of the 3 beings that now accompanied Bale. It began to slowly walk towards them with hesitation. Afraid of them.
Bale: Don't be shy, they're friendly.
Pigmon then approached Diny and Mewtwo and after seeing them for a while began to happily jump once more, even making some excited noises.
Bale: Guess he's staying. Okay, take us back.
Xochi then opened another portal back to the Library and all went inside of it.

Alien Zetton watched the events ongoing with satisfaction.
Alien Zetton: Excellent, all is going according to plan.

Attack
Tabby looks at Georgia overlooking them,waves to her,and gets back to sparring.
"Aw,You shouldn’t have. I ain’t going easy on you,you know that?"
Tabby also does a sideway block as well and then a backwards block and counters.
Dodge
Noire takes the attack like a champ. She feels outnumbered by the Mages so she teleports back to the base to ask Akumo for help.He stopped torturing Pecan.
"We got company from three of those bitches who were allied with that Star Guy. I need some help."
"I’ll send a shadow clone to assist you. I'll do have to keep a watch on them so they don’t find ways to escape."
He looks to his left to see Pecan crawling towards the captives with her prosthetic arm in her mouth. He goes over and steps on her arm stubs.
"...Like someone who thinks they’re going to escape!"
He rips the arm that is in Pecan's mouth out and tosses it on the floor.
"Please don't torture me! I beg you!"
"I'll punish you thoroughly soon, quit your bitching."
He talks to Noire again after he was distracted by Pecan.
"It would take some for me to generate a clone so hold it off as best as you can."
"I see, I'll try."
She teleports to where the Mages are and unleashes a fire attack.
" Take this, you bunch of Traffic Lights!"

Shiva felt the need to let the LoD know she was close to the Citadel. She tried calling them...only for them to not answer after 10 minutes passed.
"Huh...must be busy with something."
But she realizes that they did receive her call.
"Or not. Something must've happened to make contact with them unavailable."

Near Tabby's Base
Zan uses her thunder attack to deflect the attack. After a fashion, the attack explodes. Zan then attacks Noire many times to try to catch her off guard and then she tells Francisca and Flamberge to distract Noire using their attacks, before using her comrades' distraction as an opportunity to sneak into Tabby's Base with her speed.
Inside Tabby's Base
Zan walks through the dark corridors. As she explores, she looks through the dark corridors, and bumps into someone. Surprised, she points her spear to find... Taranza.
"What are you doing here, punk?"
"Uhhh, i was just trying to look for Tabby, and suddenly, there's a blackout."
"Just do not attract attention to ourselves! Follow me."
Zan Partizanne then sneaks through the corridors, trying her best to not be detected by anything. A box suddenly bumps into her. Inside is Taranza, using the box to hide.
"A box?"
"Hey, i saw this one in a game. It's worth a try."
The Spacepod
"Wait a minute. Where's Kirby!?" asked Ribbon.
The group realizes that they unknowingly left Kirby behind.

Citadel Business' Late Response
After Mefilas' illusions ceded at last, Bill finally got the chance to answer Shiva's message.
Bill: Oh hi Shiva, how's it going. You're close to your goals? Good. Soon it'll all be greater.
He then informed the others of his finding. As the Leaders began to reorganize after the... curious events. They found Audrey II being carried off by a meteorite.
Aku: Wait a minute, I know that guy.
Bill: Oh look, it's flycatcher!
Bill then warped Audrey II to the High Commands' place. He then saw he was quite damaged from his little trip.
Black Hat: What did you do, you idiot?
Bill: I did not give you permission for free meteorite rides so tell me a good excuse for it!
Audrey II: I did not want to get in that rock. But let me tell you something, a weird chicken woman came in and snuck Bale out of his base, killing 3 of our members!
All were surprised, sans Zero, who just arrived.
Zero: Correct. My Dark Matter agent reported Bale had been taken to an unknown world.
Bill: That sucks for us, but don't worry I got this covered. On other news, we have slowed the Convergence for a while, but it's time it goes into it's full potential!
Nightmare: As a demonstration of power, we'll erase 10 Universes and all it's inhabitants, then broadcast the destruction to everywhere in the Multiverse to let them know of us.
The High Commands then held up their superweapon and turned towards Thanos and Hela.
HIM: Thanos, Hela, would you kindly give us your little Infinity Gauntlet?
Thanos reclutantly agreed before handing it over. The larger, more powerful weapon absorbed the Gauntlet and began to change into a massive orb-like machine with the 12 components forming a circle around it's core. It was massive at 20 meters tall.
Nightmare: Behold the Ultimate Gauntlet. A weapon with the powers of the Infinity Gauntlet and without drawbacks. And a demonstration of it's power is in session on this Earth!
Bill then looked at Audrey II and had an idea.
Bill: Hey you, I got a job for ya. Be the warmup for the heroes down there.
Audrey II gulped as he looked at Bill cast some of his power towards him. He could do nothing as Bill removed his free will and turned him into his giant form, he was also empowered by the other high commands. He stood over 40 meters tall

