Bale: As is to be expected he's a boisterous overconfident jerk? Man, I can't wait to see his fall. But on the other hand, his plan does sound interesting, even if it's bound to fail.
He then kept on reading the villains' database.

A few members of the Legion were watching Timewrecker's Origin.
Bill: So that's his motivation, huh? Well, I've found some middle ground we have.
Aku: He's also been a pain to deal with, I mean I made this throne of the remains of a virus he attempted to throw here.
HIM: He's also very much a petty one.
Black Hat: So is his plan, wasting resources like that.
Grogar: You know what they say, Pride cometh before the fall.
Nightmare: Hopefully he'll know his place soon, and we'll finally have some peace of mind for our plans without worrying about him or the other pestilences that have tried to attack us.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
Abathur
"... Seriously? Is my new look not enough flamboyant for you to get noticed? But since you forgiving me for that little incident, I can say safely that your blood tasted quite good. Eehee!" replied Scipion to Bale before going back to Elliot.
"Yup, that was me. Or more like a shadow clone to be exact. Dunno what happened to that guy, I was busy well... trying to destroy everything... again..."
Scipion was then shown the memory. He was clearly not impressed, just another idiot trying to conquer worlds or some shits like that. But he was quite pissed off about one thing. "Gamy, why the bloody Distortion world didn't you finished him off? He was at your mercy and you just arrest him! Meh, whatever. I suppose you and Valy will have the occasion to correct your mistakes, then..."
"Unacceptable. Must eliminate. No trace left."

The detective turns to Scipion.
You wouldn't get it as you're not exactly a lawful person, but it tends to be frowned upon if you kill a villain before they can be brought to justice and put on trial. It's a different case if one has no choice but to kill them as then it's excusable in order to save lives. Now I may not agree with what the law says all the time, but I follow what I see as just.

"Yeah," said Elliot in response to Scipion and Gamechanger, "As horrible as anyone may be, they still have a right to a fair trial. Hell, depending on the person and the environment and the situation, they might just lose the motivation to.. be a bad person. I guess. Not that I'm saying that's the case for Keith over here..."

