Chibodee leans back in his seat, shaking a bottle of whiskey. "Chibodee Crocket. Gundam Fighter for Neo America."

Majima's expression suddenly turns darker, much more serious.

"... Yeah. That's the idea. I'm gonna give him a chance to get out of here in one piece. Now c'mon, I don't have-"

He finds himself warped to the peak of the mountain, avoiding DMK's Mach Tornado attack as a result. Thor may also find himself 'ported nearby, courtesy of an unseen Ex.◊

Kaze is similarly warped, finding himself just a few feet shy of Pseudo's current position within mere moments.

Completely ignoring the surrounding chaos, he runs up to Pseudo, ripping the Magun off of his arm and presenting it to the Chimera. "This is a weapon that will use my soul as ammo, so it falls upon an ally to fire it. You are the one who has the greatest stake here... so it should be your duty."

The Timekeeper Vahki shoots a disc of orange energy... at the ground. Where it hits, a bubble of greyscale envelops physical space, time-slowing all Hub clones caught within it. The Vahki then fires basic discs at any Hub clones not caught in the bubble, attempting to snipe them down.

Names huh? Sure! I am KOZUKI ODEN! He says, mistaking Dark Meta Knight's demand for another. He then prepare himself... only for the real deal to run off. Oden watch him and Majima go.

Hey! Come back! You can't run away from fights that you start, dummy! He tells the former. When they launch a tornado attack, Oden gets serious again and cross his swords to block the attack. However, he's seriously struggling with it!

KRKRKRKRKRKRKRKRKRKR! Damn it... I'm not going to get stuck fighting some clones! He bemoans, as he continues blocking the tornado. He does start to get pushed back, but hold out, assuming that his allies will have his back. He then notices that Thor's gone. Hey! Buncha cowards these guys! Now alone, Oden hold on by himself yet close his eyes... and a red energy seeps around his Haki-covered arms and swords.

RYOU! Oden does a crossing attack with his swords, using Advanced Armament Haki to enhance the power of his strike further. The reach of his attack is much longer than it seems: He aims to decapitate all the clones at once with an invisible reach!

Front Lines

Vs.Mara

Defense gets explosion-grabbed, but manages to put up a barrier around his head only after a few explosions.

He winces at the pain, skidding away and holding his head for a second before recombobulating.

He rushes in to do a sort of trip kick before aiming a point-blank energy blast at Mara.

X

X swats away the blasts of light with a flurry of kicks, the light singing his leg a little.

He grins evilly at Cywina, rising into the air before coming down incredibly quick with a kick coated with demonic lightning!

If it whiffs, it will slam the ground and cause 8 other bolts to rain down in each cardinal direction! (North, Northeast, etc.)

The Tetrominoes stack ever more...

Back Lines

Sagat blocks the attack, pushing Mr. L back before firing two Tiger Shots, one high and one low.

If he gets past those, he'll rush in and go for a Tiger Uppercut!

Mountains

Donald:    "Just a cautious observer, no more, no less. At least for now..."

Wanda wheels around just in time to summon a barrier, shielding herself from Azathoth's attack. She stares both him and Bell down.

"Stand down. I'd rather not have to hurt either of you."

Unfortunately, she's distracted long enough for Defense to be thrown into her, sending her crashing to the ground.

"Argh!"

Furiously pulling herself to her feet, she attempts to telekinetically grab hold of Mara, levitate her into the air, and begin crushing her.

   "You spent all that time spying on us and you still haven't realized it by now? With speed and Chaos Magic, I can do both!"   

Whipping up Chaos Magic replica of Alucard's guns, Pietro fires one at Chaos Balloon Boy and the other at Foxy.

   "You alright, Rico?"   

Before Thor can wonder where the Hel Majima went, he too is warped onto the mountain's peak. After taking a moment to recover from the initial surprise, he nods to the yakuza and raises his sparking weapons, as thunder rumbles in the sky overhead.

"Let's get him out of there."

Offering Teddy an appreciative smirk, Loki raises Nightbane and unleashes a dark energy beam at the oncoming arrow, hoping to blast through it as well as fire back at his assailants.

The override is successful, and Snively gets back to charging up energy.

"This will be the end of them! Ahahahahahaha!"

Outside, Front Lines

Cywina tries to block with a quick Light Barrier, but the impact of X's speed is still enough to send her crashing into the ground.

Edwina and Alwina now react though, sending a mixture of dark and fire magic towards X, trying to trap him into a swirling tornado made up of those two elements.

They have no idea what's about to happen when those Tetriminoes stack up completely.

Mara blocks both of Defense's attacks with barriers this time, though they shatter rather easily too. She begins a counterattack, but is interrupted when she gets stuck in a telekinetic grab, then starts to get crushed. While it's going very slowly, her body is getting affected, and she is still stuck.

   "S... shit... I might've trained her too much..."   , she groans, in pain.

"L-look, we don't wanna hurt you either, but if Mom thinks we're against her-", Bell starts, but Azathoth interrupts.

"If you're hurting our mother, of course we're gonna help her!"

He taps his foot on the ground before creating dark, rotating spheres, which he then throws at Defense and Wanda. If they hit, they'll sap away bits of their aura, slightly draining bits of energy and slightly weakening their attacking power.

Bell looks panicked now, afraid that they'll retaliate and kill him. As such, she's about to try to send up vines to entangle and trap Wanda and Defense.

