Well he's voiced by Troy Baker, so not exactly sure what you mean by "clear accent." In my experience (studying in Xi'an & time in Hong Kong for visa purposes), Chinese people who actually study and practice English everyday tend to have what I would call a "clear" accent. And considering Hong Kong belonged to Britain for nearly a century and has what seemed like everything written in English... yeah.

I kind of hope one of the unannounced allies is a legit Doomsday prepper who completely agrees with the cult insofar as the idea that societal collapse is inevitable but absolutely despises their reaction to this idea.

This person would actually be the most prepared for the cult's rise since his or her whole property is heavily fortified against external attack.

Color me cautiously optimistic about this one. I love what I'm hearing about the gameplay, unsure on the choice of baddie though.

Eh, I just think proper Spencer style Neo Nazis would be a lot more relevant and needed as enemies than some weird apocalyptic religious cult in the middle of nowhere given the times we live in.

They're based on militia - and this game has been in development for several years, so they weren't anticipating Trump.
