Once you edit in the limitations outlined, you'll be Accepted.

I'm going to put this in the OP so I can stop answering these every time I write in someone into the game, but here's the stuff that is usually outlined in much more florid terms by the GMPC, the Locksmith:

  • Where is this?: The Tower. Has a lot of different names, extends across realities. There are Floors, and you gotta Climb them to reach the Ruler.
  • Why?: Because the Ruler has picked you out of everything and everyone to do so. Nobody knows why except the Ruler himself, but every person picked is one who is able to get to the top. Maybe you'll get to ask him when you get up there.
  • What do I get once I get up there?: Quite possibly everything and anything.
  • When can I go home?: Once you get up there, or when the Ruler sends you home.
  • What am I supposed to do right now?: To get to the next floor, you gotta get the Keys to the door, which can be literally anything. There's a portal to another world here, go inside and help your fellow Climbers get the Keys scattered about. In this case, the world outside is called Gensokyo, and you have to help the others retrieve four specific umbrellas that act as the keys.

Anything that isn't explicitly covered here, please feel free to have your character ask about in the thread.

  • Name: Reinhardt Wilhelm
  • Age: 61
  • Appearance: Justice will be done.
  • Universe: Overwatch

  • Personality: Reinhardt's sometimes overbearing demeanor and occasionally "extra-jovial" behavior can sometimes make him seem a bit of a party animal. However, all of that is merely just a slice of Reinhardt's easygoing nature, as while he's among friends, he can prove to be one of the most entertaining and interesting personalities of a group, able to regale listeners with stories of his youth and his experiences. Reinhardt isn't afraid to speak his mind, frequently getting into trouble with his superiors for saying the "wrong" thing. His ethic code demands him to be the shield for those who cannot fight, whether they be human or omnic, since all are equal in his eyes.

  • Backstory: Over thirty years ago, Overwatch was founded to counter the threat of the robot uprisings around the world. Reinhardt, a highly decorated German soldier, was inducted as part of the original Overwatch strike team that put an end to the Omnic Crisis. After the conflict's resolution, Overwatch grew into a global institution, keeping the peace in a war-torn world. Reinhardt proved himself to be one of its most stalwart champions.

    • Reinhardt's unique ethics and larger-than-life persona earned the admiration of his peers and superiors alike. Never afraid to speak his mind, he was Overwatch's most vocal supporter and, when necessary, its harshest critic, providing a constant reminder that Overwatch was meant to be a force for good.

    • Having served into his late fifties, Reinhardt was faced with mandatory retirement from combat operations. Despondent about being removed from active duty, Reinhardt feared that his days of purpose and glory had ended. As times grew darker and Overwatch came under suspicion of corruption and sedition, Reinhardt could only watch as the cause he had dedicated his life to defending surrendered in disgrace.

    • Though Overwatch was eventually disbanded, Reinhardt was not content to sit idly by while the world fell to disorder. Once again donning his Crusader armor, he has vowed to fight for justice across Europe like a knight of old, defending the innocent and winning hearts and minds with the promise of better days to come.

  • Powers/Abilities/Equipment:

    • Strength: Reinhardt is a monster of a man, built as thick as an ox and with armor to match. Not only is he capable of wearing his armor comfortably, but he's also capable of picking up Omnics with ease with only one hand.

    • Rocket Hammer: His Sole Weapon, equipped with a built-in Rocket Engine and flame emitter in the "head". With the flame emitter, Reinhardt can hurl a flaming projectile at distant targets, setting them on fire and knocking them back. In addition, his Hammer's engines can activate so he can slam it into the ground, creating a conical shockwave around him 30 feet in diameter.

    • Barrier Field: Equipped on his Left Forearm, the Barrier Field utilizes advanced technology to create an Energy Barrier 10 by 8ft. in front of Reinhardt. This barrier stops projectiles, ranging from ordinary bullets to even energy weapons from hitting their targets. However, the Field slows down Reinhardt, as well as also being vulnerable to attacks from the top or behind. It's biggest weakness is the fact constant damage will wear it down and eventually break it.

    • Crusader Armor: Just much a symbol of German Might and resolute stature as the knights of old, so too does Crusader Armor for Reinhardt. Weighing up to a ton, this armor is capable of weathering intense gunfire, able to withstand hundreds of rounds of assault and machine gun fire being poured into it before the armor cracks and fails. In addition, rocket boosters are built into the rear to allow for Charge Attacks, with any enemy in his way either steamrolled or knocked back out of his way.

  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: Reinhardt's heroic and selfless personality and great defensive abilities make him the perfect shield to protect those who climb along the way.

Okay, let's try this again. Is this okay? Any nerfs or anything that is wrong with it?

As long as you can say that his big energy shield thingey breaks if hit a lot, then sure, you're Accepted.

Please read the part in the OP that I just edited to include some more stuff about when your character first enters the game, it'll help.

Also...while you have improved, we are still a little wary about the plagiarization thing from earlier. Please be on your best behavior.

Thanks, and I'll edit the break after a lot of damage part. Kinda forgot to put it in. And don't worry, I'll do my best to be a good player.

When this challenge in Terminus is over (or at least when the Mugenkan story is wrapped up) I'd like to replace Yang with this person.

I regret nothing.

