That really does nothing to get at the source of the confusion.
I think a TRS or cleanup thread would be worthwhile, but I also think any image changes, provided we're going to do them, might best be done before we move the examples, so that people don't see the sex joke image, assume that's what it's about, and add examples accordingly.

Someone knows if is the chicken or the egg? was the image first the one that was missleading and people started adding sexual innuendos as examples, or was that the trope at some point became mostly about sex and then someone added the image accordingly?
In any case I think the trope qualifies as an extreme case of missuse, but indeed is better to choose the new image first before openning the TRS.
