Duplicate Image: Changing Clothes Is A Free Action

This trope and Instant Costume Change have the same picture. This is especially bad because there is already enough confusion between the two tropes. Instant Costume Change is for superheroes, Changing Clothes Is a Free Action is the supertrope.

Note that the picture was already changed once, but reverted because it was done without a discussion. The other proposition was this fan-art◊ from Final Fantasy VII: The Sevening.

1 is more funny but I think 4 is a better depiction.

2 would look like this combined. It's a little weak on the "instant" part.

You probably have to image the panels to play out in 2 seconds.

I'll give the edge to 1. But it's close.

OP.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"

OP is probably best. The MLP one is a good example, but it doesn't translate to a still image very well because it doesn't show how fast it goes.