Billy is now looking around on the monster fight. Corrupted Utsuho is now blasting the printer effortlessly when she got it down with that blast earlier. After defeating the monster, she turns to Corrupted Bob the Builder, and fires several nuclear danmaku at him, before flying away. While Bob the Builder tries to dodge, he is still too close to the explosions, which shatter his crystal body, destroying him.
After this spectacle, Billy turns to talk to his tributes about what Timewrecker did earlier. Giorno says, "This lowest of a trash. I hope he dies forever. He's even worse than Diavolo or even Cioccolatta." Marinette then says, "Yeah, this guy is far worse than Hawk Moth." They are followed by all the other tributes Billy brought, responding according to their personalities.
"He is a huge threat to not just The Federation, but everything. He is even worse than Khan, Nero, or even the Borgs." Captain Kirk says.
"He is a wretched scum, worse than Kira, or that boy. At least he will make a good villain in my manga." Nidorohan says.
Those are just snippets from what Billy's tributes are all saying. In the meantime, Jack, the human leader for the Ribey search group, responds to what Magolor says. Jack introduces himself, "My name is Jack, and I am the leader of this group. We are now searching for Ribey, and working for Billy. In fact, I can show you something interesting that's happening now on the other side."
Then, the second memory happens. Everyone sees the Detective's and Valecor's perspectives on Timewrecker. After this finishes, they are shocked by his origin. Billy then responds to what the Detective and Scipion say,"While not stopping him with death results in that man becoming an extreme threat, I can see your reasoning behind it Gamechanger, as I also follow the law myself."
Meanwhile, Jack immediately shows Magolor everything the nominators see and hear, as well as the memory about Timewrecker, as they were all recorded. The whole group soon goes into where Ribey is and introduce themselves to her too, as well as saying they can help her. They also talk about what the nominators are undergoing too of course. Suddenly, he receives a notification about another memory being sent to him, one of Timewrecker's origin. He shows that too afterward.
Database Library
Sifher responded in the interview. He introduced his full name, before saying he had the skills for working with the DM, 6k1 as her data finder. He soon showed the little bit of data he helped found about Reboot Season 16.
In the present day, Sifher is worried to hear what is happening to 6k1, when she got attacked by Waterblight Ganon. He tries to reassure her after the attack, saying "I don't know what is happening to you actually, but don't give up." Sifher soon calls Billy's Clone directly about the situation.
Eagle's Hawk Corporation
The clone is displeased to hear the setback that has happened to the simulator's development, as well as the lost data of the corporation. While the workers are containing the virus now, it's not fully contained yet and still eat some bits of data currently. Even worse, it seems what's lost can't be recovered, and that the virus seems to have magical properties too. Preliminary investigations shows that it seems to come from the terrorist organization, Nature's Way.
Immediately, he orders an investigation into them while the workers continue to contain the virus. Some have also started on trying to recreate the lost data that they can't be recovered. It's expected the process will take weeks, and that the data range from trivial to important.
Then, he receives a call from somebody. Answering it, the person answers that he's Mr. Sifher. Immediately, he briefs Billy's Clone on 6k1's situation, causing him to be concerned. The clone then realizes that he hasn't talk much to the nominators, including the new one, Eldraseen. Immediately, he sends his message to 6k1, saying that he will try to help her and examine her marking, as well as investigate the attack.
The clone then makes a decision to meet with Eldraseen. Activating his hologram, he gets it on autopilot mode, before sending it to the front door of Eldraseen's entrance. There, the hyper realistic hologram properly greets Eldraseen, before introducing himself as Billy.
As for the clone again, he has also received the two memory recordings. He will distribute this to other universes to let everyone know.
Centrality
Dark Billy immediately gears the villains once they are warped to Cetrality. First, he orders Junko to purify her newfound allies with her powers. After convincing her that they can help her revenge, she agrees, and immediately purify everyone.
Immediately, Jeff the Killer feels that he is purely strong, as well as purely bloodlusting and sadistic. He has been entirely purified of his kind traits. As for Mahatma Gandhi, he feels more smarter and bloodlusting, that Junko has purified those traits. And Cioccorita becomes even more sadistic. He also feels his attacks becoming simpler, but deadlier.
As for Darth Sidious, when he gets purified, he feels his dark Force is now pure. There's no single light anymore. Testing his powers after this, he finds out his lightning bolts have become simpler, but again, it's more lethal.
And as for the evil Touhou girls, they feels as if their personality purely become their most dominant one. They also feel their powers simplifying, but increasing in strength too.
Gensokyo
Yukari, using her gap, continue to see the BTS Boys' journey. They seem to be lost in there, but Yukari has seen that Jimin is departing to Panem to attack the nominators. While she could intervene, she decided to stay back to manipulate behind the scenes instead, as well as relax and watch. However, she did decide to tell the Boys about where Jimin goes.
Immediately, she gapped herself in front of the Boys, and simply tell them that he is going to an abandoned military base, before making a gap for them to pass through. After they go there into the other side, but far enough that Jimin doesn't notice, Yukari says that she's leaving again and does so. However, she warns them about how powerful Jimin is now, as well as his deals with a being called Terminus.
Back in Gensokyo meanwhile, with no incidents, it's a peaceful day with the Outside World being opened and contacts with other sealed places. For now, the casts are having their slice of life, like Sanae's usual entertainment with scientific books, sci fi media, and other pop culture stuffs when she's not working in the Moriya Shrine, Reimu doing the usual thing in her Shrine, etc.

