What an epic meme.
Now there's a pretty meme. Exquisite!
Seriously, let me scream in incoherent joy for a second. Kojima is BACK baby!
He looks so happy.
To Koji being back. YAY!
To the trailer. In the words of Jontron, "What?! WHAT THE FUCK!?"
My sentiments exactly.
I'm sure it'll make sense eventually.
(It probably won't.)
When will we understand the Awesome Astronaut guy?
There are three parts to this game: the symbolism of Kojima, the mind fuckery of Silent Hill, and the ass of Norman Reedus.
The three parts: Norman Reedus' left butt-cheek, Norman Reedus and Norman Reedus' right butt-cheek.
There's one more part - the piles of dead fish. Everyone forgets the piles of dead fish.
Oh right, just go on and neglect the Crustacean family will you.
Didn't get to see Norman Reedus's dick, shit trailer.
Seriously though, unlike most "cinematic" trailers that leave me apathetic, that was so surreal that I'm genuinely interested in knowing more.

So I clicked on the thread, since the title said the game's by Hideo Kojima, and the first thing I see is shirtless Norman Reedus. Now I'm intrigued, and check the trailer, and am greeted with a butt-naked Reedus, what's been implied to be an mpreg baby, and what look like 5 super-beings that immediately make me think of MGS bosses.
So everything's going just fine so far.
Want. All of the want. Every last bit of want. No one else can want things right now because I am using the entire supply of want.
I need you to give me back my want so that I can want the other wants.
Made a page for it. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/DeathStranding
I also added it to Kojima's page.
Well this was unexpected.
- Kojima's english has improved remarkably.
- Like, it's not hard to think that the five tags on the chain around his neck, and the five figures in the sky are Metal Gear Solid 1 through 5, and letting go of the past may be a theme of the game
- There's six tags, but I agree with the five floating figures.
- I take it that glowing floor wasn't just for Kojima.
- Congratulations, I have... no idea what this game is about from that trailer. Beautifully surreal.
- Kojima's been putting political-environmental messages in his games since the first Metal Gear. Now I see a bunch of dead crabs, naked man attached to a baby that somehow survived a crash or a fall or something, and a bunch of dead sea life. Then there's five humanoid figures in the sky that vanish, then the title drips into the sea like oil. So I'm guessing there's some kind of environmentalist theme in here. Also, the ink hands or whatever that was.
- Norman Reedus. I can't believe he and Kojima are this tight. Then again Kojima wanted Sutherland, I guess its not that hard to imagine.

So I'm guessing this is going to be the retool of Silent Hills.
If Kojima's also brought in Del Toro and Ito this may indeed be the Silent Hills replacement, but we'll just have to see.
Norman Reedus Mpreg. That's not something I ever thought I'd see for real.
Soble: I missed one. It's probably Peace Walker.
So, does anyone else think that Junji Ito might still be collaborating with them on this? Because JESUS CHRIST, that is some disturbing imagery, plus creepy strands and floating people and fish (gyo flashback, geh...).
I gotta wonder how does Reedus guy's abs stay so good after they cut through his ab muscles to deliver that nightmare-fetus.
Reedus' manliness overcomes anything, including pregnancy.
Kojima handcuffs him to a treadmill until all unnecessary fat is annihilated from anywhere in proximity to dat ass.
Look what Norman Reedus posted to Instagram.