But it never comes to that, as Giegue suddenly grabs her in a telekinetic hold, though instead of crushing her, he just throws her against her younger brother to knock them both down.

It's rather difficult to decapitate spherical figures.

But Oden manages to do it, destroying all of the clones with one single, rage-fueled slash. The way for him to choose his own enemy is now opened.

Chaos Balloon Boy gets shot, losing half of his face, while Foxy gets shot as well, the impact knocking his head off and making him fall over, as good as destroyed.

"Thanks, I-look out!", Rico Jr suddenly yells, trying to cast strong enough wind to carry Pietro back, off of Chaos Balloon Boy.

The reason for this being that the little crap detonates an explosive balloon in between himself and Pietro during the moment he's looking at Rico Jr.

The Hunter, while in the midst of their attacks, suddenly stops upon sensing his sister getting more near. He leaps away from this battle, but the Darklings are no less safe, as the Black Knight now also turns his attention to them.

"Keep them frozen, boy."

Jack, while conflicted-looking, obeys, increasing the blizzard to such an extreme that the Darklings get stuck in place with their legs.

   "Ah, crap! Goddamnit!"   , the female Darkling yells.

The Shadowed One spots the Hunter though, immediately giving chase.

Outside, Mountain

   "Similarly to me, I suppose."   , Hisoka chuckles.    "My current allies fighting my former allies. It's rather fun to witness."

Tom and Tyler continue to lead the helpless Order members away, intending on forcing them to go into the sea and drown.

Then, however, there is the sound of a hatch opening, making the two fairies pause.

From right beneath them, EVE◊ suddenly bursts out of the ground with Lloyd on her shoulder, sending the two spiraling down towards the ground and freeing Helryx's group.

   "That was... rather amazing."   , Krika notes.

"Indeed. Thank you. You saved us."

Lloyd, a little confused due to the lack of context, just smiles bashfully.

"No need for thanks. Let's just drive these Assassins away!"

EVE fully steps out of the base, after which the hatch closes to prevent any further intrusion. Helryx then looks at her allies.

"We'll need everyone we can get. Botar!"

Botar now appears near her.

"I was about to join the battle on the front lines. Did you need something?"

"Get our reinforcements. As well as our disposable soldier."

"Tuyet!?", Botar asks. "But-"

"As long as you are around, she cannot escape. Now go!"

Botar, while hesitant about her judgement, nods and vanishes.

Meanwhile, Porter and Andropov saw it happen.

"... this is not good for us. I will take to other areas."

"W-hey! You can't leave me all alone!"

"You do not fall under my self-preservation, so I can and I will."

Outside, Back Lines

The dark beam destroys Isabel's arrow, and strikes Isabel itself as well, causing Schneider to gasp and stumble back in pain.

"No! Schneider, retreat! That's an order!"

"But, sir-"

"Don't you dare disobey me.", he growls. Schneider, while unsure, unsummons his Shadow and starts to run off.

"Overdramatic much? I can take care of that guy myself. Watch.", Delphinium says to Logi, pulling Hydra back and sending Chimera out instead, going for a rapid, very powerful punch.

That, however, is when Rico Jr's Robo-Sassin' suddenly rolls up in front of Loki, scanning the incoming threat.

"POWER SCANNED. SURMOUNTING POWER POSSIBLE. ... SURMOUNTING POWER SUCCESSFUL!"

The Robo-Sassin', usually looking so basic, mostly wooden even, now moves its head and chest back to reveal a laser cannon, firing a massive beam towards Chimera.

The attack hits and sends Chimera, as well as Delphinium, flying into the water, even flying past the fleeing Schneider.

General Logi, usually so stoic-looking, actually stares in dumbfounded shock.

"S-since when do you have a weapon like that!?", he asks Loki.

Teddy, while silent, is thinking pretty much the same thing, looking equally shocked.

Mr. L gets hit once again, backing off, but this time reacting quickly enough, jumping over Tiger Uppercut before aiming himself down and launching himself towards Sagat, almost like some sort of Mr. L Rocket attack.

Cyber launches another shot, but the glorious Umbra deflects it with his amazingly cool laser staff, a weapon fit for a true hero.

Pseudo glances at Kaze for a moment, listening.

"Your soul?"

Pseudo hesitates for a bit, afraid that this might mean this ally may die and fall victim to the curse. Still... it seems like he has not much choice in the matter.

"Thank you.", he says, accepting the gun and taking aim at Dark Meta Knight.

   "A gun? You must be joking!"   , Dark Meta Knight laughs, about to attack.

Firing the Magun

"The Soil charge triad to use on you has been decided! The light that fills up your eyes, Tears of the Rainbow! The ultimate spirit, Soul Gunmetal! And finally..."

He places a hand on his chest and dissolves into sparkles, leaving a crystalline-white Soil charge on the ground.

"My life's spiral, Endless White!"

Pseudo sees the hole into which it gets slotted clearly on the Magun - the other two charges Kaze mentioned must have already been loaded, because their holes are covered by pins.

Suddenly, he is filled with knowledge. The knowledge of what the purpose of this attack is. As the truth is that this is not an attack at all.

Pseudo, looking determined now, puts his finger on the trigger.

"Defeat those who would threaten the innocent! Make the Assassins pay for their sins... Summoned god, BAHAMUT!"

He fires, and Cyber stops in his tracks.