Panoptes attempts to create simulations of the monsters using what details Brakion told it about. It's successful in its attempt to create them... only to see that they look more like bootleg versions of the monsters

The HR congratulated Sifher after the interview, saying that he had been hired. She then allowed him to transfer the data to 6k1's computer.
The Database Library, Basement
6k1 replies to Eldraseen: I'm okay now, and yeah sure, go ahead and sic your tribute at that Blight Ganon. That would be great.
She then receives Sifher's message about his job as data finder and also his concern for her. She thanks him for making her work easier and checking in on her.
She also receives Billy's Clone's message and she sends him the pic of her scar for examination.
She then watches Timewrecker's backstory play out. Her brows furrow and her breaths become short. She balls up her hand in a fist and begins to scream... but stops at the last moment when her fist nearly meets the computer screen.
"Seeking revenge on all of us just because of one of my nominator friends?! This man must be stopped! But I do have to agree with you GC, for I uphold the law as well."
Realizing that he can't hear her from here, she emails him that as well.
6k1 looks at the Arena feed and groans. "I just wanna watch Kernel fight in the Battle Royale already..."
Power's Home
Power was just as bored as 6k1 waiting for the Battle Royale when she remembers something. She immediately magicks her crystal ball.
"Hey Ich, guess what? It's been nine years since Twilight and her friends' adventures were made into a show!"

As he was busy working on a few things to help pass the time until the Battle Royals actually started, Ichigo notices one his droids setting the glowing crystal ball down upon his workbench. Wondering what Power had to tell him, he takes a break from his work and gives it a rub.
"Oh, really? Goddamn, I can't believe it's actually been that long..."

The detective receives the new email and checks it. He turns to Elliot and Billy.
Say, I just got an email from 6k1. She agrees with us as well!
Suddenly the sky turns red and a small earthquake rocks the area as the ground shifts under everyone's feet and becomes pavement, buildings erupting from the ground to form an eldritch amusement park. A faded sign reads "Disneyland".
What was that!?
Calissa responds.
The Voidlands is an ever-shifting place, you just happened to personally witness one of its shifts.

Smiling reassuringly, Ichigo strokes the top of his crystal ball, miming the action of stroking Power's mane.
"Well, look on the bright side: at least there's still gonna be a lotta great memories. 'Sides, knowing how popular the show is, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a sequel series or spinoff, among other things, later on down the line; not to mention the truckloads of fanfics. What can I say, Pow-Pow, I'm a cautiously optimistic guy."

6k1 frantically sketches the theme park rising from the Voidlands surface. She wonders what other eldritch versions of the worlds she's familiar with will show up on their trip...

Magolor saw the landscape below them change. After this, he and Susie witnesses footage the search team showed them. To help them interact with Ribey, Magolor then picks them up with a beam, putting them in the Lor.

A train zooms through a beautiful Switzerland-esque mountain range.
Inside, Zan Partizanne and Taranza discuss about potential dangers.
"So apparently, the nominators have gone to the Voidlands."
"That's nice."
"Well, i wanted to know about any potential threat that might hit our place."
"I see. Look at the mountains outside! They're gorgeous!"

The device that 6k1 requested is warped in. She examines it, but she would need to test it on an actual illusionist or shapeshifter first. It should be able to uncover their disguises, even perfect ones.
She looks over her tribute list. None of those she nominated in this timeline fit the requirements, and calling one from the OT might raise suspicion, but then again, Ichi did suggest getting Fluttershy and Hagrid to help her with her Starble.
Speaking of which, she texts him for suggestions.

As Power's image fades from the crystal ball and the droid who brought it carries it back to the computer room, Ichigo recieves a text from 6k1. Stroking his chin as he contemplates a response, he sends one as soon as it comes to him.
Have one of your employees drink a Polyjuice Potion or something, see if that's what your test run needs.
He then turns to the robot operating the sewing machine and approaches to check on the final product: a Mare Do Well-esque costume. Pleased with how it turned out, he boxes it up and slaps a note onto it.
Pow-Pow, I'm not sure if you celebrate Hallow- I mean, Nightmare Night or not, but I figured that with everything going on recently, you could use something to help lighten the mood. Now I don't know about your deal, but maybe I oughta seriously consider retiring as a nominator and heading into the fashion industry in the near future. Anyway, feel free to apply whatever superhero name you want to this costume.
He hands the package over to the droid, who carries it to the teleporter room to be warped to Power's house, then gets back to repairing 6k1's damaged exoskeleton.

