Green refutes Luffy as the hologram is smacked. Pointing at the device instead of the projection for obvious reasons.

"But she's right there though! It's rude to step into other people's fights ya know?!"

Nicole touches down as soon as she reaches Yuno and Katre's position.

"Yeah, I really think you oughta listen your brothers on this one, Yuno. Between Kat being way out of your weight class and the fact that she's not doing so good emotionally, fighting her's probably the last thing you wanna be doing right now," she says.

"I dunno, I think I'll be fine-"

Yuno's caught by surprise when the dust cloud is sent towards her. Unable to see, she starts looking around fast, but that won't stop Katre's knee strike from connecting and knocking her out of the dust cloud, landing on her back.

"Oh dear god!", Argo shrieks as he and Demo arrive now too. He looks really concerned, to the point that it's kind of unlike his usual demeanor. Something that Nicole may notice.

Demo looks nervous as well, but to a more regular degree.

Yuno, meanwhile, gets back up at her own rate, rubbing her shoulder.

"Well, I gotta admit, that one hit hard."

She smirks.

"But I can hit hard too!"

VS Pawn Doll Yuno

She jumps back into the dust cloud, now using her instincts instead of her eyes to try to locate Katre within.

And she seems to be successful in that, because she'll suddenly leap towards Katre's location and attempts a haymaker punch. If it connects, Katre may be shocked to find that the attack is strong enough to send her flying out of the dust cloud too. It's obviously nothing threatening, but it's not a no-sellable attack either.

Walter continues to grin.

"Excellent. And once Polyphemus has been dealt with, everyone involved gets a night of free drinks at the bar. Just something to look forward to. As for right now though..."

He grabs another glass out of the sink and starts cleaning it.

"I will leave you gentlemen to talk while I continue with my work. Call on me whenever you want another drink."

She observes the fight. "So I was fighting a girl... one of those Sisters? But I thought..."

Not even Zeeroe is that dumb. She gives Green an unamused look. "That's not me or that Katre person, that's just an image."

Katre's Super-Reflexes allow her time to react, and she quickly raises her other knee and does a flip, using her legs to block Yuno's punch as she goes skidding back.

"Not bad. Good, I was afraid I'd crush you!"

We should wait until they're done! I've got meat and I can share some if ya want!

Luffy sits down, looking confused at Oca and Greene. He, from apparently out of nowhere, produces a large stick of H A M.

Yummy!

"Oh, my mistake, It just sounded so real! Anyway, maybe you forgot because you were hit really hard a lot of times! Intense fights do that a lot to someone!"

Green was gonna elaborate but her attention snaps to the large stick of ham. Not even a sniff just protein instinct.

"Meat man give me your meat!"

She suddenly yoinks the entire thing from him and will consume it all if nothing stops her.

"Dunno what to tell you man. You shoot up before coming out or something? I prefer drugs that don't cause hallucinations, personally."

Oca pouts at Zeeroe. "Man... It would have been funny to like, see if she freaked out if I holo'd a vid of a monster or something. Now she knows it's not real."

Green stealing food is fucking rude. He glares at her EVIL DEED before popping up some more meat from his own inventory and tossing it at Luffy.

It is the LEGENDARY Yamada Tae!

"Guh."

She's just. Standin' around. Not knowing where she is.

It's in fucking ruins. I guess lasting a decade longer than it was meant to was asking too much.

"BASTARD...!"

Taro casually flicks away the attacking Patroller - Oba - and sends him crashing into one of the wrecked buildings of the Industrial Sector. "Really, I expected a bit more resistance. I don't know if any of your abilities are even worth taking at all. Your raw power alone, at least, is not even worth the effort. Perhaps I shouldn't have planned my visit around Whis's absence after all."

There's a flash behind him, and when he casually turns to look, it turn out to be a rush-down combo attack - Punohsa and Saimo. Twisting around as his Ki Blade flickers to life, he cleaves right through Saimo, only for it to turn out to be an after-image (the real one is to his now current back), and of course be inconsequential to the majin Punohsa. Picking up torque, he 360s and cuts through Saimo anyways, before his Ki Blade expands into a wall of energy exploding from his hand, vaporizing Punohsa as it passes back over her spot. He skids to a stop, looking over the destruction wrought.