"Bahamut!?"

Inside

All but one of the Hubs get time-slowed, one of the clones having been more careful. He switches to a Program Advance cannon chip as the other clones get shot back by the Timekeeper Vahki (though are not destroyed due to it having been just regular disks).

As the Hub clone is about to fire, he suddenly gets launched forward by Lesovikk's twister, and Bombman finishes him off with a well-aimed bomb, leaving Elecman and Fireman to destroy the ones on the ground.

The Wallaces run around to try to find more enemies, only to suddenly run into a fleeing Tracey and Ahkmou.

"WHA-... uh... wait, Wallace?"

"Tracey? Why aren't you hiding?"

"They found us.", Ahkmou says, firing a disk into the hall near them to dispatch of a Hub. He's actually surprised he has the firepower to kill one of them.

"One broke into the room. We would've died if it weren't for the girl.", he says while reloading.

"Huh? You saved the two of you? How?", Wallace asks.

"Well... I... I was thinking of what my brother would do, and then my hands-"

"Run now, talk later!", Ahkmou says, pushing a bit. The group of 8 now starts to run.

Ninten arrives in the room, finding a huge gun-like cannon◊ sitting in the middle of the room.

"Holy crap! When did Pseudo even find the time to build this!?"

He notices that the gun has a Pigmask logo on it, but he shrugs it off. Maybe Porky started building it and Pseudo took it with him after Porky's death. He doesn't have time to think of these things right now anyway.

He moves towards the control panel.

"Okay, let's see... I'll have to open a few hatches with these, and then..."

"Was that all of them?", Pilly says, dusting herself off as the Hub clones dissipate.

Her answer would come soon, as she hears an explosion in a hallway nearby.

"There!", she says, running off towards it. She is, however, unaware that this was a trick, as a Hub clone turns visible, the effects of his invisibility chip now deactivated.

He runs into a completely different hallway from where he'd shot the bomb towards, knowing that Pilly won't be able to stop him if she doesn't know he's here.

The Hub clone soon comes across the cells, glancing at them out of interest. He walks besides Tahn's cell, not having noticed him quite yet. Tahn, meanwhile, is surprised.

"Only one guy? That's all there is? ... I think I can handle one guy."

He then grins, getting an idea.

"Oh, I definitely can!"

He now moves towards the glass, allowing the Hub clone to notice him. The clone looks momentarily surprised, then smirks.

   "Huh, you are alive. And trapped like a little blond rat."   , he snickers.

Tahn doesn't verbally respond. Instead, he sticks his tongue out.

   "Uh... wha?"   

Tahn then starts doing a mocking little dance, even mimicking mooning him (though thankfully without actually dropping his pants).

The clone starts to look annoyed.

   "You have some gall making fun of me when I'm not the one in that cell."   

Tahn then starts to kiss the air besides him while using his hat to mime a helmet. Then he holds said hat in front of him and pretends to kiss an imaginary person in front of him.

And then he mimes stabbing that person.

Hub basically snaps, realizing that Tahn is making fun of him killing Roll. Even with Mara's spell over him, this still gets to him, and he opens the door.

   "I am going to wear your little child spine as a scarf, you little shit!"   , he growls, opening fire without actually entering the cell, because he's not that stupid.

Of course though, Tahn's plan was never to lock Hub in here. Once the door is open, he stops his tomfoolery and skillfully dodges Hub's shots, weaving through them with a determined grin on his face.

   "Stand the hell still!"   , Hub yells, switching to his blade and going for an overhead slash.

This is what Tahn was waiting for though, as he now jumps up, aiming it so that the only thing Hub actually hits is the bracelet on his wrist that Botar uses to keep track of him.

Tahn lands right behind Hub, then jumps onto his back, swiftly moving so that he has his legs around Hub's neck before the clone can even react.

Then, with one swift, brutal motion, he just snaps the clone's neck, making the clone drop to the ground and dissipate. Tahn, landing on his feet, rubs his wrist a little before kicking the bracelet away.

"I should've known. That feeling of impending freedom has never let me down before."

He looks into the hallway.

"Now to get out of this place once and for all."

Three souls are loosed from the barrel of the Magun - Charlie's as a shimmering rainbow, Tee's as a piercing steel, and Kaze's aptly-named Endless White.

They swirl together as bolts of light before converging into a gigantic sphere of light...

Taako is sipping coffee somewhere when he feels an immense power and does a Spit Take in Kravitz's face.

   "Something the matter?"   

"I just got, like, y'know that feeling when you think the apocalypse is coming but you can't see it?"

   "... No."   

"Well, that."

Baby Vegito Black is flying over the Arena when the power reaches him. He completely freezes, turning in the direction of Tropique.

What... is that...?

Fucking Saitama is on his daily stroll when he sees the light.

... Eh, not worth his time. Maybe he'll have Genos check it out.

Raijin has been resting ever since Yami-no-Arashi's defeat, meditating to heal. He is awoken by the power.

So, another god with the power to destroy everything has descended. Will he save us... or smite us?

The Yamato, presently vibing in the open air, undergoes a sudden blaring of alarms.

"The Travelers..." says Samus. "They're unleashing their ultimate weapon."

"Well, if they think the situation calls for it, then we'd better not take any chances. DEPLOY MECHAGODZILLA!" orders Snake.

Slenderman is T-posing around, deleting everything he touches.