Overlord: To make up for your failure, you must give the heroes a good beating, to prepare them for out plans.
Audrey II then was sent to Earth with a squad of Stormtroopers and Stone Army Soldiers as his mooks.

MD: Hmmm, good question. I got to say that what I know of, they're quite big. They had people like Bill Cipher, Nightmare and Aku on their ranks... Also they were using a Multiversal Convergence plan to take over all Multiverses... If I'm not mistaken.
He then looked around before remembering something else.
MD: And I know this because Bale told me about it. He even-
He then shut his mouth as he almost told Billy of Bale's involvement in the LOD's formation, instead opting for something else to say.
MD: -Went as far as checking on their whereabouts shortly before his capture.
He then panicked as he feared the truth would be seen through.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Ultraman Universe
Mewtwo looked at Pigmon coldly at first, not sure if it was an ennemy. He eventually dropped his guard down as it seems the creature was friendly.
"Hmph. This was far quicker than I've expected." he said to himself before going back to the Library.

Hiyah!
Tabby tries to unlock her blade from 6k1's and to jam it in a exposed spot on her body. While she finally unlocked her blade,She loses balance and starts to fall.
The Mages
Noire gets locked into her battle with the Mages so secure that Zan tries to enter the base.She doesn’t notice it after she tries to cripple the two out of the corner of her eye.
"Fuck,not that bitch. I’ll warn Akumo about her."
"The Yellow Mage Sister has entered the base. Make sure that your shadow catches her. I'll deal with the two remaining girls."
Noise aims an electric attack at Francisca, knowing that she's weak to it. She also aims a chilly ice blast at Flamberge so that she can be soaked.
Intruder
Akumo receives Noire's message. He also has his shadow clone ready for attack.
"Ugh, you could have kept an eye on her. I'll let the shadow take care of it so I can interrogate the limbless acorn."
"Go, my servant. Find that blondie and that other unidentified intruder and kill them brutally."
The shadow runs through the hallway and finds Zan talking to Taranza. It immediately starts attacking them.

Light and Hope
Dave's Home Base
Seeing that the season has begun, Dave decides to watch the first update here. On the Bloodbath, DBS simply runs away, while STP gets invited to the Unreal Tournament. He also makes note on the One-Hit Wonders and Aphex Twin's deaths from Tempting Fate, and how Stitch suffers a series of unfortunate events after also tempting fate.
On Day 1, DBS is left shocked that Roule fulfills their standards of a good spaghetti, while STP.... scares the Tiny Ghosts with a crudely drawn fake ghost. Dave laughs heartily at that. Meanwhile Stitch dies (bringing an end to his unlucky day), and Dave Rogers.... Dave winces when it turns out the music fanbase droid has its souls attack him in the groin. For a total of <7.8 billion times.
"Looks like he won't be having a child anytime soon...." he mutters to himself.
With the first episode finished, he decides that maybe it's time for him to see Princess Cadance after all. He summons a Replica to lead in his stead so as to not tip off where he's going, and departs.
Terminus' Realm
The Entity of Darkness watches the recent events with interest.
"So it seems the Legion of Doom is making their endgame, huh? This will make a fine distraction," he smirks to himself as he teleports several modified devices that used to belong to Timewrecker to a cargo room within the Legion's base to throw off pursuers. Attached to the pile of devices is an anonymous note: "I heard you're going to create a multiversal mayhem. Here are some free gift for you villains. Feel free to use them for your conquests!"
"There, that should throw them off my back for the time being."