EXCURSION OBJECTIVES: {

Generally just be a dick to this Time Patrol: ✓

Kill Taino: ✓, she was quickly vaporized by a punch-into-exploding-blast combo early on.

Kill Percel: ✓. You can still see his mutilated body in the the Plaza of Time. It's half buried, in a small crater which collapsed into rubble.

Drink Trunks: Pending. He managed to claw his way somewhere to hide. Taro ought to find him before he bleeds out.

Kill Fu: Unachievable. The quantum lockdown he set on this plane unfortunately occurred before he realized Fu wasn't here already. Unfortunate, but he can seek him out later.

Kill Chronoa: Pendi- }

BANG! A sudden strike which not even Taro saw coming sends him flying, blowing the dilapidated shell of a Skill Shop to pieces.

"Tch..."

Xeno!Beerus grunts, and coughs up some blood after that exertion. He was the first resident targeted and Taro got some absolutely nasty hits in before he could even respond.

Taro uses a kiai shout to blow away the pieces of building around himself, before lowering his gaze to glare at Beerus. "So... you're still alive," he mutters. Clutching his left arm as though it's broken. Which, er, it is.

"I hope you didn't think a few cheap shots could really kill a God of Destruction. And hm. It looks like your luck may be running out," he says with a smirk, pointing to Taro's arm.

"Oh this?" Taro responds. "Not necessary." To Beerus's shock, Taro proceeds to tear his arm off before tossing it aside.

"I."

"Can you regrow that, you stupid, depraved Saiyan?!"

"That's not necessary," Taro says with a sneer. Flicking the stump of his arm, he forces a stream of energy to shoot of the hole, congealing in a ki equivalent to a sword-arm prosthetic. Taken aback as he is, Xeno!Beerus has to admit to himself that it's kind of sick to have an energy blade for an arm. They prepare to leap towards each other, auras flaring...

"Taste my blade-!"

"GOD BIND!"

?!

Taro blade putters out as he finds himself caught in an energy matrix - glancing behind himself, the cause is clear - Chronoa is holding her hands out, and is visibly sweating keeping her hold on him.

"Well now," Beerus says with crossed arms. "Took you quite long enough."

"Oh, shut up! Do you know how hard it is to sneak up on a guy like this?! Just finish him off!"

"Finish me off. Hah. How quaint."

"Hah." Beerus slowly approaches Taro, and places two fingers to his forehead. The two glare into each other's eyes. "No time-clone tricks this time. HAKAI!"

Chronoa sighs as there's a bright purple flash. The image of Taro flickers, and then. He is gone.

...

For a moment.

"Gghk!"

Chronoa screams as Beerus lurches forwards, energy blade protruding through his solar plexus. "Oh, did I forget to mention it? I'm immune to such nonsense now. Of course, my old parlor tricks are still on the table should I feel like showing off." A moment later, he simply rips the blade to the side, slicing straight out of Beerus's left flank before kicking him to the ground. "I must say, it is truly impressive how fragile and easy to hit warriors can get once they let their guard down. Your mainline counterpart is much better at using Ultra Instinct."

With Beerus out of the way, he turns to Chronoa, grinning- but after a second, his grin falters.

One. Chronoa is aiming a gun at him. A semi-large rifle, to be exact. Does she seriously think that will do anything? It's almost amusing.

"I-I'M NOT FUCKING SCARED OF YOU!"

What is not as amusing, however, is that halo above her head.

"Lady Chronoa... the gall of you to go and die before I could do it properly for you?" He shakes his head, and taps his chin with his makeshift energy arm. "What am I to do with you now? I suppose I could use you as a Drink, but honestly, your soul wouldn't benefit me. At all." He shrugs as Chronoa shakes in fear and anger: "I suppose you should be grateful: the sheer pathetic level of your abilities as a 'deity' are sparing you from the fate of many of your subordinates."