He's somewhere in Tropique at the time, though, and just as he's about to descend upon a hapless Rodney, the power of the light reaches. Slendy decides fu-hu-huck that and nopes out into the void, leaving Rodney to escape back to the Realm of Darkness.

The Yo-Yo Master is out playing with his yo-yos.

He says nothing as he witnesses the light. He just keeps on yo-ing.

The Fell Dragon stares too deeply into the light and gets blinded.    "ARGH"   

The light fades to reveal none other than Bahamut KAI.

Torn From the Heavens - DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT Remix

Bahamut KAI is already in motion, the red parts of his body turning white to give him the "maximum danger monochrome" of the Travelers' Six Shogun, and with how absolutely fucking huge he is, he's liable to just bulldoze over Dark Meta Knight before he has the chance to do an actual attack. If that isn't the case, he will continue his flight in pursuit of DMK, trying to grab the evil puffball in one hand and yeet him into a distant jungle!

Majima briefly pauses to mouth 'holy shit' when Bahamut KAI appears.

But that moment is fleeting, and the very next moment, purple lightning crashes down around Majima, one bolt striking his blade and infusing it with the power.

RECEIVE AND BITE YOU

Majima summons the image of the moon over the mountain behind him, forcibly transforming the battle into a night sky. "GYAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"

He starts sprinting down the mountain as lightning strikes all around him, throwing a DIO-sized barrage of knives at every Assassin who is out in the open. About halfway down the mountain, he leaps off of it as lightning strikes his personal signature knife, hurtling through the air to deliver a massive strike that channels the lightning through every knife that successfully hit an enemy, creating a magnificent chain-explosion of purple electricity!

He ends up landing in a crouching position, back-to-back with Oden. "And don't go calling me a coward... Kozuki-chan!"

The Timekeeper Vahki nods to the Robot Masters.

"I will hold this position. Go and assist elsewhere."

... Huh whoah. Oden contemplates everything going on around him but focus on picking a real fight. He actually seems joyful over the sheer insanity... until he grimaces when he's called "Kozuki-chan".

Brrrr! You gives me the creep! I'm leaving! See ya! Ditching Majima, Oden makes a run for it since the Yakuza is pretty mean. Using his potent Observation Haki, he notices that some demons are in trouble against evil beings, so he decide to run to them!

DONT WORRY STUPID DEMONIC CHILDREN! I'VE GOT YOUR BACK! ODEN NITORYU SNEAK ATTACK! After yelling his intentions out loud, Oden the swordsman jump and try to... kick Jack Frost in the face. It's a sneak attack because he's using his feet and not his swords! Landing next to the Darklings, Oden surrounds his swords in Ryou and slice the ice covering them, freeing them without giving them so much as a scratch. You look really evil! But looks are deceiving! Help me beat bad the actual bad guys, demonic children!

While he wasn't using his swords, Oden's a strong guy. Being hit would hurl Jack Frost quite a long way!

You have a big sword! But that much armor shows you must fear getting hurt! Let's fight! I'm KOZUKI ODEN! The Samurai then says, pointing his left sword at the Black Knight and taking a stance.

Whitebeard behold the spectacle from his spot, far away from the battlefield.

... And he ran in there?

Front Lines

Vs. Mara

Defense zips behind Mara, dodging the aura-sapping ball and holding his hand against the back of her head, once again readying an even stronger burst of energy.

Defense:    "The Magun has thawed, Mara. your conquest of this world..."   

The stardust burns ever brighter, as if each star is going nova...

Defense:    "IS OVER!"   

Defense releases the blast, a massive cone of energy and stardust, before being recoiled by his own attack and falling into Breaker.

Defense: "At least, I damn sure hope so..."

X

X once again allows himself to be enveloped in the fiery tornado, opening his eyes and dispelling it.

X:    "It's ready..."   

As X gets an I piece and proceeds to simultaneously get a Tetris and clear away his entire stack, his suit turns the same 'danger monochrome' as Bahamut's body.

   "DESCENT INTO HILL!"   

Slamming his hand on the ground, and unleashing an attack of a level comparable to Schezo's reality-breaking chain of Areiado Specials, a wave spreads forth from his fingers, converting the ground around him to "Hill", the ruined and corrupted version of Green Hill Zone from X's creepypasta of origin. Anyone in the area of terramorphed ground is bombarded by psychic attacks, forcing terrifying imagery into their minds so frightening and so real it can inflict damage - and a lot of damage.

Afterwards, however, the "Hill" recedes, leaving barren sand where it was.

Outside, Mountain

Donald feels something off, but not from Hisoka.

Donald:    "That it is... It shouldn't end so soon."   

He's gone just as soon as he came...

Back Lines

Sagat, caught off guard by his Tiger Uppercut being jumped, braces for the worst... but someone else catches Mr. L with a massive fist.

"So, this is the power of Bahamut... the ultimate feast! I don't even have to fight it to feel full!"

Azrael lands, smiling a wide grin.

Azrael: "And yet, I have room for dessert... He's yours!"

He leaps away, landing over by Helryx's group.

He looks at their lot before turning around, seeing if their enemies would get up...

Using one hand to maintain her crushing telekinetic grip on Mara, Wanda uses the other to launch an Arcane Blast at Azathoth's oncoming spheres, breathing a sigh of relief when Giegue immobilizes the two siblings.

