Suggestion: Hyperactive Sprite

I know the site doesn't normally allow animated GIFs, but I wonder if we could make an exception for Hyperactive Sprite, since it relies on movement and would be very hard to illustrate otherwise. We already have one exception for True Art Is Incomprehensible. Here's my suggestion: Zangief from Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.

They may not be. Can you upload it to imgur or some other site so we can see it in action?

Could this be illustrated by showing screencaps of sprite animation instead?

Not sure if placing individual frames is a good idea, unless if anyone can pitch in a suggestion of something that's smaller.

Well, here's the original Street Fighter II sprite◊, but I believe the page would benefit from an animated sprite.

The admins have got way too much on their hands right now to worry about animated page pics, so I think for the time being we'd be best suited by making an Image Links page with a few good examples.

Tried converting it to an animated PNG, but that doesn't seem to work either. The image on True Art Is Incomprehensible still works when put on other pages, though.

Yeah, that pic's been around for a long time.

Since adding GIFs seems like a long shot at this point, maybe this will do, paired with a caption explaining that it's a sprite.