There's a glint behind him.

"Speaking of which...

It happens in an instant. Xeno!Trunks rushes Taro from out of nowhere, sword held high. Taro ducks out of the way, grabs Trunks by the leg, and yanks him up and over before smashing Trunks into the katchi-concrete.

And then Taro's skull is blown off by a laser lance. His headless body sways in place for a second and its ki blade flickers out, before toppling forwards, losing its grip on Trunks in the process.

He pushes himself off the ground, wincing, and kicks his leg out of the corpse's grasp. Trunks pulls himself to his feet, cringing in pain.

"Did... did that really...?" Chronoa asks, disbelieving. She looks at the weapon's serial - yeah, Nukeverse make. They really just leveled up their tech tree's "gun" stat until it could take out Super Saiyans, huh. This shit should not be allowed to circulate.

Trunks manages to hoist himself to his feet, and puts a hand to her shoulder. "It... yeah. You got him."

"DID she?!"

The two look on in shock as Taro's body rolls over onto its back, before hopping to its feet. Head good as new. Arm good as new.

"NO."

"OH COME ON! We both saw your head explode!"

"Again. I am immune to such trifles."

"What, death?!"

"Yes."

Trunks dashes forwards, only for Taro to flick his fingers at him, the raw air pressure sending him flying. A second flick knocks the gun out of Chronoa's hands before she can use it again. She starts to back away.

"I-I I... you can't...!"

A moment later, Chronoa is on the floor, body riddled with holes. Taro then just fucking punts her body away. Whatever. She's not "killed" but fuck, this is good enough for him. Then, he flash steps over to a glowering and rage-teary Trunks.

"Let's see..."

Schwing snip, snip, snip! Good bye - your limbs, before Trunks is picked up by the neck. Choking.

"Now... what would pair well with the soul of a suicidally overconfident and self-righteous idiot such as yourself? Perhaps I'll stop by a Space PF Chang's a few timestreams over."

The disruptive quantum waveform permeating the dimension collapses, and Taro begins to cut his way towards the next stop on his rampage.

Nicole immediately glances at both Demo and Argo, clearly surprised to see just how concerned the latter was.

"C'mon, boys. I think I'm gonna need you both to help me talk sense into her."

She calls out to Yuno once more.

"Hey, Yuno! Are you trying to make sure Argo dies of a friggin' panic attack or something? Stop the goddamn fight!"

Pietro, Eddie, and Venom each nod to Walter in response.

"Free drinks here, huh? Guess we can add that to the list of reasons Polyphemus deserves to die horribly."

   "Make sure you leave enough of him for me when it's time to end him, Pietro. I want to see if I can't repeat what I did to Kasady!"   

"Did you hear what Polyphemus did? I'll be surprised if his head's still in one piece when they're through with him."

"As I said, as long as I have my armor, I'll be fine!", she happily says, both to Katre, Nicole and Argo at the same time.

"Watch!"

She goes for another punch...

but it's a feint!

If Katre dodges, she may just find herself hit by a knee uppercut instead. This attack, too, has enough strength behind it to send her flying back.

Demo, meanwhile, tries to comfort Argo a bit, putting a hand on his shoulder and speaking gently.

"Listen, Argo, she's being stubborn. But there's no need to worry. Things seem to be going fine so far, so I'll snatch her out of there with a chain if she's in any serious danger, alright?"

Argo still looks really unsure, but at least it seems to help somewhat. Demo looks worried though, he's clearly surprised by how heavily Argo is reacting to this. He didn't react this badly back when Katre was still their enemy, and she was more dangerous back then for obvious reasons. Does it have something to do with Yuno specifically?

The City of Towns-er... Hub Centralis.

It's a beautiful and peaceful day in the city: the children are playing, the people are walking their dogs...

But, suddenly, a giant portal opened in the sky, and from it... a palace dropped on the city!? It crashes on the ground, leaving a smoking crater on the streets... But the Arena does its magic, and the Palace takes the form of a Humongous Mecha, destroying all on its way!

Don't worry! I'll protect my second home!