6k1 steps backwards to dodge. "Whoa! Are you okay?"
The Arena
The horn finally sounds. The One Hit Wonders brag in song about how they're going to win the season, prompting Chatot to blast them and their stage into the Forcefield with Hyper Voice. K/DA, meanwhile, tries slicing Tamaa with greatswords, but he dodges them and flies away, losing some feathers in the fight.
As everyone else either fights, gathers supplies, or runs off, Faith No More casts a darkness spell in the area around Cornucopia. The music fans all look around, but the droid detects the Cornucopia and goes in.
"I think we should follow it..." says 9k1 to the others.
They all go inside and retrieve as many anti-materiel rifles as they could. 9k1 wonders how the Cornucopia can store this many equipment as she follows the droid outside.
Later that day, the Oni Riders announce to several tributes, Chatot included, that Tamaa's rash was exposed after he lost his feathers.
"Tamaa's rash was exposed after he lost his feathers!" the parrot screams, loud enough for the drongo to hear.
"How did they know?!" Tamaa says out loud before he flies off.
Meanwhile, the droid approaches Dave Rogers and punches him in the groin. The fans are all compelled to do the same, and they're all called out by the treble clef, somehow.
"T-That's gotta hurt..." says 9k1. "We should all say sorry to him next time..."
Power's Home
Power screams as the music fans collectively punch Dave Rogers in the groin, but laughs it off when the Stone Temple Pilots scare off the Tiny Ghosts with poorly drawn ghosts attached to fishing poles.
"That certainly made up for Stitch falling for that bomb scam after Tempting Fate in the Bloodbath..."
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"

The villains left in the LOD's Base saw the events ongoing and groaned in disappointment at the Hunting Horn Party dying at the Bloodbath.
TKO: That was lame... Next.
Shadowy Venomous: It's going to take hours for the next update to come. So we can only watch this from afar.
He then began to talk to his son, once more.
Shadowy Venomous: You know, now that our fellow villains are getting going, we might just be able to take over our world at last... Without any complex plan. Let's just go in and take all their energy for us.
TKO: Sounds about right, let's fight those wimps!
Cosma: Do not forget us!
Bulba: Yes, indeed, haha!
The four then went and consulted one of the assistant robots on how to travel back to their world. Which they set out to do.
Into the Library
Bale reunited with the rest of his Pokemon allies. All of them gathering around him and being happy. He introduced Pigmon to them, who was happy to meet new friends. However, Bale asked them a few questions.
Bale: Hey guy, did you see Mr. Godzilla and/or Mini-Deadpool went?
Diny: No, they were gone from the base when we found them. But we did hear from Xochi about their locations, so we can try and find them now.
Xochi: MD is currently residing with Billy in his mansion. All we have to do is go there and retrieve him.
Bale: Sounds good, in it first a little nap.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Inside Tabby's Base
The two are ambushed by a shadow clone. Zan then gets out of the way, then retaliates using a powerful lightning at the shadow clone, trying to distract it before finding a hiding spot with Taranza.
Taranza then finds another box.
"Hey, another box!"
"You know, maybe your idea isn't bad."
They then agree to hide inside a box. They manage to sneak around the entire place.
The Winter's End
Rick knocks on the door of the Winter's End. He then tells the people in charge that he has someone who wants to meet them.
Outside, the leading tank (Panzerfreund), and the leading Bullet corp waits for them.