Sitting at the same train as Zan and Taranza are Rick, Kine, and Coo, who are taking the train somewhere. Rick looks outside, watching the beautiful view of the mountains. Rick then receives a strawberry shortcake from the waiter.
Star Whale Palace, Cafeteria
Kirby and King Dedede are in the palace cafeteria, looking at a window showing a nice view of the planet. Kirby then gets a strawberry shortcake and Dedede gets a burger.

Well, it takes one month to brew, the ingredients are hard to find, and it's difficult to make in the first place. However, my scientists have mastered the formula that accelerates its brewing time without affecting the final product. I mean, how are those tributes able to brew it in just one day/night? :P
The downside to this is that the subjects will only be able to safely transform into other humans. You know what happened when Hermione accidentally used cat hair, right? Though that still doesn't answer how the tributes are able to transform into other nonhuman/half-human tributes...
6k1 emails Claire about the experiment and schedules it after this season, though it might have to be delayed since the DM has to hide on Villain Day while the Science Center has to close on that day as well after her tributes are sent home.
Alright Ichi, I've already scheduled the experiment.

After having breakfast with Miranda, Power checks her mail and tries on the costume.
◊A/N She retrieves her ball again.
"Have no fear, The Art Mage is here! However, I've a better costume in mind come Nightmare Night, but I'm not gonna spoil it for ya!"
She giggles as she imagines herself in a certain wizard outfit for that day.

After he's finished repairing 6k1's exoskeleton, he adds a note stating that putting it on after the cloning process would allow whoever wore it access to the exoskeleton at 100%, then hands it to a droid to bring to the teleporter room before answering 6k1's text message.
Good to hear. Here's hoping this experiment proves successful.
Ichigo heads back to the computer room and plops into his chair in time to notice the crystal ball at his desk glowing. After rubbing it, he smiles at the sight of Power in her newly-dubbed Art Mage costume.
"Heh, you do look ready to go out and fight crime in that outfit, Pow-Pow!" he remarks. "And could I at least have a hint as what you have in mind for Nightmare Night?"

Grogar turned to the screen showing the Voidlands and talked to Valecor for small request.
Grogar: Valecor, I humbly request your permission to bring Chrysalis back into the Lair, I want to speak a few things with her.
He then awaited an answer. Before being interrupted by Magica.
Magica: Excuse, Mr. Grogar. But what am I exactly going to do? Because I'm desperate for revenge and also impatient.
Grogar: I'll tell you when I need to. Go and make some friends or allies in the meanwhile, we're three days away from Villain Day and we wouldn't want anyone to spend it alone.
He then shot her a glare, causing Magica to leave the room, scared.

The Mountains, Zan's Train
As the train speeds through the mountain range, Taranza and Zan Partizanne chat.
"So, why are we riding this train, again?"
"We're transporting some Tactical Dolls to Mr. Star, and some exotic candies for Kirby."
"Oooh! I see."
"Well, we'll be here for a few days. We can only hope we don't run into problems or danger for those days."
"Well, outside seems peaceful. I'm positive we won't run into dangers."
Outside, the sun is setting.
"Hey, the sun's setting."
At the chairs near the two, hardcore gamer 9-Volt and his mother 5-Volt are riding the train as well. 9-Volt is playing a Nintendo Switch while 5-Volt enjoys the mountain sunset.

I may not go through with it."I recommend you don't," Elliot told Silverstream before turning to Galis, "Hey, it's cool. I have.. enough knowledge about time manipulation. I'm sure I can at least hold my ground in a duel with him."