The Mutant Child is near the scene, and he breathes the pollution of the city, making him grow at the same size of the mutated palace!

The battle is hard, and the Mutant Child is in a disadvantage! Is somebody willing to help him...?

Meanwhile, in another point of the city...

A giant red fur ball falls from the sky on the ground, near where Yamada is. When crashing on the ground, the ball exploded into a pink smoke cloud, revealing afterwards a red-haired teenage girl, looking lost too.

Owww... Uh, this doesn't looks like Toronto anymore...

Z999's face begins to change. Once totally devoid of features, a split forms at mouth-level and opens up like a wound, slowly changing, morphing, into... well, a mouth. Teeth and jaws lined with exposed muscle, a haphazard version of a sophisticated system. That being said, with each passing second, that haphazard instance turns more and more lifelike, until a lipless grin stands as a recognizable feature on Z999's face. It needs no lips, because it cannot, or perhaps will not, speak... but teeth, it can use teeth.

Meanwhile, on its back, the bark of its skin begins to split, centered around two locations. Like an emerging butterfly, two wings burst out of its back, wet and imperfect. It only takes these wings a moment to take full form, an identical copy of the wings used by Loli- dragonfly wings, strong ones, too. The body of Z999 begins to subtly increase in size as its muscle mass shifts to accommodate these new features. Where once it appeared like a lifeless doll, Z999 is now clearly a being with underlying muscles and bones, giving it an appearance like a heavily distorted version of an average man, with perhaps the slightest bit of a hunched back.

The sound of all that nearly inhuman screaming has not gone unnoticed, though, as someone rushes in to help.

A shame, then, that it is merely a woman known as Ara. She is a bit short, with short blond hair that probably needs washing and blue eyes that honestly also probably need washing despite being eyes. Her clothing is a bit... er, bad. She wears a very simple and tattered light blue shirt in addition to some moderately less torn up (slightly too long) black pants. She is wearing shoes and they are actually surprisingly intact. In one hand, she wields a stick with an acorn at the end, and in the other, a magic staff made of what looks to be copper tipped with a large amethyst gemstone.

Standing a fair distance away yet relatively between the two involved parties, Ara keeps her eyes on both the horrific monster with a lipless grin and skin made of bark as well as the two random children and their eccentric companion, like she genuinely suspects either of them could be the party causing trouble.

Good job on not judging a book by its cover I guess.

Z999 cautiously eyes the new arrival, expecting her to act, but she will not until someone answers the unspoken question brought on by her raised weapons- "What is going on here?"

Z999 has no answer. It will not speak, and indeed, almost seem to be... waiting.

Indeed it is. Waiting, that is to say. It is waiting for new arrivals, people graciously following the sound of screams for one reason or another. It cannot know what sort of attention it will draw this way, can it?

Or is does it know something they cannot?

The two children look shocked at each other after seeing how the doll grew wings. And not any wings: the same ones as Loli.

...Did you saw the same as me?

...Yes! And it was great! Now it has wings, like Loli! Super cool!

B-But it looks like it copied them...

Clarilú saw the girl approaching them, and she talked with her, as if wanting to show what they found:

Hi! We found that doll over there in a mud pool. But suddenly, the doll grew bark, like a tree, and wings, like our friend Loli over there! But it seems as if a bit broken, since it can only scream, and it punched my friend Pipo over there, but I think it can be repaired.

Hub Centralis

Arad wished he were able to say a building falling from the sky and turning into a giant robot was the weirdest thing he had seen here, but…unfortunately he could not say it was.

The young man, decked out in a black gi with the emblems of Grandnova plastered over the right breast and a large one on the back, put down the cup of coffee in his hands, stood from the table outside the cafe, and began doing his pre-battle stretches while the two colossuses wrecked the city only half a mile away. He was engulfed with a blue light, after which the Warframe Atlas had taken his place. On his hands were Atlas' signature weapon, the Tekkos, spiked gauntlets.

Atlas shot into the sky, bullet-jumping his way towards the fight. Just as he got near enough, a wall of rocks and earth formed in front of him. With a punch, this wall became a jagged ball of earthen materials, that was hurtling straight towards the mech, Atlas just behind it.

