Laugh Track plays.

Bob is standing over Heavy, who is unconscious on the ground.

"From one bald man to another..."

He starts walking away.

"Lose the giant gun. You're clearly compensating for something."

"I guess we gotta find Tales and beat the appendix out of him"

"Please... Do it for my sake."

"Not it!"

"Man, fun ruiner."

"Ugh,Cayenne...I knew that one of those doctors were suspicious. What do you want?"

"I dunno! Get me some organs to munch on! This place is a treasure vault! I might get some laughs out of you!"

"No,this place is making feel disgusting. Do it yourself."

"Eh,okay."

"There's an appendix shop down the road."

"Oh,that sounds good! But I’m not a huge fan of them,I like kidneys better. That’s why I came here."

Taco is fingering his way through stacks of dollar bills, whistling, after a successful day of business. A moaning old man approaches him. Are you the guy?

“Yes sir, here you go.”

Taco retrieves an open bottle from his pocket and shakes it around. “It’ll be $50 per pill. What’re you looking for?”

I’ll be taking all of those actually... the old man, still moaning and aching, pulls a badge from his pocket. ASAC Alfred Cleveland, DEA.

Taco looks up, and his eyes go plate-wide. “YIKES! .......you want a discount?”

Dan comes back in having just finished his tour at the appendix store

"Alright, I'm ready to start the operation

Also we have about thirty minutes before the cops show up, so let's get this thing started"

"Oh god. Alright, let's do this," I say. "Put me under."

Dan drags After into the operation room and puts him down on the table

"Nurse, bring me a knife

Don't worry, this will only hurt if you can feel pain"

"Uhhh, wait, hold on, isn't it your job to make sure I can't feel pa-AAAUUUUGGHHSHAAAASHRGRHUUAAAUUGHHH"

"Let's see, your small intestine seems to be in the way and it would be a lot easier of I could remove it for a moment

You're not currently digesting anything, are you?"

"Hrk-.... Uh.... hhhhhhnnnnghhh... Ummmm... I'd have to say, probably the milkshake with the prions in it?"

"MILKSHAKE!"

Puma smashes through the wall. He then hits the edges of the hole with a baseball bat to knock out more debris. He then starts stomping on the debris on the ground. He then dumps gasoline and sets the debris on fire. He then starts whacking the debris with his bat while it's burning.

"WHERE?"

A doctor with a bored expression walks in.

"This individual," he says, pointing to Puma, "has completely faked any illnesses the whole time. He said he, quote, "just wanted to feel a part of something," unquote. He has wasted hospital time, and is now causing property damage. What do you have to say for yourself, mister?"

"I didn't mean to make you so upset," said Puma. "I mean, this building is just a set, right?"

The doctor glares at Puma.

"...Right?"

"You're literally doing the thing I did."

"Puma... help.... I'm.... dying........"

"What's that saying? Great memes think alike?" Puma says to Playing.

He then realizes what After said. "OH. Uh... here!" Puma pulls various food items from his pockets. "Have some food! That always works in video games!"

"Anyone got an appendix?"

"Th.....a............nk.......s.................

"I wouldn't recommend eating during a surgery"

Grabs an apple

"Unless you're the doctor of course"

Shoves the small intestine aside and tears off the old appendix before stapling the new one back in place

"Any other organs you want fixed before I finish?"

"No.... please....... Spare me....."

The light starts to fade from my eyes. I reach out to the light at the end of the tunnel.

"Put the small intestine back. Now."

“Hey guys! I’m not absent-“

(Tales discovers that the appendix has already been delivered)

“Now I wish I was.”

"Please.....," I beg, reaching out to Tales. "Deliver me........"
