When I think of this trope, though, I picture two guys clearly identified as assassin fighting and one winning. Image three looks kind of like the street thugs wandered into the scene at random (not familiar with the game, myself).
Yeah, the "assassin" aspect of that isn't all that clear...if you're not paying attention, you might miss the wrist blades and the mask.

His pistol has been knocked out of his hand and the target is actively confronting him...it may not be the best thing going, but it's better than the other options so I'm good with it pending something else.