"I don't do drugs!" Zeeroe yells at Oca. She then sits down cross-legged, scratching her head. "So what happened...? How could I have messed that up?"

She pulls a roll of bandages out of a small satchel and wraps them around her perfectly intact face and neck, including one eye... for fashion I guess. She also puts on a pair of sunglasses. It's just a mess. No response to Green stealing food.

Katre falls for this feint, getting nailed by the knee strike and going skidding back. She wipes some dirt from her face. "Guess you're a lot tougher than your brothers."

She promptly punches the ground to create another explosion. Then she punches the ground again, making another explosion, this one further away from herself and closer to Yuno, a la Triple Geyser. Then she punches the ground a third time, and the explosion comes right underneath Yuno, aiming to launch the Pawn Doll sky high. If it succeeds, Katre will rush up and grab her by the ankle before doing a spinning slam into the ground!

Hubbadubba

FEH!Ash is watching the fight against the mecha-building with a pensive look. Her bovine tail swishes about nervously.

She is so fixated that she doesn't notice her proximity to THE LEGENDARY Yamada Tae.

Meanwhile, closer to the fight, a small blue-furred creature◊ is flying about in a panic.

"What do I do, what do I do..."

It notices the titanic battle, perks up and gets closer... luring its pursuers, a cavalcade of wild beasts, into the fray! A big buffalo creature comes charging horns-first at the palace!

Hey! That's my meat! Don't you go around stealing people's food! PAYBACK TIME! Luffy inflates his stomach and leaps at Green, intending to crush her below his massive weight. GOMU GOMU NO SQUASH!

He doesn't seems to be in the state of mind or mood to answer Zeeroe's questions.

Then he notices he had meat offered and abruptly cancel his attack to begin eating. Thanks! But still, don't steal people's food!

"Okaaay. So, what, you're just a crazy then?"

"I could take a peek up there, but it won't do much good if I don't have a couple controls for your kind. And the nearest one is a lil busy," he points towards Katre.

Tae seems fascinated by the phenomenon of 'fluffy ball falls from sky and becomes girl'. Incredible and riveting.

"Gruegh," the zombie grunts.

She then takes notice of Ash.

"Bguh?"

Cow...

STEAK.

MMM.

She "sneakily" approaches Ash, before trying to jump onto her back!

"GWAHEHAGYRBGH!"

Mecha fight

The mecha-palace had toppled the Mutant Child on the ground, and it was about to squash him as a green grape... Just to being distracted at the last second by the furry blueish creature, and leaving it open for the ball and the bovine creature, making it fall sitting on the ground.

The evil robot looks around at their new opponents.

"So, you want to help him? Well, more people, more fun!

The mecha tries to kick the Buffalo at the Mutant Child. If succesful, the Child will catch it, but he could not do anything more this turn. If not, the Child will jump over the palace to smash it on its head!

Afterwards, not mattering the result of the first attack, the palace will fire a couple of marble rockets at the Warframe.

Meilin

The girl notices the LEGENDARY Yamada Tae trying to munch on another girl.

Hey, girl! Nobody tries to bite on her!

She transforms into a big red panda, and tries to stand between Ash and Yamada, defending the first one.

The Buffahorn, as that animal is called, gets swatted and goes poof before the Mutant Child catches it, disappearing into little more than smoke and sparkles. It doesn't seem dead, but it's not there anymore.

This means the Mutant Child can unleash his own attack, and the big-eared bluish creature waits until a mole (Digguh) draws near. He promptly flies between the Digguh and the palace mech. Digguh throws a rock at the blue creature, but he dodges, making the rock hit the palace instead.

Digguh realizes this error and, without saying a word or making a sound, gets a comically horrified expression.

Ash yelps in fear as Tae jumps on her. Sheer hungry-zombie energy proved too fast for a big and fluffy shield.

Ash thrashes like a bucking bronco, trying to get Tae off. If successful, she will promptly try to whack Tae in the head with her cowbell-staff. And with Tae being a patchwork zombie, this may result in an accidental decapitation.