The Arena
Tired from hunting for the night, Tamaa finds a bird feeder with water and drinks from it, not knowing that the treble clef somehow tainted it with death potions. He feels refreshed however, since the potions turned out to be healing instead. He ruffles his newly grown feathers and perches up a tree to rest.
While Chatot sings along in K/DA, Xtrullor, and Ibuki's jazz ensemble, the droid turns to the camera and orders the fans to wave to the viewers at home, including the non-music fans back in their world. Power smiles and waves back at them.
The next day, Tamaa just realized something: that yesterday was his hatching day, the day when he discovered his talent for voice mimicry.
"I'm just glad I was able to escape that girl band the other day!... But did those Riders have to tell those tributes about my rash?"
Tamaa sings a belated happy birthday to himself before flying off to look for food, but he has a hard time finding his way due to being inked by a Blooper summoned by the humpback whale the other night.
While Chatot feasts on so many Berries that it becomes too heavy to fly, the droid clears its vision sensors and brings the fans to a medical camp, where they all donate their kidneys to Kass for Immorticia's transplant. When they receive the news that the transplant was a success hours later, 9k1 wonders how the zombie's body didn't reject one of the human kidneys.
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"
The Winter's End
King and Forte open the cafe's door and they're surprised by the sight of living tanks and bullets.
"Must be my hallucination. First, I saw someone who looks like myself appeared in the Arena, and now, living military hardware? I should've brewed the Piano Woman drink instead of... beers and whisky."
"You aren't hallucinating. What should we do now? Engage them in the public?"
"They're too weird and... childish even by Neon Quarters standards, I don't think they're sent by the Quarters."
They're still feeling puzzled, having no idea what to do.
The Neon Quarters
The opening ceremony ends in a mild success, while there aren't many people attending the ceremony, those who do have grown an interest in Panem's creation myth.
As Markus heads back to the office, he begins to reminisce about his past.
"I've done it, I have at least gotten a bit of respect I've deserved long ago. Long before Snow's downfall gave me everything I have now, I was a nobody, a poor boy loathed by everyone. No matter how hard I tried to climb to the upper class with my hard work and wits, I couldn't become one of them. I couldn't make any contribution for my country, I couldn't date anyone I love, and I didn't even have a single person willing to shake my hands."
He takes out his homemade pendent, with a photo of himself back when he was a nobody. He gazes upon it for a minute before slotting a new photo of his current self into the frame.
"No longer. As the God of Panem, I will make my homeland prosper, every nation, world, universe would acknowledge my homeland's superiority. If I could become powerful and famous, I could marry anyone I love with the virtue of my wealth and power, I could decorate my office with a hall of adorable secretaries, have lobsters and white truffles for breakfasts, build a diamond-plated hotel as tall as this building with ruby-plated doors and a gold-plated swimming pool at the rooftop, or at least gift my colleagues private jets as if they're paper planes, and nothing would get in my way. If Panem could prosper, I would be loved by many, and I could get the basic respect I have long deserved. No one would spit at my face again, no cat would hiss at me again, no more problem with dating any celebrity, and no nation would stand against my motherland and Collins' legacy."
He then sits on his deluxe office chair as if it's a throne, observing the streets of the Capitol from his building.

From a portal, Dave steps into an open field within the Everfree Forest in human form. Seeing this, he knows the need to change his form to reduce suspicions. Thinking quickly, he quickly changes form to a brand new disguise: a cream stallion, with a black-and-purple mane and brown eyes.
◊ The cutie mark is that of a black sword transposed over a shield, with a pair of wings beside the handle.

With the disguise complete, the humanoid-turned-pony takes some time adjusting to walking on four legs. Once he's adjusted well enough to blend without much notice, he leaves the forest and heads for the Ponyville train station. Calling himself "Bright Stardust", Dave buys a ticket using some bits he had brought with him.
After a while, the train heading for the Crystal Empire arrives, and "Bright" heads in. As he takes his seat, he muses on how easily he could have just called Cadance by a crystal ball or the like, but he'd rather have a direct meeting with her personally, as he believes that his topic should be a private counsel. That, and he'd rather not have someone else eavesdropping.
Terminus' Realm
The Entity of Darkness continue to watch the current events, in and out of the Arena. He takes particular note on Archangel Markus and his Panemites.
"Panemites, huh? It looks like a cult that deals in a fool's errand to me. Oh well, as long as he's no threat to me, I'll leave him be. Besides, if he goes out of hand, there will be others who would take care of him."
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."

