Oh yeah, this was Pre-Civil War.

@Hansome Rob: The guy Rhino launches into the ceiling of the cell is a random henchman of the Jade Syndicate, the Canon Foreigner terrorist organization the game created to be used as enemies in the first few levels.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."That 2000 Spidey game is the only one I can think of that lets Venom use his invisibility power.
Also, Monster Ock was technically in Edge of Time.
Yea, that was still kinda random & it wasn't really the same Monster Ock
Spider-Man: Edge of Time is weird, because it’s not as good gameplay wise as Shattered Dimensions, but it has a much more involved story, thanks to Peter David writing it. A really good story.
I have a lot of nostalgia for Edge Of Time, one of the spiderman games I played the most
¡PONLE QUE DIGA!:"¡HUMONGOSAURIO HASTA LA MUERTE!"
I wonder if future Peter Parker really was supposed the original CEO of Alchemax.
During Marvel’s Fantastic Four kickoff livestream tonight, they teased that something “fantastic” is coming to Spider-Man PS4.
So incoming Future Foundation or Bombastic Bag-Man dropped the same way the Webbed Suit was?

Fantastic 4 suit maybe? Didn't he replace Human Torch at some point?
It's been 3000 years…That’s the Future Foundation suit.
I could've sworn in one of what ifs that Spider-Man did get an actuall FF outfit. I wouldn't be surprise if all 3 FF became DLC costumes in the future
They revealed which Fantastic Four suit they were referencing, and are adding to the patch. So which is it? Bombastic Bagman or Future Foundation? The answer is...
It’s both! https://blog.us.playstation.com/2019/01/28/marvels-spider-man-gets-two-fantastic-new-suits-today/

The way people talked it, it was like this was some FF/Spidey Story DLC or something, which I didn't think was happening but man it would have been cool it was. I still think they should save these suits for actual Spider-Man/FF Story content because then it would work and make sense. Like you could do a DLC take on parts of the Spider-Man/Human Torch series.
The Fantastic Four and Spider-Man work well together, Spider-Man fits in with them better than he does almost any other hero in the MU.
Except that’s not how suits work in the game outside of the Advanced and Anti-Ock suits. They’re not part of the story, they’re bonuses. It wouldn’t make sense to go “this suit straight from the comic’s is now a story point.”
Well...
Except for the scene where he was in his underwear...for some reason.
Is this it for content?
Mileena MadnessUntil the sequel, yeah. This is it for story DLC. Three part substantial Story DLC with new bosses and challenges is usually respectable for AAA console games.
Real answer: we have no idea. They may keep adding suits or they may not.
Hell, they may even decide to add more story DLC.
Why not? There's clear demand for it, and there's nothing stopping them adding a second season of DLC.
Why not would be because they probably don’t have any story threads left that aren’t intended for the sequel. I’d much prefer they start work on Spider-Man 2 than keep trying to stretch out the life of the first one.
The costumes are pretty good, but I'm a bit disappointed Bag Man doesn't have the "kick me" sign. Oh well.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I'm about halfway through the game now, I believe. I just finished confronting Mister Li about his creepy room of evilTM and revenge (I don't think this is a spoiler since he's Mister Negative—but you never know who has never heard of him). I also have visited Doctor Octopus' new lab where he's apparently suffering some sort of neurological disorder and have met Silver Sable for the first time. I'm almost sad that Spiderman is desperate to hook up with MJ this time around since I really like the Ship Tease of Yuri/Spidey and Black Cat/Spidey.
I feel like it was a mistake to kill Jefferson Davis (Bendis really needs to be ashamed for giving him that name) so early. I am also not a fan of the stealth sections of the game. However, this is probably my second favorite Spider-property this year but my second favorite spider property for the past two decades. If not overall. Arkham Asylum has been imitated hundreds of times (and it was imitating Spiderman 2 anyway) but this is the first game I think that actually manages to live up to it.
It's everything I want from it.
Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters. Are you playing the main game or the DLC. Because Black Cat isn't there in the main game. She's just part of a collectible mission chain. Here's a fun fact, the voice-actors playing Spider-Man and Yuri Watanabe are actually married in real life.
In the Ultimate comics, he legally changed his name to Jefferson Morales taking his wife's surname on marriage. And "Jefferson Davis" was a leftover from his earlier life as a criminal. For some reason adaptations keep using "Davis" as his surname probably because they want to communicate quickly that Jefferson and Aaron are brothers.
In any case the Davis surname is part of the Stealth Pun. If Miles Morales kept his Dad's surname, then his name would be Miles Davis.
Is the Rhino a better player, so he'd have sent him instead?
