I agree that the current name is bad. In addition, I skimmed the video game section and noticed that a lot of examples directly quote the dialogue from the example, as if the stock phrase name is making the exact wording seem more important than it is.
As for new names, how about Viewer Shaming?

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.Viewer Shaming sounds like a great name for this trope!
Where are people getting the idea that No New Stock Phrases means no Stock Phrases are allowed as titles? It's right there in the name: "No New Stock Phrases"; the old ones are grandfathered in. That being said, Viewer Shaming could work as a title, as I have seen occasional misuse of You Bastard!. Though technically it could also be Player Shaming, Reader Shaming, etc.

Keet cleanupI can't see the misuse pointed out .
Would like to see a wick check to demonstrate misuse before any rename.

Wouldn't anyone agree that this trope Needs A Better Name?
The trope's premise is that a work shames the viewer for enjoying something that is or could be considered immoral within said work.
It does not refer to a character actually saying, "You bastard!" or any similar phrase, which is where potholes to this trope are often found.
And with this in mind, I have three (3) suggestions for a new name; they're listed below.
Hates Your "Immoral Pleasure"
Work Hates Your "Immoral Pleasure"
Creator Hates Your "Immoral Pleasure"
Be sure to tell me what you prefer best, and if you have a name to suggest, be sure to tell me.