"The mother who abuses and tortures all of you, to the point that Seraphim ran away? Who never loved any of you? Who only sees you as tools at best? She's a monster, Azathoth. You don't owe her anything."

As she goes back to crushing Mara, she glances at the newly-arrived Bahamut Kai.

"...What the hell?"

Thanks to Rico Jr's intervention, Pietro is blown away from the explosion just in time. He gives the demon prince a thumbs up.

   "Thanks, man. If there's anything left of the demon spy, go ahead and finish him off."   

As he gets back up, he watches in awe as Bahamut Kai enters the fray. After a moment, he lets out a triumphant laugh.

   "Hah! You guys are so screwed now!"   

Thor can't help but grin at Majima's assault. Before he can rejoin the fray, though, he looks on as Bahamut Kai emerges.

"By Odin's beard..."

Shaking his head, he rockets towards Pseudo's position. Upon arriving, he attempts to smack both Cyber and Dark Meta Knight away with a mighty swing of his hammer.

"So... you wouldn't happen to know where in the Nine Realms that behemoth came from, would you, Pseudo? Because it does not look like one of Stark's machines!"

Loki simply answers with a shrug, smiling his usual smile.

"I suppose we must've had it stashed away somewhere in the laboratory."

Upon spotting Bahamut Kai, the god of mischief can only let out a low whistle.

"Now that, on the other hand... I honestly have no bloody idea where it could've come from."

Inside

Ninten manages to activate the cannon.

"Quick warning, Ninten. The cannon uses up a ton of energy. I will have to rerout most of the base's tricity to it for maximum power usage. Be sure to use it well."

"Are you sure that you'll be alright?", Ninten asks, worried.

"Yes. Now, go up there and fight!"

The floor underneath Ninten now begins to move...

Outside in General:

All of the Assassins present on the outside take a moment to watch as Bahamut KAI is summoned. As do all of Pseudo's allies, but they wouldn't have to fear for their lives, unlike the Assassins.

And Bahamut KAI would prove to not be their only problem, as a part of the mountain splits open and the floor moves up, with Ninten and the giant secret weapon on it, aimed straight up at the Assassin Satellite Cannon.

"Let's see how much power this baby packs! Roll, sorry about this!", Ninten says, starting the charge-up.

Satellite

Snively pauses when he sees both Bahamut KAI and the giant weapon on the screen.

"W-whoa, wait, what!? W-what the hell do I do about this!? It's going to fire at me!"

He begins to sweat.

"Um... um... d-do I fire at that monster, or do I shield the cannon? Um-I... aagh..."

Outside, Front Lines

Alwina, Cywina and Edwina could not have predicted something like this was going to happen, and are thus not prepared. The three get bombarded by powerful psychic attacks, screaming in pain as they try to clutch their head, barely even able to move during the attacks.

Once the Hill fades, the three fall to the ground, seemingly unconscious. The daggers barely miss because of their fall.

Azathoth hears Wanda and... looks confused.

"What? Seraphim didn't leave because of Mother, did he? And Mother does not hurt us!"

"N-no, he didn't! A-and no, she doesn't!", Bell immediately says, still panicked. She then quietly mouths to Wanda 'mom doesn't hurt him, but if he knows she might'.

Mara, meanwhile, remains stuck (and gets a dagger in the shoulder for her trouble), and as such gets struck by Defense's massive blast from behind, seemingly engulfed completely as her body shatters before the light blinds any further sight into the attack. It seems as if she's dead.

...

But it's never that easy, is it?

Mara◊ suddenly tries to stomp Defense into the ground, not attacking lethally, but wanting him to break as much of his body as possible with this attack. The end part of Majima's attack doesn't go off due to the dagger having been blown up in Defense's attack.

   "Son of a bitch, that actually hurt!"   , she growls, regardless of success. She then glances at Wanda and Giegue, the latter tightening his grip on Bell and Azathoth, as if to threaten Mara with them.

   "... seriously?"   , Mara asks, drawing a sword.

Chaos Balloon Boy suddenly gets up, still going, and brings forth explosive balloons.

   "Ehehehehe... HAHAHA! HAHAHA! HAHA-"   

Cue him suddenly getting struck by a beam of light from the side, which knocks him over. In fact, it knocks him right in the path of one of Majima's daggers, which damages him, then gets him struck by an explodion of lightning, hitting his balloons, making them explode, and dealing him even more damage.

As for the beam of light, it was courtesy of a large, lean Order member◊ that just arrived through one of Botar's portals.

"I'm from the Order. Introductions later. Let's end this ordeal first. ... and point me to the angry ones, if you'd please.", Tobduk, the order agent, says.

Chaos Balloon Boy, nearly too damaged to even move at this point, then looks at Mara.

   "MASTER!"   , he calls out to her.    "I-I am in trouble! I need your help!"   

Mara glances at him, annoyed, then raises her hand a little, coating it in aura. That aura then surrounds Chaos Balloon Boy as well, and he just... stops moving on his own. Instead, his body swerves and sways like a demented puppet. Or worse, a corpse being forcefully moved like a puppet. And the way Mara's raised her hand almost makes her look like she's literally pulling his strings.

   "If you're out of options, then just keep fighting until you die. I've got no use for a beat up ballboy."   

She points at Rico Jr, Pietro and Tobduk, and Chaos Balloon Boy creepily turns to them before he starts to unleash balloons, readying for a big bang. At this point, there is no life left in the broken thing, making it all the creepier.