  • Name: Minneapolis
  • Age: The robotic equivalent of like, early-twenties.
  • Appearance: Like so. (FYI: Her boat normally isn't out all willy-nilly and generally you can assume she doesn't have it active, I'll try to make sure to make it clear when it is)
  • Universe: Azur Lane
  • Personality: Minneapolis is a strong-willed, blunt sort of person who doesn't beat around the bush when she wants to address something. She has a strong sense of duty and determination when it comes to accomplishing whatever it is she sets out to do. She views herself as a sort of warrior-huntress - and with the way she acts sometimes because of this, you would expect Minneapolis to be a nomadic tribeswoman from a pre-industrial society instead of a sci-fi near-modern world. She freaking loves telling stories about hunting, and can talk your ear off all day about it. She also really loves bubblegum and is almost always chewing on a piece. Definitely isn't afraid of torpedoes. Really!
  • Backstory: On an Earth quite a bit unlike our own, the various nations of the world with names that have no relation to those of modern Earth rely on advanced technology to produce sentient warships that happen to also be women. One such warship was dubbed Minneapolis. Together with ships from other nations they teamed up to fight against alien invaders known as sirens. She earned a bit of a reputation for never giving up, and getting absolutely savaged but still managing to return for repair.
  • Powers/Abilities/Equipment:
    • Ridiculously Human Robot: First off, Minneapolis is not a human, despite what she looks like on the outside. She is a robot who doesn't have the biological requirements a human does. She still needs to eat to survive, and can eat normal food, but mostly sustains herself on eating raw fuel like oil and bunker fuel.
      • Bote: Specifically, she's not just a robot girl, but a robot boat girl. She can walk on water as if it were solid ground, sprinting on it with ease and without tiring. She doesn't need to actually "walk" on water to move, though, she can stand normally and propel herself around as if she were surfing. She isn't incapable of moving on land, but she isn't any faster than what a reasonably fit human could do.
      • Durability: Her body is plated with metal armor, making her somewhat bulletproof. She can more-or-less shake off the smallest calibers of firearms, or shots from a shotgun. Things of a larger nature, such as a shotgun slug, a high-powered rifle round, or a grenade hurts her significantly, with several hits like that capable of causing major injuries.
      • Enhanced Strength: She is strong enough to swing around her boat with ease, not being affected much by it despite it weighing several hundred pounds. So punching dents into a steel plate, or lifting and throwing things like refrigerators, motorcycles, and barrels of water or oil are all things she could muster. With considerable effort, focus, and determination she could lift up a car, but actually throwing it more than a few feet in a controlled drop is beyond her.
    • Hull The boat part of the boatgirl, she possesses an absolutely massive boat that she can conjure up into existence, manifesting it in her hands by some sort of technomagical means. It's a replica of a large heavy cruiser, roughly the same height as herself, and probably weighs somewhere around 700 pounds. It's part of her, so it can't exist independent of her body (normally). Because it's part of her, its state of damage changes depending on how beat up she gets, and while she can use it as a sort of heavy shield to take some more hits than she normally would, she suffers whatever damage it takes.
    • Guns: When she pulls out her hull, she can use its guns. She carries enough ammo inside of her for five engagements, which translates into being able to shoot each weapon for several minutes. Her body has some internal means of generating substitute ammo when she runs out so that all of her weapons can continue firing, but they have only half the stopping power they normally do. All her weapons have three barrels, so if one barrel were somehow destroyed or obstructed, she'd still be able to use that weapon at 2/3rds the firepower.
      • Main Gun: A grenade launcher in practice, it lobs a trio of explosive rounds at a target, hitting with the force of a rifle blast and then exploding like a grenade and potentially setting things on fire. While it reloads relatively quickly, it still takes some discernible amount of time to do so, preventing her from using it in rapid succession.
      • Secondary Gun: Functionally just like a battle-rifle, it fires a three-round burst (one from each barrel) of rifle-sized rounds. Effectively it's like she's carrying a FAL. It can do some light damage to heavily armored targets, but is most effective against light armor.
      • Anti-Air Gun: This is a low-damage gun that fires a bunch of very small pieces of metal in a cone pattern, just like a very large shotgun blast. It's like the equivalent of shooting a round of buckshot and two rounds of birdshot in each blast, and fires as quickly as a pump-action shotgun.
      • Anchor: The ship has an anchor attached to it with probably around a meter's worth of chain. It's sharp. It's heavy. If someone gets hit in the head with it, it's probably not pleasant.
      • Spike: There's a big lance-like spike on the ship too. The point end goes in the other man. When she goes up to ramming speed it juts out enough to act like a spear, and really helps with smashing into things.
      • Full Barrage: This attack slowly charges up from the residual energy of her main cannon, allowing her to fire it off once she's fired her main gun several times without too much of a significant 'cool off' time between all the shots. It launches a volley of six slow(er, like the speed of an arrow) magical energy-like projectiles outwards from her body. While slow, the shots each impact a target with as much force as a blast from her main gun.
    • Thrill of the Hunt: Some might best describe this as a tendency towards bloodlust. When she defeats a foe, she temporarily gains a small bonus to the damage she inflicts and how fast she shoots, akin to an adrenaline rush. It's not a lot, only a tidbit, but it's still something, enough that it can help tilt the balance in her favor slightly and beat the odds when it comes to close calls.
    • Dullahan: Minneapolis is neither immortal nor invulnerable, but despite that she has the goddamndestly strongest refusal to die. When she sustains serious injuries, her armor tenses up a bit more so that she can endure more damage at the expense of moving a tad slower, and her body starts to heal itself rapidly. This happens over a short period of time, at which point all of these effects end - something on the order of just under 20 second. It doesn't heal her to the peak of vitality, or even into "good" territory, but as long as her limbs and robotic equivalent organs aren't outright missing it can turn critical wounding into moderate injuries, patching her up enough to ignore the pain and keep her functioning without a drop in her efficiency. There is a noticeable delay before she can use this again - if she gets critically wounded twice in a short period of time, she's SOL, but if it were to be spaces several minutes apart, it would trigger again.
    • Hunting: She's good at the sort of hunting you'd see someone doing on the Discovery or History channels (excluding hunting for bargains on goods that come into your pawn shop). Tracking game through a forest, finding fish and sharks, hiding in bushes, that type of thing.
  • Equipment: All of her boat stuff is part of her, so it's not really "equipment." She's got a nice big cloak she wears that can keep her warm and toasty, her shoes are metal with knife-like heels, and she's got on headphones that are likely far more durable than they have any right to be (and waterproof).
    • Bubblegum: She's here to kick ass and chew bubblegum and, well, she made sure to bring some. A lot.
    • War Paint: Just some white body paint in case she needs to re-apply what she has.
    • Communication Thing: Her headphones plug into something. Like a smartphone, but considering where she's from, it's more like a walkie talkie than the sort of phone where you dial people.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: The Locksmith ain't gonna be nobody's fool if he ever finds a Water Temple.

Third... No, fourth time's the charm. Don't worry, I know what I'm doing this time. For sure.