She gets up and dusts herself off. She also picks up her sword and gets into a fighting stance.
"Let’s not worry about that for a while. The Games are very close indeed. What you need to worry about is getting the training that you desperately need."
She aims for 6k1's shoulder.
Shadowy
Akumo's shadow clone gets stunned by the lightning and tries to heal the pain. While doing so,the two try to escape. The Shadow sees a box moving while looking around for them and rips the box from their grip and turns its right arm in a sharp blade to pierce the two's bodies.

6k1 rights herself and dodges again, then steps forward and tries thrusting her sword at Tabby's torso.
The Arena
After helping himself to some fruits and insects, Tamaa looks at the night sky and admires the moon.
"I miss my home... I miss the Lion Guard... Perhaps I should sing for them... Heard rumors that a human going by Toto wrote a song about my kingdom..."
He clears his throat and sings "Africa". Once he's done, the clouds cover the stars and make a light drizzle where he is.
"Huh... Usually it's Kion's Roar that blesses the rains down here..."
While he takes shelter up another tree and Chatot somehow sends Faith No More to Hell by saying that their songs are okay, the music fans attend Krewella's concert. Ibuki approaches them and tells the duo's fans a harsh truth about them. They all boo and jeer at them and leave, with the non-fans just wondering what Jahan and Yasmine did to ruin their reputation.
''Did something 'funny' happen at that jazz ensemble...?" 9k1 wonders.
The next day, Tamaa finds a flat rock formation and hosts a comedy show in exchange for more food. He looks at the camera and says, "I'm hilarious and you'll quote everything that I'll say!"
As he impersonates the other tributes with his voice, Power plays along and copies him. Chatot, meanwhile, uses Double Team and somehow splits its personality among its copies while the music fans go whale watching. As the humpback whale breaches out of the ocean, 9k1 checks her shirt and realizes that she was wearing it inside-out the entire time. She looks at her friends and sees that they put on their shirts wrong, too, but still tries her best to hide it.
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"

"Alright then. As long as Xoichi and Mr. Godzilla are in good hands, we can catch a bit of breath, if the Legion doesn't counterattack next." Giegue said.
They decided to catch up with the Music season. Both cringed upon seeing the Entire Music Fanbase kicking Dave Rogers in the groin.
"Oh my... That's horrible..."

After letting Cerberus outside so that it could hunt Something, Clyde was busy cleaning Morgan's room while the Morgrem was also watching the games.
"Nicely done. Even Scips would have cringe at that." the Morgrem smirked, enjoying Dave Rogers's suffering before spitting on the floor.
"Hey dipshit! You forgot to clean here! Move your ass!" he laughed mockingly. Clyde merely sighed, unaffected, before going back to work.
Expedition Society's headquarters
As they were drinking, James and Arthur were talking about the recent mission.
"You broke a new record on that scream." Arthur said quitely with his beer.
"Hmm? What are you talking about?" James replied, looking briefly at the bartender to see if he was looking at them.
"You know what I'm talking about. When we were inspecting the village."
James looked again at the bartender before leaning closer to Arthur.
"Shhh! You're speaking too loud!"
Arthur raised his shoulders. "And?"
"I told you I have a reputation to hold! And must I remind how big that monstrosity was?"
"That was only a Spinarak. And it was even smaller than most of it's kind."
"I don't care! Spinaraks, Galvantula, Dewpider, they are all horrible creatures! They're disgusting, savage, vicious..."
Arthur sighed before drinking beer again while James was making yet another list of reasons why he was afraid of spiders.
"Unacceptable. Must eliminate. No trace left."

Xochi began to open portals to MD's and MG's location. First seeking out MD and Billy's place. After accessing its location, it opened a portal to Billy's Mansion, Xochi opened the portal outside of the Mansion and Bale went there to get MD.
Xochi: Sir Billy, would you kindly let us in? Master Bale wants to retrieve one of his assistants.
Bale: Hey there Billy, long time no see, I came here to pick up MD. K?
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Xochi looked at Giegue.
Xochi: Correct. This is only a safety measure to ensure that if something goes wrong on the other side, not all of us are compromised.
