Leftmost part, cropped.
Rightmost part, cropped.
Chosen because the middle one was stated to not be an option, and the other options seemed a bit too innocent-looking to make obvious enough they're fanservicey on purpose.
EDIT: On second thought, second-to-last probably makes it clear enough, being that she's showing off her thighs and all.

If it's for this page, I prefer the first of those. (Although we can get a version without her elbow cropped off.)
Check out my fanfiction!Well, here it is, then. Resized to 350 pixels wide, though I'm not sure if it might be an idea to make it smaller than that given its height.
Should we set up a crowner?
I am not really a fan of pictures what don't fit into screen completely to be honest. And I am using a 1600x900 laptop.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I prefer the actual current for Ms. Fanservice (anime).
The Sonico pic, as i said before, work better on Fanservice Costumes. If is possible reseized the pic naturally.

That page already has a really good pic.
For Fanservice Costumes I wouldn't mind the original image minus the middle to show of the variety of fanservice costumes that are out there.
Come on. There's no shortage of fanservicey anime portrayals of grown women. Let's keep looking.
Anyway, at the risk of coming across as someone with little familiarity with most anime beyond out of context scenes, (which I am) would Ririko Kagome from Rosario Plus Vampire count?
Just showing a little cleavage does not make a ms fanservice especially for anime where things like this are on volume covers◊.
Current without caption or 31 are good though.

It's not displaying.
I thought the plan was to use 31 for Fanservice Costumes; wouldn't using it here then be redundant? (Current should be avoided in light of TV Tropes' reputation.)
In any case, Google Image Search confirms there's more where that came from.
There was a lot of disagreement over Fanservice Costumes, some people think the current should stay.
And I dont like that one, that looks more Christmas Cake fan disservice that is common in anime, like the teacher from Norin. Also one scene does not make it a woman who does fanservice consistently.
This would be my suggestion for either, other than something like this I think the current is fine its customized enough that its clearly her everyday wear .

Idea, the cover of the Cutey Honey Flash DVD.
Christmas Cake means past 25 is too old; a standard that, though it's considered a cultural expectation in Japan, many of these shows subvert it or they wouldn't have such high ratings. If it were an across-the-board rule, that would only leave a half-decade interval in which you are neither a Christmas Cake nor a teenager.
That and it seems really unlikely that a character who's seen in a dominatrix getup was intended as Fan Disservice. Tsunade is canonically in her 50s and seems to have been meant as fanservice, though I'm not sure if it might be going to far in the other direction to suggest her as the page image, seeing as how she's toward the upper end of fanservicey characters' age range and all. (Apart from Really 700 Years Old characters, I suppose.)
Your own example is pretty good too, but let's keep looking. While I'm on the subject of Rosario Plus Vampire, there's also Ageha Kurono...
Maybe we can set up a crowner once we have enough examples and see if we can make sure it's settled for a while?
EDIT: Fixed the grammar.

Would this◊ work, or is it better for another trope?
That doesnt load for me.
Nah the big thing is that is my Cutey Honey suggestion was a DVD cover, in a clear Sex Sells thing. A collage of the same person repeatedly being Ms. Fanservice (my Sonico suggestion), a promo art (current) or like a DVD cover really push that.
And yeah good point a one off character that appears for all of one episode makes a Fanservice Extra not this.
First of those two seems better.
I'm not sure we should necessarily be avoiding unfamiliar works; I'd rather draw attention to a lesser known one than add to the attention known ones already have; it's just that nothing about that example seems to stand out from the others here in art style nor fanservice value.

Come to think of it, rather than just jumping around at random, let's go through whoever on the current subpage's list can be confirmed not to be a teenager, one character at a time... at least until we get tired of going through the list and start a crowner anyway.
Google search says Mylene Hoffman is canonically in her 20s.
EDIT: Fixed the grammar.

Irina Jelavich is canonically in her 20s, but I'm not sure if potholing to a show name like Assassination Classroom in a page image might give the wrong impression. Axis Powers Hetalia apparently throws the age concept all to hell by making characters metaphors for real countries, (either that or age info is harder to find) while Hideyoshi, Kaya, and Rin, are teenagers. Birdy from Birdy The Mighty, Hannah from Black Butler, and all the examples from Bleach, seem to lack age data. Momiji Fujimiya as well as both of the Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai examples are teenagers.
. . .
So for today I'll just add one of Anastasia from Brave 10.

Agreeing with that being an improvement on that page.