  • Name: Adrien Agreste, aka Cat Noir
  • Age: 14
  • Appearance: Adrien one moment, Cat Noir the next.
  • Universe: Miraculous Ladybug
  • Personality: Adrien is a friendly sort. He's pretty shy and tends to keep to himself, owing to his reclusive upbringing, but he is a very kind and generous kid. He's quick to see the good in people, no matter how bad they may come off (not to say he doesn't have his limits). When being Cat Noir, he puts on a very cocky persona, acting out and cutting jokes in ways he can't as normal old Adrien. Yet no matter who he is, Adrien is always the first to do the right thing, even in the face of danger.
  • Backstory: Adrien is the son and top model of famous Parisian fashion designer, Gabriel Agreste. During his childhood, Adrien was kept under strict lock and key following the death of his mother at an early age, driving his heartbroken father to keep his son as close and as safe as possible. As such, Adrien grew up with next to zero contact with the outside world. Around the time of his 14th birthday, Adrien managed to convince his father to let him attend public school. Gabriel relented, and soon enough Adrien was starting his first day of real school. And that's when his life changed forever. Following a secret test of character wherein he helped an old man, Adrien was soon gifted a special ring - a Miraculous. With it, Adrien could turn into a legendary cat-like figure with amazing powers. Dubbing himself as Cat Noir, Adrien was tasked with defending Paris from the attacks of a fellow Miraculous user, Hawk Moth, with the help of another similarly superpowered teen, Ladybug. Ever since that day, Cat Noir and Ladybug had been Paris' protectors.
  • Equipment:
    • Cat Miraculous: The source of Cat Noir's powers is a magic ring that has been passed down through the ages. When not in use, it takes the form of a regular metal ring. In order for him to transform, Adrien calls on the Miraculous's "Kwami"note , Plagg! Once Plagg is joined with his Miraculous, Adrien turns into Cat Noir, and gains all the powers that come with the territory, as well as his...
    • Staff: Cat Noir's iconic weapon and all-around tool is an extendable steel baton. It can extend incredibly far out at his whim, which allows him to pole-vault up and across any obstacle, among other things one would use an extremely long staff for. It's not simply a weapon, though: the green paw print is a button which brings out a small screen, which Cat Noir can use as a cellphone, a map, or even a pair of binoculars. It can also function as a breathing device for whenever you need to breathe but can't. Pretty handy, huh?
  • Powers/Abilities:
    • Typical Superhero Stuff: Simply put, when he's Cat Noir, Adrien gains several advantages that a regular person doesn't have. He's stronger, sturdier, and dexterouser as Cat Noir, able to pull off feats of strength and skill normally unthinkable. He's not infallible, obviously, just a lot tougher than average.
    • Cataclysm: Cat Noir's signature move is his Cataclysm. Gathering magic "bad luck" energy in his right hand, Cat Noir can use Cataclysm to destroy, ruin, or otherwise negatively affect anything he touches. He can rust metal, crumble stone, rot plants, weaken floors, mess up electronics - you get the idea. Of course, being as inexperienced in the immense power as he is, Cat Noir is only able to use Cataclysm exactly once per transformation, after which he only has about 5 minutes before his Miraculous reverts to normal and he's back to being Adrien. The only way for him to turn back is for Plagg to get his strength up again, requiring either a nice rest or a hearty piece of cheese. Plagg loves cheese.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: Adrien is a skilled fighter and an excellent hero, making him perfect for the many trials the Tower has. Not to mention that Paris needs Cat Noir, and Adrien won't rest until he finds his way home.

Forgive me, and forgive us as a whole, but frankly no one here believes that. You, yourself, said that the last time was the absolute last time and you'd be there forever. You agreed that if it wasn't, we'd be in our right to ensure that it would really be the last time. I'm sorry for being blunt, but you're denied.

  • Name: Lucifer (Lucy)
  • Age: Unknown, probably as long as Christianity's been in vogue.
  • Appearance: The Younger Lucifer
  • Universe: Monster Strike
  • Personality: Hotheaded and brash with a stubborn streak a mile long, Lucifer in her younger form is a lot more of a wildcat than her more cool and composed older persona, akin to comparing a hot summer's day to that of a dark winter's night. All but burning with youthful energy, this form is more emotionally driven and much more active in nature. Also she sucks at keeping a poker face and wears her heart on her sleeve with only bad, bad acting saving her from totally wiping out in the intrigue department.
  • Backstory: Lucifer hails from the Strike World universe, a giant realm that spans myriad pocket realities that houses either different religious pantheons or failing that, a more selective 'theme' such as scientific space stations or a dry desert kingdom. Back in her heyday she used to be a commander of a troop before tragedy struck and she lost all her subordinates due to internal strife and intrigue.
    • Vowing to take revenge, the archangel cast away her reputation and standing to seek the truth and 'betrayed' both Almighty and Heaven, going so far as to strike down the being responsible for eradicating her unit before fleeing to the Underworld and carving out a territory for herself among the chaotic hordes of demons and proclaiming herself to be 'The Lord of the Fallen'.
    • And yet, not all was as it should be given the fact that the Decemviri, the highest host of angelic beings (though humans would know of them as the Sefirot) would seek to unbind the invisible yokes that restrained them to both The Almighty and their closed off realm, causing a great rebellion and slaying their Creator before absconding. From that point on, the boundaries between the myriad realms of Strike World was broken and chaos reigned supreme as the Monsters were now able to explore further outside their territories, with such results being that of great chaos and violence as war was waged against each other with Lucifer still feeling the aftershocks of such events many years after the possibilities were open.
  • Powers/Abilities: As Lucifer is a Monster, she has a host of amazing abilities that regular humans would find rather daunting, with the regular baseline physical abilities being good enough to survive being smashed through brick walls and smash holes in stone and metal constructs with her bare limbs as well as react to things regular people can't. She can also fly and hover when she sprouts her wings. She can assume a full human form where nothing out there such as pointy ears, shiny halo, or pure white wings are out along with the ability to craft whatever clothes she wants though to actually fight at full strength she needs to discard the facade.
    • Her specific element is Dark aligned and thus she takes twice as damage from anything particularly Light elemental in nature such as magic or techniques... though the inverse is also true and she can deal greater than normal damage back to such entities. That said, normal sunlight doesn't do squat to her to weaken her in the least.
    • Lucifer's more supernatural abilities are now much more different due to regressing into her previous form, with her absolute defensive barrier turning... not quite as absolute given how she can only project anywhere from 180 to at most 270 degrees about herself or others in comparison to her former complete orb of protection. She also loses her long distance laser beam, the ability to summon fallen angel phantasm, and even her limited telekinetic abilities in exchange for something else...
    • Dark Lightning: The trade-off, Lucifer has the explicit ability to generate powerful tendrils of lightning which she can either shoot out in a manner highly reminiscent of that of Sith Lightning or go one step further and turn the currents into that of semi-solidity in order to use as electric 'threads' to latch onto objects while shooting high voltage into them. They aren't regular lightning as well so she can still use them to either crush or cut materials that would normally be able to counteract its electric effects such as lightning rods or rubber. Has a maximum range of about thirty feet away from her and the longer the distance the less overall fine control she has over the technique.
    • Angel CQC: An unconventional form of fighting that Lucifer used to great effectiveness in her military service, it could only be described as a mixed martial arts that focuses on being able to react in three dimensions by utilizing the fact she could ignore the pull of gravity to perform attacks that a grounded fighter would never be able to do so. It also allows her to beat the stuffing out of anyone that thinks coming in closer would be a good idea.
    • Energy Projection: Lucifer can generate swarms of hardlight projectiles to shoot at her target in the form of energy spears, used either to attempt impalement or as covering fire in order to buy her time to think of what to do next. There isn't any finesse to the attack other than being able to launch it in successive sweeping waves. She can also modify and hold onto one of them as a sword to cut and stab with it, being able to cleave through regular steel blades with ease.
    • She is a really amazing bassist and an ethereal vocalist. It's the kind of talent that those who make deals with the devil would strive for. It's the sort of talent that a member of the Wicked Pistols (which also has cousin Satan) is known for and her previous band Angelic Diva was her and the four archangels together which should give you an example of how high her standards are. Her current number one fan is Hades.
  • Equipment: Lucifer has on hand a smartphone with the Monster Strike app installed along with a Dark Strike Ring. It's pretty useless in her hands aside from being a regular smartphone but she can choose to give it over to someone she trusts (a rather tall order in and of itself) in order have a Striker aid in her fighting abilities akin to a human and a Digimon. She can also outright retreat into the phone to hasten the healing of injuries.