Rico Jr is used to zombies and the such, but even he is at least a little disturbed by this development.

Meanwhile, Botar warps back in near Mara's group, looking at the guardian with hate-filled eyes. He has a score to settle as well.

Jack Frost notices Oden on account that he literally yelled that he was attacking, and thus manages to avoid. But it does stop the blizzard, and Oden can easily free the Darklings.

   "You got it. I want some payback against these freaks."   , the female Darkling says. Jack Frost sighs.

"Please don't force me to do this."

   "You think some vague warning will change our minds?"   , the male Darklings growls. Jack Frost shakes his head, then glows for a moment.

When the glow fades, his hair has turned black and his eyes have turned blue◊.

   "Should've listened when you got the chance."   , Jackblack says before unleashing black snow that blow the Darklings away hard enough to send them flying into the mountainside.

He then glances at Oden menacingly. But the Black Knight holds out his blade in a 'stop' motion.

"This is a warrior, testing my might.", he says, then he looks at Oden.

"You and I shall duel. Prove yourself."

Getting his sword ready, he charges (at an alarming speed for such a bulky, armored guy) and tries to slash at Oden's chest.

   "Guess I'm on babysitting duty then..."   , Jackblack mutters, looking around for the Darklings, as well as keeping an eye on Weber. He'd be next, and he knows it.

The dagger just bounces off of the Black Knight, the lightning explosion afterwards not doing anything either, and Blackjack freezes it in place to make it drop for extra intimidation factor.

The Shadowed One decides to be pragmatic as hell, firing a spinner at the Hunter while he's still unaware of the former's presence. The Hunter actually gets hit and disintegrates on the spot. The dagger hits the ground.

"Well, that makes things very easy.", the Shadowed One darkly laughs. Then, however, he notices something happening near a part of the mountain that's out of the battle's way, and thus not a spot that being paid any attention to.

"You've got to be kidding me...", he mutters to himself before going in that direction, unaware that a pentagram is forming where the Hunter just died, something slowly forming from it.

And this pentagram looks different than the one Mara uses. Whatever's happening here, it's not her doing.

The Huntress, having seen this, hides between the rocks.

Outside, Mountain

Hisoka shows a suspicious look at those words, but stays silent as Donald leaves.

Outside, Mountains

Helryx, Axonn, Krika, Matoro, Trinuma and EVE (with Lloyd) now all turn back to the mountain, where Porter is trying to sneak away while Andropov prepares for a hopeless fight.

Sensing the incoming dagger though, Porter quickly evades, now thinking that he's trapped on all sides. His survival programming activates his fighting skills, and he is now ceased being in flight mode.

The dagger meant for Andropov hits one of his crystals, unfortunately, and that only results in that crystal being shattered in the later electric explosion.

The two fairies suddenly fly back up though, right as Azrael also arrives.

"You'll pay for that!", Tom says, beginning to play his flute again. However, before it can paralyze, a portal opens up near Helryx and a Toa◊ comes out, riding on the shoulder of a moving bit of armor◊. Upon hearing the music, the Toa unleashes a sonic screech that stun the fairies (as well as anyone around them caught unawares), and prevents Tom from controlling them with his music.

"Right on time as always, Krakua. You brought an EXO-Toa with you? Who is guarding the Matoran?"

"Vahki. They'll get the job done.", Krakua responds.

"I suppose. Now then..."

She looks at the four kids.

"Time to capture some kids."

"Over my dead body.", Porter responds, glaring... and firing eye-beam lasers at everyone in the group, Azrael included.

Outside, Back Lines

General Logi narrows his eyes.

"This is getting too insane. I might have to grab Andropov and retreat."

"NEGATIVE. CRIMINALS WILL BE SHOWN NO LENIENCY!"

Beat

"UNLESS YOU PAY ME MORE THAN MY CURRENT EMPLOYER PAID ME. DOUBLE THE AMOUNT SHOULD DO."

General Logi and Teddy are both silently staring again.

"... Odin."

Odin reacts, then punts the Robo-Sassin' away while it's unable to immediately react. Odin protects Logi from an incoming dagger too, though the resulting lightning explosion hits it, damaging it and Logi.

Logi glares at Teddy and Loki right after.

"So it shall be then.", he says. "Odin, take care of this."

The giant Shadow lowers itself to be closer to the ground, darkly glaring at Loki and Teddy, the latter of whom prepares his katana. It then gets struck by a blast of water in the face though, one strong enough to make Odin back off a little.

Loki may be shocked to find it that it was courtesy of none other than Tuyet◊ herself.

Mr. L gets caught, then dropped to the ground as Azrael leaves for another part of the fight. Mr L angrily gets up.

   "Hey! What am I!? Chopped liver!?"   

After a moment of annoyance, he turns back to Sagat, then tries to leap towards him and kick him in the face.

Dark Meta Knight gets fucking wrecked by Bahamut KAI, getting crushed into the ground by the dragon merely flying against him. It's a miracle he's actually still alive, but he isn't gonna be attacking during this round. The dagger hits him on his mask, cracking it further.

"Shit, I don't stand a chance against that thing. Gonna scurry off to another opponent...", Cyber mutters, but then Umbra starts to bash into him, going fast enough to do so from multiple sides, hitting each time.

