I can't watch it or Arkada's latest Eva video because I haven't watched 3.0+1.0 (yet) and I don't want potential spoilers.
This video only mentions Rebuild in passing. Its the next video that focuses on it. This video is about Anno, his prior work, what went into the original show/film and the reception to it in both the public and the market.

The author (rightly) got a lot of criticism for making a Japanese far-right militia group a heroic presence in the manga, and when trying to defend it, basically exposed themself as a massive bigoted fascist.
Damn. Yeah, that in mind, if you want anime with over the top violence and boobs, there's plenty of other creators from which to get it.
What happened to Bennet's assistant? Gabe, right?