  • Why They're Climbing The Tower: To get back to her world and do what must be done. And also be Team Mom.

  • Name: Kogasa Tatara
  • Age: 120
  • Appearance: In winter and summer fashions. Kind of short. Looks like a teenager.
  • Universe: The Sopranos
  • Personality: She's bright, happy and cheery at her best, and very easily depressed and fatalistic at worst. She loves her duty of scaring people and she loves humans, despite being resentful over being abandoned by them so long ago. At the same time, she'll think herself into a deep spiral of self-loathing if she fails to scare someone (which is often) or is ignored, has a negative outlook on her future, and very easily tends to shut down and accept her fate if things go bad. She smiles a lot and she mopes a lot. She's honest, perhaps too much so, and can come across as a little naive and gullible. If she tries to scare you, please act afraid.
  • Backstory: Like a lot of people, the Japanese believed that with age comes wisdom. Unlike some others they believed that it also applied to animals and inanimate objects, though. If something like, say, an umbrella exists to the ripe age of 100, there's a slim chance that it might become a tsukumogami, and think on its own. And, in the case of the Karakasa Obake, umbrella apparitions, it's those umbrellas that are forgotten and resent it.
    • So, Kogasa is an umbrella that was abandoned and was forgotten about some time ago, passing into the land of forgotten things, Gensokyo. Since her normal role of "being useful as an umbrella" was kind of a bust, she decided to put herself to work in other fields. Right now, she's willing to try anything in order to be useful to others or herself, though most people don't trust umbrella monsters.
  • Powers/Equipment:
    • Spooking People: Is something she's not good at. Like any youkai, she lives in part from the fear of humans, but she takes a more direct approach and is bad at it. No, Kogasa, jumping out and saying "BOO!" really loudly doesn't work for anyone above the age of 10. Or people with heart conditions. After much practice she's gotten kind of good at hiding, though she sometimes picks very obvious hiding spots. She's studied enough, and does have some underlying talent, though. Rarely, she might actually figure out something really frightening.
    • Two-for-One: Kogasa is an umbrella. The umbrella is Kogasa. Embodying umbrellas and existing as one, Kogasa technically has two bodies. One being the cute girl, one being the cute one-eyed umbrella that follows her. It's the same being as her, and she controls it, though they technically can act separately. The umbrella can hop around on its leg and fly like Kogasa can, and whap people with its tongue with a decently strong force.
    • Flight: Touhou.
    • Makes Metal Stuff: One of the other activities Kogasa branched out to was, of all things, smithing. She's honestly pretty good at it, too! Not master-class or anything, but definitely proficient and able to make small supplies and limited facilities go a long way. Probably doesn't know a whole lot about modern metallurgy, though.
    • Mary Poppins, Y'all: Even more odd is that, upon learning that the best nannies in the world of humans fly around on umbrellas, Kogasa decided to also take up babysitting as a job. She's decent at it, but tries to spook her kids sometimes.
    • Important One Here: Due to the events of the challenge she was introduced, her nature is inextricably linked to the existence of the Tower.

  • Name: AK-12
  • Age: The machine equivalent of early twenties
  • Appearance: AK-12 is a gynoid with long white hair, and a combat outfit that consist of a cloak, a jacket, and a lot of various accessories, her eyes remain shut most of the time... but when they open, they are perhaps one of her most striking features... they are actually a bluish grey, with a pink ring around a pink iris... in there low power state, but when in there full power state flood with and glow a pink hue... being a robot girl she can accept different add on accessories as well... like Animal bits fitting of her name "The Snow Wolf"
  • Universe: Girls Front-line.
  • Personality: AK-12 is extremely self confident, but has a bit of a short attention span, and a "playful" demeanor... although depending on how much she likes a person that can be legitimately playful, or playful in the same way that a cat is with its prey. Overall a pretty cheery girl, although one who is fairly selfish.

She has made a name for herself in defy rescuing the fragments of Anti-Rain squadron.... which were then integrated into the ranks. Some of her experiances include a chaotic crossfire conflict between G&K, Sangvis Ferri, SOCOM, DEFY and 404 known as Singularity, and an even larger one known as Continuum Turbulence... through all this DEFY has managed to hold its own in no small part to AK-12
  • Powers/Abilities/Equipment: AK-12 being a gynoid has integrated body-armor to some extent, being able to withstand at-least a couple small arms impacts... but beyond that her physical abilities are about the same as a human at the peak of physical fitness. Powered by a chemical reactor, she consumes normal food... more then a person would however... and can even regenerate to some extent though it takes time...
    • Skills:
      • Commando Actions: AK-12 is a military AI placed into a Tactical Doll body, and has the skill set one would expect from a military AI, being competent with a variety of weaponry, explosives, and military hardware.
      • Electronic Warfare: Even among AI, AK-12 is incredibly skilled with hacking and electronic warfare, able to generate communications dead zones around her, or hijack military robotics given enough time and protection to do so.
      • Eyes of The Snow Wolf: While most of the time AK-12's eyes remain closed, this does not mean that she is unaware of what is around her, rather she is keeping out unecicery information to conserve power... if things get too bad she will open her eyes, and shut down all superfluous processes including her emotional module to focus entirely on information processing and combat skills... slightly different from a beserke state in that she isn't a direct threat to herself or friendlies, and in fact has boosted mental capacities.... but no extra physical abilities... and well, without emotions and focused entirely on the objective to say she can be cold is an understatement.
    • Equipment: 1 AK-12 Variant Assault Rifle, 210 rounds of ammunition, 6 Grenades, Combat Knife, Radio, Combat Uniform.
      • Extra Friend: I say friend but the reality is this is just some SOCOM Aegis that she has hijacked... Dumber then a box of rocks, but able to be controlled by AK-12 directly, this Aegis carries with it a riot shield, a shotgun, and the appropriate ammo.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower: Because sometimes the situation just calls for brute-force there way through an electronic security system, one way or another.