"I've heard you like to use that dodge protocol of yours. But can you dodge light!?", Umbra heroically quips as he basically stunlocks and damages Cyber all at once.

Then Thor punts him and Dark Meta Knight away though (meaning DKM evades being lightning'd to death), and Umbra stops in place.

"You think Cyber's had enough?"

Pseudo narrows his eyes.

"He's their leader. I highly doubt it."

He then looks at Thor.

"An ally gave me a weapon that summoned it. I know nothing else about it.", he says, choosing not to mention the soul part just in case it'd come off wrong.

The dagger hits the ground in front of Umbra, who jumps for a moment.

Inside again

The lights inside the base start to flicker due to a lack of electricity, keeping those inside on edge.

"Use some PSI to light the way.", Nesley says to the others, as his group and Alinivar's had met up a few minutes ago.

Tracey uses a glowstick for the group she's a part of to find their way. When they run into another group of Hubs, the Wallaces take quick care of them.

"I can't believe we're actually safer with these guys than in a locked room.", Ahkmou whispers to Tracey.

Elecman nods to the Timekeeper Vahki and turns to the others.

"Let's go then!"

They then run off to other parts of the base.

By the time Ken Tahn has reached the stairway up to the main part of the base, the lights have shut off.

"This is literally perfect. They won't be able to spot me nearly as easily now. As long as Pilly doesn't come back this way yet, I'll be able to escape with ease."

He sneaks up the stairs, getting to the hidden door and putting his hand on it. With the power cut out, the cameras aren't working, and as such Tahn feels safe with using his powers here.

A dark aura surrounds his hand, which spreads across the entire hallway behind the door. It's not harmful though, instead meant to scout without actually having to look.

"There's nobody around in this direction for a long while. They must all be in the East side of the base!"

He pauses, then grins, opening the door without a care and finding a safe, empty, hallway.

"Man, I can just sing and walk out of this joint! Ha!"

Then he turns in the direction of the main monitor room and sees the closed shutter.

"... well, I'll have to get through that, then I can walk out of this joint!"

He snaps his fingers, beginning to sing a little as he walks towards the shutter.

"Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk, I'm a woman's man, no time to talk-"

Outside, everywhere

A song starts to ring over the battlefield. It will not physically harm anyone to listen... but those who do listen will find themselves feeling a little bit weaker.

Bahamut KAI has a moment to spare, so he decides to explain himself.

   "I am Bahamut, one of the Shogun of the Travelers. That man fighting Mara and the eldritch hedgehog are other Travelers. I may only appear when summoned by Kaze, another member."   

   "And now, I have work to do."   

He unleashes a roar that, like an exploding grenade, deafens all sound around him to just a ringing in the ears, before morphing one arm into the barrel of a rifle and firing a GIGAFLARE at anywhere he sees an opportunity to shoot an Assassin without also hitting an ally in the ensuing mega-explosion.

Majima rushes up behind Chaos Balloon Boy, aiming to shank it in the back.

The Timekeeper Vahki continues to hold its position. If no new threats come its way, it will start searching the base for sounds... and it will hear Tahn, though it won't suddenly appear in front of him.

At the same time, something else is coming up on the horizon...

"Why else do you think he left? I'll give you a hint: it's not because he was going through a phase."

Wanda watches as Mara is seemingly destroyed, not buying her supposed demise for a second. Once the real Mara predictably comes forth, she pulls her longsword from its sheathe and coats the blade with Arcane Magic, then advances on the Divine Guardian of Evil before going for a flurry of slashes.

Pietro nods to Tobduk.

   "I'm guessing by 'angry ones', you mean the Assassins? Sure thing."   

Shifting his gaze back to the battle, he hurls a Chaos Spear right at Chaos Balloon Boy.

Thor listens to Bahamut Kai's explanation before the latter springs into action.

"Well... I suppose that's as good an explanation as any," he remarks. "Now come. I think it's about time we brought this to an end."

With a fierce Asgardian battle cry, he unleashes a huge lightning blast from both Mjolnir and Stormbringer at Cyber and Dark Meta Knight.

Loki can't help but look amused.

"It seems wherever I go in this realm, I'm practically destined to meet an Odin who's vastly different from my father."

He brings both Nightbane and his scepter to bare, only for Tuyet of all people to intervene. He flashes a smirk at her.

"Perhaps you really are more noble than people give you credit for, Tuyet."

Wahahahaha! Come at it then! Oden raise his right arm and slam it forward, intending to have a potent clash with the Black Knight. Owing to Oden's size, there isn't that much of a difference between the swords, meaning that they clash equally. Black lightning and an intense shockwave emanate out of the clash, though it seems to be coming from Oden. He smirks, as if really enjoying it.

Not being able to overpower the Black Knight so easily, Oden keep the clash going for a little while before suddenly letting go, attempting to have his enemy keep the pressure on and swing at empty air, by mistakenly thinking he's still going to be clashing with Oden. Regardless of success, the Samurai ducks beneath the massive sword and then attack the Black Knight with a potent cross-shaped slash from both swords, aiming for his chest.

Take this then!

He also notices the Darklings once again eating shit but can't do much to help them out!

Front Lines

Vs. Mara

Defense is smashed into the ground, leaving a small crater in his wake.

But, ever shakily, he gets up.

Defense: "I... ain't hear no bell."

He powers down to base, standing eye to eye with Mara.