With an annoyed grunt, Nicole throws her hands up in frustration.

"Or you can just arrogantly brush us off and keep being reckless. Guess that's an option, too."

She glances at Demo and Argo, placing a comforting hand on the latter brother's shoulder.

"Not gonna lie, I'm starting to feel like I could've stopped this if I'd tried talking her outta this sooner. Though I didn't exactly hear Katre objecting despite her saying she needed to cool off," she says. "So, what do we do now?"

Then she shoots Argo an inquisitive look, as if nonverbally asking why he was reacting more intensely than either she or Demo had expected.

"You think so?", Yuno asks, apparently not realizing that Katre's compliment was battle banter. She snaps back to attention when Katre makes the ground explode again.

And then a second time, which confuses Yuno.

Only for her to get caught by surprise by the third one exploding right from underneath her. She's sent flying up, waving her arms rapidly in a futile attempt to regain a sense of balance. Her ankle gets grabbed and she gets spin-slammed into the ground below. Argo can't help but let out a very frightened noise in response to this. He doesn't seem to notice Nicole's non-verbal response to this at all, nor her hand on his shoulder. His attention is completely fixed on the fight.

Luckily for his nerves, after the attack itself Yuno can be seen having her arms in a cross formation and getting back on her feet. Seems like she tried to block as much damage as possible.

Argo lets out a sigh of relief when seeing that she's still alright, but his attention stays on the fight.

"At this point, we either wait for Yuno to give up, or if she's in genuine danger I'll pull her out with my chains.", Demo says to Nicole, answering in Argo's stead.

"Thank god Katre is holding back so much.", Argo mutters. Demo now looks at him, then back at the fight and seems to ponder.

"She's definitely holding back, but even so... Yuno seems to be able to take a lot more punishment than Argo and I would've been able to.", he thinks to himself.

Yuno looks in Katre's direction, then suddenly performs a downwards sweep with her foot, not aiming it at Katre but instead at the ground to kick up debris. She then catches the rocks as they're kicked up and throws them at Katre with considerable might.

Considerable as in 'they might hurt if they hit and the impact may send her skidding back a bit'.

Katre may also start to notice a certain pattern in the way Yuno fights. She seems to be trying to use the same style of attacks that Katre herself uses moments before. Throwing a punch after she punched, using the dust cloud she kicked up, blocking to tank damage after Katre blocked one of her attacks, and now she's using a ground-based attack after Katre made the ground underneath her explode. And she's also combo-ing into an attack that'll make Katre move if successful, just like how Katre had Yuno blasted upwards.

If this is an actual pattern, then Katre may be able to mentally prepare for Yuno's next moves. After all, it would mean that Yuno will, in a moment, attempt to bash or slam Katre away.

Atlas looks at the marble rockets approaching as he soars through the air.

He mentally maps out a path ahead and, with the exquisite precision integral to a Warframe's survival, did a flip in midair, somehow propelling himself upwards. From this new vantage point, he landed on the missile and bullet jumped off, shooting even closer to the mech. His aim was to land on top of it, and deliver a series of powerful melee blows from his destructive hands.

Unfortunately for the girl from Turning Red, Tae is too good at lunging like an animal for some reason.

She is not dislodged yet, clinging to her back. Tae then attempts to commit NOM on Ash's head!

Ash proceeds to remember she's the servant of a god of transit, so she just teleports Tae off her back.

"You are most impolite!" she says in her best attempt to sound scolding. It's... not a good attempt.

Mecha-Palace

The hits of the Mutant Child and Atlas left the palace partially sunk in the ground, and with its dome almost totally crashed (and a window, courtesy from Digguh).

But that made the palace angry, and with its artillery tries to level down the ground to free itself, provoking explosions around itself, and big chunks of rock and ground being flung upwards!

Meilin

The panda girl trips with a rock, and hits comically the ground face-first, in her human form.

She stands again, and trying to imitate her mother, she puts her hands on her hip and joins the berating.

Yeah, what's up with you? You can't go around biting the people!