  • Name: Mitsuyoshi, a.k.a. "Jubei"
  • Age: Unknown, but Over a Century.
  • Appearance: Yes, this really is the "Strongest Living Creature in Existence". At least in his world.
  • Universe: Blazblue (Between Chronophantasma & Central Fiction).
  • Personality: Despite his rough speech, Jubei is probably one of the nicest people you can meet, at least at his corner of the multiverse. possessing a laid-back attitude and a jovial outlook on life befitting of his age, this is a man (er, cat) who wants nothing more than peace for those he cares about, and treats everyone around him with warmth. Possessing quite a bit of humanity, even moreso than some actual humans, he's pretty easy to sway emotionally. Sure, he's capable of hatred, but you have to be particularly spiteful in order to incur his wrath in such a way. He can also be quite bitter at himself sometimes, due guilt over not being able to do anything and the loss of his wife and ensuing estrangement with his daughter. This, however, has the effect of only driving him harder to do what's right. He's also a bit of a stern teacher (as anyone under him can attest to), a great cook, and does show cat-like tendencies every now and then. He likes Catnip and dislikes Setaria viridis ("Green Foxtail/Bristlegrass", a kind of Weed.)
  • Backstory:
    • Jubei's story doesn't begin with Jubei, but rather with Mitsuyoshi, a "beastman" (talking animal, basically) from a small village hired by Calvis Alucard, head of the house of Alucard Vampires, to find and potential assassinate a scientist who created the first Prime Field Device (artificial humans made to study the Boundary, the area between timelines). He met two people on his way, an amnesiac man named Bloodedge and Celica Mercury, and after a bit of a misunderstanding, the three went to the lab where the scientist was located, only to be stopped by a remnant of a being known as the Black Beast. They fought, Mitsuyoshi being wounded during it, and sent to the Alucard house for a full recovery, minus his right eye, which needed a patch over it. It was around this time that his village was completely wiped out by the Black Beast, with Terumi killing his brother, the only other survivor.
    • He came back eventually, right as Konoe Mercury, Nine of the Ten Sages (the most powerful of all mages) wanted to destroy Kushinada's Lynchpin, a device that could stop the now rampaging Black Beast at the cost of her sister, the two fighting a bit before being calmed down. The rested for the night, only for the Black Beast to attack. Bloodedge told everyone to leave, but Mitsuyoshi stayed, fighting alongside Bloodedge against the remnants, before being told to run away when Bloodedge attacked the Beast. Complying with his tone, Mitsuyoshi left, Bloodedge sacrificing himself for another year to prepare against the Black Beast. Giving his sword to Celica, who already had his coat, he later changed his name to Jubei.
    • The year they got paid off, as Jubei, part of the Six Warriors alongside Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, Nine, Trinity Glassfile, Hakumen, and a Mind-Controled Yuki Terumi, managed to defeat the Black Beast with the power of weapons known as Nox Nyctores that Nine created, Jubei getting Dream Blades: Musashi, which could cut what normally couldn't be cut, though the core of that power was returned at the end of the war. Nine and Jubei hooked up, marrying and having a daughter named Kokonoe, and the Six Warriors became renounced as the Six Heroes.
    • Unfortunately, Terumi had a backup plan to get out of his mind control, murdering Nine and Trinity in the process. He tried to kill Jubei and Hakumen as well, but Rachel had given him his brother Tomonori's eye as a replacement for his lost one, which could see and materialize Terumi's true form, allowing Hakumen to grab it and jump into a Cauldron (the place where the boundary can be accessed), which Jubei sealed behind them. Leaving Kokonoe in the care of the emerging government, the NOL, a thing that really damaged their relationship, Jubei went on a quest to destroy the Cauldrons and Murakumo Units (Prime Field Devices), finding three babies and brining them under the care of a Sister in the church.
    • Eventually, due to Terumi (Who got out of the boundary by being pulled out by an observer), the church burned down, one of the kids he saved, Ragna, being found by Rachel and given to Jubei, who begins training him to take revenge on Terumi, as well as succeed him in destroying the Cauldrons. He eventually gave Ragna the coat and sword Bloodedge gave him. Once that was done, he ended up finding Trinity's weapon, with her soul inside, as well as a vessel to use. However, he found two kids, Luna and Sena, who were damaged to the point their bodies couldn't house their souls, and gave them the vessel instead, as well as Trinity's weapon. They travel together for a bit, ending up in Kagasutchi, where both Ragna and Terumi, and pretty much everyone else, is.
    • Eventually, after saving and giving some tips to Noel Vermillion, the Eyes of the Azure that broke a time loop they were in (long story) and the 2nd child found in the church, Jubei found himself in a cathedral, where he found the Soul of Nine placed into a vessel named "Phantom". He fights, but sustains heavy injuries, ones he has yet to fully recover from. He, as well as a lot of the people involved, then head to Ikaruga, training the 3rd child, Jin Kisaragi, in using the "Power of Order", more or less an ability to null other abilities by returning them to a natural state, put very simply.
    • Once there, he, the remaining Six Heroes and their reincarnations, Rachel, and Celica (now a clone with her soul inside her body, courtesy of Kokonoe) tried to kill Terumi for good by using the Eye to manifest Terumi's ture form, and Trinity's matter-creating weapon to give Terumi's spirit a physical body. They manage to give him a body, but Phantom intervenes, beats Jubei again, and teleports away with both Terumi and his vessel, Hazama. Things go from bad to worse as the Imperator resurrects the Black Beast, creates a soul-sucking sphere known as the Embryo, and everyone is the worse for wear. It was at this time that Jubei was whisked away to the tower, which may or may not be a blessing in disguise.
  • Powers/Abilities:
    • Beastman Heratage: Being a beastman, he has sight and hearing more powerful than an average human. As well, he's quite strong and quick. Sure, his injuries have diminished these qualities to a much more manageable (and RP-friendly) level, but he's still more than got it for his age. It also gives him claws that he can use to, well, claw things.
    • Martial Artist: Of course, all that power is nothing if you don't have the technique to use it effectively. At least, that's what he says. He's quite the fighter, using punches, kicks, and his tail to beat down the opposition. He also is quite good at catching and countering moves, though obviously the moves in question have to be realistic to counter.
    • Rising Justice: A move that uses Jubei's chi (or whatever the Blazblue equivalent is) in order to create a fireball that he can lob in an arc at opponents. It's a sizable attack, but not super strong, and a bit slow to both execute and move.
    • Swords Master: The other half of the Cat's moveset. He knows his way around a sword, using two blades, second to almost none (in his world).
    • Master Chef: He's been told he's a five-star restaurant on legs before. Having that kind of worldly experience does that to ya.
  • Equipment:
    • Dream Blades:Musashi: Jubei's Nox Nyctores, given to him by his "late" wife, Konoe. A pair of kodachis (think mini-katanas) that used to be able to cut through "what couldn't be cut", he returned the core of that power. Now, they're normal swords, albeit nice and durable ones.
    • Tomonori's Eye: The eye of his late brother, under his eyepatch. As Terumi's true form was the last thing it saw in life, it can materialize it's true form. In the context of this RP, that means very little, as it's stun abilities and install-style boost were removed for being very obtrusive to integrate into an RP.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: Because who wouldn't want a small martial-artist, katana-wielding elderly cat? Besides, his track record has proven him more than capable of scaling the tower.

