I can tell things apart watching the trailer and not in squinting my eyes way. It has to feel natural without putting it through filter. I've seen this with DOOM Eternal sadly, from what I saw of the Mars demo.
I hate that shit so badly, what do these filters, desaturations or washed out...edness or whatever achieve?
I've checked comments (ugh) and so far no top comment noticed washed out colors... guess fans got what they want finally.
I think they are just glad that an actual new Diablo game is coming out.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Oxen. The word you're looking for is oxen.
I mean its a drabber palette but its certainly far from colourless.
What about Indiana Jones?
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Damn, that blood-ritual was beautiful animated and looked absolutely disgusting.
Any idea what these brief moments depicted during her summoning?
He usually only does it because he is being forced to do it. Otherwise he would be fine doing the kind of work actual archaeologists do.
Disgusted, but not surprisedI hope that the game will also have a Matt Uelmen semi-experimental soundtrack like the first two, but I wouldn't get too excited for it.

I've started work on a page for it.
New policy dictates having a release date for upcoming works alongside citing gameplay demos, which will take a while. Wait until further info since it'll just get cut anyway.
As for the visuals, it looks fine, but Diablo 1 and 2 had stark colors for clarity and aesthethic despite the overall drab atmosphere. Removing whatever filter they used would do the trick at least.

they're the same thing but with horns!

Dakr and drab is a valid aesthetic choice and I like what I've seen of it so far. I just hope it doesn't impede gameplay clarity.
From a gameplay stream I watched I don't think it will.
Also I images of the art for this game. And it appears Andariel will be back, and it shows an image of Lilith holding Diablo's head.
I wonder if Lilith's beau will be getting released from his prison too.
So anyone expecting Hijacked by Ganon treatment?
If so I hope they save it for the expansion.
You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short.> So anyone expecting Hijacked by Ganon treatment?
Its entirely possible,on the other hand given how many times he's been beaten Lilith might finally kill him for good
New theme music also a boxOne thing I saw in gameplay trailer, I think for Sorceress is...you can turn yourself into a ball of lightning and zap enemies as you pass right through them?
awesome
I always liked the elemental antics
the prime evils will gang up on Lilith
New theme music also a boxHow do you have a Diablo game without Diablo? :S
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Characters will also be gender selectable again, so Sorcerer is technically back from all the way in Diablo I.
I'm guessing the two unreleased classes will be our archer class and a summoning class although its hard to think of what exactly they will be.
What I'm curious about is whether the cliffhanger of D3's expansion will be resolved at all. We don't seem to have a lot of the story yet, from what I've gathered.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"If the bald guy from the cinematic is a nephalem, it might be a case of confirming Tyrael's worst fears in a more roundabout way.

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen. If that is literally Rathma, as I've heard some people say, then yeah I'd say we are in a spot of trouble.
