Speaking of cellphones, is there absolutely no signal in the city or would residents of the city be able to communicate with each other through them?
@Syrika: I'm not sure, but I would consider the fact that hints were dropped via them that nobody caught to be trivia.
That could just be the way of what I consider to be trivia.
@Full Moon: Theoretically yes, but currently no. Right now there's nothing like a cell phone tower, (and I don't mean just today with the city being medieval) so devices that require a middle step in order to function (most modern cell phones to my knowledge) aren't going to work. Even the devices that could communicate with each other directly (like walkie talkies) mostly are not because they're from different universes and aren't compatible with each other. So maybe a few NPCs have been lucky enough to have working, compatible devices and have been able to chat with each other the last few days, but they would be the exception, not the rule.
You are reading this.Ah, I was wondering now because otherwise I would add to my sign-up that Sans is carrying his cellphone with him but it would be pretty pointless.
He could ask for some sort of signal in the suggestion box I guess, but then his phone would most likely not be compatible with those of the others who would have one unless there's some sort of cellphone store in the city
I'm going to go about this following the usual trivia formula and only put up the actual trivia tropes on the page. It might fit under Word of God, though, and Exact Words/Double Meaning can still go on the main page.
Someday, I'll compile a list of trivia tropes and you guys can tell me which ones apply to you (any of you a Fake Nationality? How about Playing Against Type?). Though that'll have to wait, since I'm only focusing on the quotes page at the moment.

Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.@Syrika: Count me in for Crossplayer.
Same here. Technically playing against type since you know, human female of moderately young age playing a spirit boy immortal teenager lol But that goes for all of us I think.
Turns out I'm going to be staying in California for the next few weeks, at least until the baby is a month old. My mom is going to make arrangements soon, and I'll be moving into my sister's house as well. This means I'll be heading back East in February.

@Kat By the way, is it you or me who has to post next in the Mary plot? I was waiting for you, but I just want to make sure. :P
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.I'm actually waițng to see what Firock posts. The woman that was chasing Mary should be able to catch up now that she's kneeling on the ground and yelling.
Plus, depending on what happens there is the slight possibility that Sadness and Cole arrive just as Mary is repeatedly stabbing the poor woman and how cool would that be?
I think Sadness would disagree with me on this, but very very cool
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.Gems live in some kind of segregated caste system based on gem type (there are rubies, sapphires, amethysts, etc.) and none of them have individual names.
Apparently her full 'name' is Peridot F- Facet-2-F-5-L, Cut-5-X-G.

Huh, watched a clip, for some reason I always assumed Peridot was pronounced PERRY-doh (with the T being silent, making it rhyme with "Merlot"). Guess I was wrong.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither. That's a different Peridot from an epic webcomic called Cucumber Quest. That one is very particular about her name being pronounced right.
What was the clip called?
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.1. I think we're waiting on Mary and 2. yes the stabby stab would be cool.
I'm not into Stephen Universe all that much but the few episodes a friend has made me watch, Peridot is hysterically funny :D
So Marcus is no longer psychotically murderous?
I honestly can't believe Marcus fell for it
Marcus is near the edge of the city and Rex can create giant feet. This scene couldn't be perfect.
I have a feeling Marcus is just gonna fly out of the pit .
Somebody once told me the world was macaroni, I took a bite out of a treeI'm sure something will happen when/if Rex tries anything. Or not, and Trevor inadvertently stopped one of the biggest threats without even lifting a finger.
Jebus, this rp moves fast.
Still, it's making me excited and reminds me of the good old days so I am perfectly okay with this.
Geez Trevor way to go saying that out loud so Marcus can hear it
I think it's safe to say Marcus is far enough to not hear it. It's like an aside in Shakespeare; it's aloud, but only a certain character can hear it.
Done and done.
Are Exact Words and Double Meaning trivia tropes?