Name: Kawakaze

  • Age: Kawakaze appears to be in her early 20s, though as an artificial life form that is not really tied to when she was born.
  • Appearance: Soft and fuzzy under a steely exterior
  • Universe: Azur Lane.
  • Personality: Kawakaze is at first glance cold and kind of rough, believing there is no morals or beauty to be had in war... the task of which she was created for. The reality is though that this is a shell that she uses to protect herself, deep down inside her she longs for the ability to "dream".
  • Backstory: Kawakaze is the body of the Flag Ship of the Sakura Empire, Nagato. Having functioned as her personal bodyguard for years... she doesn't really have too much of her own story instead standing by Nagato's side and watching over her... She has on several occasions got into a fight with Minneapolis, including one where she sunk Northhampton.... but for the most part she stuck around and protected Nagato... the things she has seen responsible for her... cold personality
  • Powers: As a Kanmusu Kawakaze is an artificial being who has several differences over a normal person... see Minneapolis above for the basics, kawakaze is built lighter and faster then she is though.
    • Inbuilt armor: At the cost of being unable to heal any thing other then minor injuries on her own. Kawakze's armour is on the lighter end of the spectrum, she relies on her agility and speed and the extra armor would just slow her down.
    • Aquatic Agility: On the water Kawakaze has a speed of 34 knots with her full kit. Without the kit she is considerably slower, though still and excellent swimmer. And on land though she is no faster then a normal person. She is however still quite agile however as she is built for agility.
  • Equipment: Equipment listed on the ships sheets is at 1:10th scale, but retains its proper name. EX;410mm means that it is only 41mm when equipped on them or the size of a grenade, 127 is 12.7 or no bigger then a normal .50 caliber.
    • Combat Rigging Shiratsuyu-Class: A set of mentally controlled weapons, as well as additional aquatic maneuvering equipment that attaches to the girls on there backs... all further mentioned equipment is part of this rigging and without it they are just normal girls. Due to its complexity, it is attached before a mission in a specialized facility, but it can be removed much easier.
    • Twin 127mm (Type 3): A pair of high velocity 12.7mm rifles, these function as Kawakaze's secondary armament. 300 rounds of ammunition are carried.
    • 2x610mm Quad-Torpedo Mount:8 61mm tubes for explosives, though I question if she is going to be able to do any thing with torpedoes... Probaly going to get replaced with rockets or grenades, or whatever at the first avialble opportunity.
    • Depth charge Rack: These guys can function as grenades, so like there probably going to be the main thing she uses... Kawakaze is more of an explosive expert then a gun expert.
    • Swords: Cant be a sea ninja without swords, there.... just swords, a sharpened peice of metal for cutting bitches with.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower: Yeaa.... ummm Jerry is right Locksmith ain't gonna be nobody's fool if he ever finds a Water Temple.

Unfortunately as much as I liked the character and concept Rukey just wasn't gelling for me, so...

  • Name: Jotaro Kujo

  • Age: 17

  • Appearance: "Yare yare daze..."

  • Universe: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically around the end of Stardust Crusaders

  • Personality: Outwardly stand-offish and stoic, Jotaro might not seem to be the friendliest individual. However, in reality he has a gentle and loyal personality, often shown in small gestures rather than major, showy ways. He can be particularly protective of women and children, though this doesn't stop Jotaro from fighting either if they are working toward evil ends.

Though it's not a description he'd apply to himself, Jotaro is also quite intelligent, being capable of figuring out what's going on from little. He enjoys a wide variety of subjects, such as sumo, the TV show Columbo, and marine biology.

  • Backstory: Jotaro had a normal childhood, though he eventually became a student delinquent. After a fight with a quartet of gangsters, Jotaro realised that there was something seriously strange going on and decided to hand himself in to the police, refusing to leave despite various pleas by his mother, Holly, and the police themselves. He demonstrated the abilities of his 'evil spirit' to both them and subsequently his grandfather Joseph Joestar and the latter's friend, Muhammad Avdol. After accidentally freeing himself, Jotaro learned of the true nature of his 'evil spirit', Star Platinum: it was what was called a Stand.

Not long afterwards, he was attacked by the Stand user Kakyoin, a transfer student. Careful use of Star Platinum allowed him to remove the flesh bud that bound Kakyoin to the service of Dio, a vampire and ancient enemy of the Joestar clan. Grateful, Kakyoin joined Jotaro and the others. This proved to be fortuitous as Holly began to manifest an out of control Stand that would slowly kill her unless Dio could be stopped within 50 days. Some deduction courtesy of Joseph's Hermit Purple allowed Jotaro to figure out that Dio was in Cairo.

A strange journey followed as they tried to get there from Japan, resulting in many close shaves and the gaining of new allies such as the Frenchman Polnareff and the dog Iggy. At long last they faced down Dio in Cairo, and although Kakyoin, Avdol, and Iggy perished in the immediate lead-up to and during the duel with Dio, Jotaro eventually prevailed. Jotaro, Joseph and Polnareff went their separate ways... only for Jotaro to be sucked up into another bizarre adventure.

  • Powers/Abilities/Equipment: Although Jotaro is just a high school student, he has several things up his sleeve that make him a more potent warrior than this would suggest.

    • Intelligence: Jotaro is reasonably intelligent and cunning.

    • Tough and strong: Like many a Joestar, Jotaro can take one hell of a beating - and deliver one - before he goes down. Of course he's still a mere human, so he can't do anything too impressive.

    • The Joestar Secret Technique: Passed down from generation to generation, the Joestars' secret technique is used only in the most dire of circumstances, when all other options have been exhausted. It's running away.

    • Star Platinum: Star Platinum is Jotaro's stand, a manifestation of his will that can move anywhere within 2-3m of him when active. Unlike in Jotaro's home series, Star Platinum can be seen by anyone. An important note to make is that any damage inflicted on Star Platinum affects Jotaro and vice-versa.

      • Precise: Star Platinum is capable of great precision, such as creating a very lifelike drawing of a photograph or performing amateur surgery (read: pulling stuff out of people without causing too much harm, Jotaro's no doctor - he's a grumpy teen who probably hasn't paid much attention to biology classes).

      • Eyesight Enhancement: If Jotaro chooses to do so, he can make use of Star Platinum's eyesight, letting him see further and with greater acuity than normal (though this might be more practical for non-combat situations).

      • Star Finger: Star Platinum can extend its index and middle fingers by a metre or two, giving it an attack with some extra reach in a pinch.

      • Super Strength & Speed: Star Platinum is a very fast and strong stand, capable of reacting rapidly to the unexpected and hitting hard with its attacks. This is most obvious when Star Platinum makes use of its iconic flurry of punches. However, in comparison to its original form Star Platinum is more vulnerable, because of...

      • Star Platinum: The World: An evolution of Star Platinum brought about by Jotaro's fight with Dio Brando, Star Platinum: The World is capable of boosting its and Jotaro's speed for 5 seconds. However, being a squishy human rather than a vampire, this takes a lot out of him - he can't use this ability rapidly without completely exhausting himself within a couple of activations. Furthermore, Jotaro has to say its name to activate this power - if he's gagged or otherwise unable to speak, Star Platinum: The World cannot be activated.

  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: Because we need someone to provide some emotional balance. =P That and both his skills and powers are likely to be useful.

I guess I've found someone to replace Anabel.

  • Name: Meetra Surik
  • Age: Probably 40 (or a few hundred years if you count naps)
  • Appearance: In her Jedi attire. Another view of the face.
  • Universe: Star Wars
  • Personality: Meetra is a woman of strong convictions, willing to violate the commands of her superiors to do what she believes is right, and then willing to return to them to stand judgment. Hardened by decades of war, including the absolutely brutal Mandalorian Wars, she also understands the nature of war and battle and the hard choices that have to be made. She has strong senses of duty, compassion, and generosity, often willing to bear the burden needed to help other others.
  • Backstory: Meetra Surik was raised as a Jedi - a plasma-sword-toting warrior monk. But when the Mandalorians - a warrior-culture of tremendous might - attacked the Galactic Republic, she chose to disobey the orders of the Jedi High Council and aid the Galactic Republic in its war against the invading Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders. Rising to the rank of Jedi Knight during the conflict, she served with distinction and was eventually commissioned as a General in the Republic Military. She played a vital role in defeating the Mandalorians during the latter stages of the conflict, but as a direct result of her controversial actions during the cataclysmic final battle where hundreds of ships were destroyed, she effectively cut her connection to the Force - a mystical energy field encompassing the galaxy. Afterwards, out of all those who went to war, she was the only Jedi to avoid the call of the dark side and return to the Jedi Council to be judged for her crimes. The council had mixed feelings on exactly how to punish her, with the Jedi Master Atris, who harbored feelings for Meetra deciding to fight incredibly hard to push the council for her execution. Ultimately, despite dat bitch, they elected to exile her from the Jedi Order, and she wandered across the edges of known space for nearly a decade before returning to the Republic.

Caught up in the schemes of various mysterious factions, she was swiftly drawn into the ongoing conflict and became instrumental in engineering the defeat of a new group calling themselves the Sith. With her connection to the Force restored, Surik emerged victorious from her campaign against the Sith Lords, and immediately began a search for the long absent Jedi Revan. She eventually found Revan imprisoned on Dromund Kaas, the capital world of the true Sith Empire, believed to have been destroyed over a thousand years prior. Surik joined Revan in his mission to kill the Sith Emperor, who had been plotting an invasion of the Republic for centuries. They teamed up with a Sith Lord named Scourge to attack the Emperor. But when he thought they were going to lose the fight, Scourge pretended he was actually just flushing out traitors, and then stabbed her in the back with his lightsaber to kill her in a heartbeat. She continued to exist in spirit form and helped Revan, who got stuck in a sort of coma to continue fighting the Emperor.
  • Powers/Abilities/Equipment:
    • Jedi General: Meetra was trained as a Jedi, learning the ways of the Force and lightsaber combat alongside leading others and armies. Jedi have significantly superior reflexes than normal humans due to their use of the Force, being astoundingly well-coordinated and agile, and are in physically optimal shape.
      • Piloting: These reflexes extend to more practical purposes when combined with technical knowhow, such as controlling vehicles. High-speed land and air vehicles, starships, she's got a good grasp of how to use them all.
      • Slicing and Repair: She has a good deal of technical know-how as well, understanding how to hack into computers and open locks with her datapad, how to repair machinery with spare parts, and how to assemble and disassemble her lightsaber blind.
    • Master Combatant: Surik is skilled at using all manner of weaponry from her home world, including a cavalcade of melee weapons - especially the signature weapon of Star Wars, the Lightsaber - blaster pistols and rifles, and even armed and unarmed martial arts (including Echani martial arts, one of the most highly regarded in the Galaxy). When using a lightsaber she can use it to deflect incoming projectiles from energy weapons, bolts of lightning, and other energy attacks.
      • Lightsaber Forms: Meetra is a highly proficient lightsaber combatant, and knows at least seven different forms. These forms are styles that improve certain aspects of her fighting while diminishing others. Her basic form, known as Determination, is a well-rounded form typically used when facing great odds, keeping her on her toes when facing groups, but without having any significant advantage when facing a single person. The other forms include a form for fighting against lightsaber-type weapons, a form for defending from blaster fire, one for drilling down on a single target, one meant for dueling while under heavy fire, another well-rounded form meant to use against individuals and small groups, and a form that throws caution and defense to the wind in order to really go at someone. The forms that are stylistically different from each other, give her a moderate boost in effectiveness in certain areas fighting while getting a similar penalty to another area (or set of areas), when compared to her neutral style.
    • Force Powers: Her powers are derived from something called "The Force", which in the Star Wars universe is a mystical energy field that permeates all of reality. Since we're not in that universe, the stand-in for the Force can just be "whatever ambiguously metaphysical extradimensional energy is present in that universe." She's mastered something called Force Enlightenment that makes her particularly attuned to the Force, so if she ever meets another Jedi she could show off. Jedi have extremely strong wills and minds, so while they can't readily read thoughts, they could read general feelings in an area to get an intuition, or project a message to someone telepathically.
      • Telekinesis: An ability that lets her exert a force at a distance, it can push someone over, pull their weapon, or throw crate-sized items in the middle of a fight. With lots of focus it can lift much heavier objects very slowly, such as a stone column, vehicle, or cargo container.
      • Force Heal: Lets her heal herself and nearby allies. It works like a rapidly-applied first-aid kit when used in combat, or it can be channeled over a longer period of time via meditation to let someone recover at an accelerated pace.
      • Breath control: Lets her go a long time without breathing, including going through a toxic or poisonous atmosphere.
      • Beast Trick: Can calm down an animal, and in some cases even command them.
      • Precognition: Greatly increases her reflexes.
      • Burst of Speed: Moderately increases her reflexes, and lets her move twice as fast.
      • Meditation: By focusing on meditating, she can replenish her Force energy in a short period of time.
      • Moving Meditation: Lets her use the force to repair machines over an extended period of time
      • Valor: Moderately increases her reflexes, as well as those of her allies.
      • Jump: Lets her jump dozen of meters in a single bound.
      • Lightsaber Throw: Tosses her lightsaber at something, possibly multiple targets, while spinning madly like a propeller blade, and then it flies back like a boomerang.
      • Lightning: Shoots a bolt of electrical energy at something, about as damaging as a bullet.
      • Barrier: Something like an energy shield, it reduces the damage she takes from physical attacks.
      • Energy Resistance: Similar to her Barrier power, it reduces the damage she takes from energy attacks.
      • Resistance: Reduces the effects of Force powers used against her, presumably magical effects are affected as well.
      • Mind Trick: A psychic power that increases her ability to persuade weaker-willed lifeforms.
      • Force Sight: Lets her "see" without her eyes, instead showing a panoramic view of the world around her in dull gray. People glow different colors based on their affinity, with more good-hearted people glowing blue and more dark-hearted individuals glowing red, while neutral folk are a different shade of gray.
      • Force Forms: Just like with the lightsaber forms, Meetra has four different forms she employs. They affect how she regains energy from the force and how effective her force abilities are. Essentially, what these forms effect are the ratio of how much Force energy she naturally regenerates in a battle, versus how hard she hits with her Force powers.
    • Wound in the Force: Despite being able to use the Force, Meetra is not quite part of the Force, instead causing echoes in reality that counteract and (figuratively) distort the universe. It results in a sort of general-purpose scrying shield for her and those who are gathered near her that makes it hard to detect them using mystical means, while also making her have something along the lines of being a wrench in a cosmic monkeyworks when it comes to prophecy. This wound causes her to feed off of death, restoring her Force energy when people nearby are dying.
  • Equipment:
    • Lightsaber (Cyan): A highly-durable metal cylinder just under a foot long, when activated it projects a cyan-colored plasma blade about three feet in length. Canonically it's supposed to slice through just about anything, but I assume for the point of an internet forum game it's better to have it be about as effective as a really sharp and hot metal blade, and then with extended contact it can 'saw' through things. It has a unique crystal in it which resonates only with Meetra's energy, making it unusable in someone else's hands.
    • Jedi Robes: Just robes. Designed to be light and not constricting when doing complicated laser sword moves, they're still just robes.
    • Blaster Pistol: A fancy sci-fi gun that shoots plasma bolts. It is powered by a power cell, letting it shoot a hundred shots without recharging, and best comparable to a larger-caliber handgun in size and performance.
    • Datapad: A fancy sci-fi tablet computer/phone. She can use it to try hacking into doors and computers.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: It beats being dead.

  • Name: Bladewolf/Wolf/LQ-84i
  • Age: 3
  • Appearance: Not a dog
  • Universe: Metal Gear Rising Revengance
  • Backstory
    • Bladewolf is an advanced AI, created in an effort to make a weapons platform capable of independent thought, planning, and operation in the field. For this purpose, he was given an experimental learning program, and was taught about all manner of subjects. However, he was deemed a failed experiment for lacking brutality and otherwise not being as willing to kill people in cold blood as they would have liked. Thus, he was shut down.
    • At some point after this, he was reactivated under the command of the PMC group Desperado, mostly on a whim because their leader found the whole deal with him vaguely amusing and wanted to see if he could be taught brutality. They didn't succeed any more then his creators did, and he was kept in line with threats and programming that prevented him from disobeying orders. Thus, when he was defeated and rebuilt by a third party, he shifted allegiance and assisted in the defeat of his former masters.
  • Personality: Bladewolf struggled a bit at first to learn to trust humans, given how his first few experiences with them went, but time dealing with humans who weren't total assholes has mitigated this to a large extent. Being a machine, he still sometimes struggles to comprehend the illogical actions of the humans around him, and although he understands humor, he still hasn't quite picked up on why explaining the joke is bad. He's past the days of allowing those around him to dictate his actions, but he won't refuse sensible instructions out of spite and he's very loyal to those who he decides are worth his trust.
  • Powers: None
  • Abilities
    • Robot AI: So yes, he's a robot, with all the implied perks. He doesn't tire, doesn't need to eat or sleep, that sort of thing. However, due to the fact that his AI was modeled after the human brain, he doesn't have super exact memory, and can sometimes be unsure about facts.
    • General Knowledge: He's also learned a great deal about a vast array of subjects, all of which he can discuss in great detail, thanks to his high level AI giving him near genius level intellect. He's less in touch when it comes to things like pop culture and other such topics, although he is slowly learning about this type of thing.
    • Voice Recording: He can record and playback anything he happens to hear, although this is something he has to manually do, he can't just auto record everything.
Equipment
  • Robot Wolf Body: As one might expect, he's stronger, faster, and more durable then your standard human. That said, the focus was more on speed then durability, so he can't take all THAT many good hits, he's more likely to try to evade gunfire then tank it, even if his frame renders standard projectile firearms of limited effect. Also, being in the form of a wolf and a robot, he can run fucking fast, probably upwards of 60 miles an hour when he builds up to maximum speed, although that's going to make turning and breaking a bitch.
  • Manipilator Tail: His long tail has, on the end, the ability to extend several small attachments which function as fingers for him, allowing him to grip objects, press keys on keypads, and do most tasks one can do with actual fingers. He won't be able to do super complex tasks that require high levels of finger dexterity, but he won't need someone to open the door for him.
  • High Frequency Chainsaw: It's a large, oval chainsaw with the added "screw you" of being a high frequency blade, his universes answer to armor. In short, the thing vibrates in ways that don't involve it being a chainsaw in a specific manner that enables it to destroy armor. This, on top of it already being a chainsaw, means that anything that's not built out of futuristic materials or thick armor can be cut through in seconds by this thing. Of course, this being a crossover RP, I'll be quietly nerfing this so he doesn't offhandedly shatter any weapon that impacts the thing and so forth.
  • Heat Knives: Think ninja style kunai knives, only they get superheated at the moment they are thrown and get hot enough to where they literally melt into molten metal after impact. Unless you're outright immune to fire, this is going to fuck up your day if it hits.
  • Claws :His metal claws can also pack a punch. They're not fancy and high frequency like the chainsaw, but he can swing his claw a lot quicker then his chainsaw and they work better in close combat.
  • AR Faceplate: That fancy black part of his face isn't just for show. That is a faceplate which, when it shuts, allows him to see the world in "Augmented Reality". For a range of about 50 feet, he can pick out heat sources, identify targets by their heat signatures, and track them.
  • CODEC: To keep it simple, it's a radio, it's super super secure and unless you're a computer savant you're probably not going to be able to hack it in anywhere near enough time for it to matter, and in the event that the person he's calling has some kind of video component to their form of communication, they can see him and he them.
  • Why have they been picked to climb the Tower?: What, you never wanted a robot wolf?