Defense: "You gave, and are giving, all of us a reason to be angry. But chaos, evil, anger... that's what you want, right?"

Defense: "So what I need to do is simple. I've mimicked it long ago, but I never understood; but this world, it's taught me. All I need it to turn this rage..."

He exhales, before raising his almost bum right arm to the sky and snapping his fingers. From the outstretched arm down, he begins turning over a golden sheen.

Hope Of The Universe! The Suicide King Descends

Defense: "Into SERENITY! MIMIC FORM: HYPER MODE!"

Defense's aura calms down as his scream echoes across the mountains, lowering his arm and taking a long sigh.

He stands serene, feeling the breeze in his hair as he begins to feel better all over.

His eyes snap open with blazing determination. He knows what he must do.

He moves in, with the blinding afterimages of different kinds of Defenses behind him. He goes for a searing elbow, then a knee, then a flurry of punches and an oddly electric roundhouse.

Defense: "It's been a wonderful fight, Mara. But for everyone's fate, I'm putting this to a close!"

X

X breathes in, before blowing out fast and manifesting 4 entities in the form of The Fun Is Infinite entity (thus known as Majinn).

They immediately spread out and around X, peppering magic blasts at whatever enemies, Hub Clones or otherwise, are around them!

Back Lines

Sagat

Sagat matches Mr. L's kick woth a rising knee, before bringing his elbow down whilst in mid-air, trying to knock him back down to the ground!

Azrael

Azrael puts up Growler Field, eating the beam and firing a projectile right back!

He then hops up to Porter and attempts to slam him to the ground, following up with a falling kick if successful!

Looking down towards Reifa, Josie frowns a bit, feeling a bid bad that she feels left out. Then, she gets a bit of an idea to continue the conversation.

"Well, why don't you tell us a bit about yourself, then?" she asks with a smile.

Refia hesitantly gives Ika a very faint fist bump, so light it almost can't be felt, then glances back at Josie.

"W-well, I'm a succubus."

Her wings spread, her eyes turn red, horns and a tail sprout from her, and her arms and legs morph into armored claws. Fortunately, she remembered to keep the normal clothes on this time.

   "I don't particularly... care for the role, though."

Outside in General:

Pseudo's secret weapon continues to charge up for a little bit longer. Then, though, the screen indicates that it's filled up.

"FIRE IN THE HOLE!", Ninten excitedly yells before pressing the button to make it fire a massive beam upwards, towards the Assassin Satellite Cannon.

Satellite

"OH NO!"

Snively, in a blind panic, fires down towards the incoming beam from Pseudo's weapon. The two beams clash in the middle, and even with the boost from the Chaos Emerald the two weapons of mass destruction seem to be equal in power.

... no, not equal. Pseudo's weapon's beam is slowly gaining the advantage.

"Oh no oh no OH NO! AAAAAAHHHH!"

Outside, Front Lines

Some Hub clones actually warp in near X, as if to solely be meatshields to take the Majinns' blasts.

One of the Hubs, though, suddenly starts to glow, changing into his Double Soul form◊, now easily shooting the Majinns back.

Which means only one thing: this particular Hub is the original.

X, meanwhile, may feel that his power is weakening somewhat. Not to the point that he's in much danger, but it may still alarm him that something on the battlefield is affecting his power.

Alwina, Cywina and Edwina stir, though aren't quite fit to get back up yet.

Mara gets hit by Wanda's slashes, but now that she's in her true form, Wanda will find that her attacks aren't as overwhelming as they were before, as Wanda just turns to move around.

   "Strong. But not strong enough!"   

She attempts to just punch Wanda to the side, and regardless of if she hits or not, she then shifts her attention to Defense.

   "I suppose it's a bonus."   , she says in regards to his first comment after he depowers.

Then she seems confused when he takes on a transformation of serenity. ... Well, actually, it's safer to say that she seems slightly impressed.

His first attack moves so fast that it hits Mara dead-on. However, she instantly adapts from that point on, utilizing her own speed to match Defense's blows, though is forced to rely on a barrier to stop the electrified roundhouse kick.

   "I rarely see mortals who can take on a state of true serenity. And here I thought you were just power-focused fodder."   , she says, grinning excitedly. She glances to the side for a moment, her grin then growing.

   "Now, I don't know how strong you are in this state. But it's not something I'll have to be worried about for long."   , she says before growing her extra arms, now having six of them. She attempts to grab Defense with four of them, and if he gets grabbed, she'll start to continuously throw explosive punches against him with the other two.

Regardless of how successful this is though, eventually her attempt will stop when she finds herself impaled on a blade from behind, upon which she'll let Defense go if he had gotten caught. After a brief moment of pause she turns her head to look, finding that it's Botar who did so to her.

   "Huh... didn't know you were the vengeful sort."   , Mara quips, grinning.

"I'm a jailer. All I'm doing is taking on an unruly, future prisoner.", Botar glares.

   "I don't think your allies will agree with the thought of me being jailed alive."   , Mara says while pulling herself off of the blade with ease.

"We'll have to see who gets their way first then.", Botar says, unwavering.

Azathoth looks uncertain due to Wanda's words, and Bell looks more and more anxious. Then, however, her eyes start to glow before spiked roots bursts out of the ground beneath Giegue, entrapping him instantly and keeping him restrained. The spikes dig into the alien's flesh, causing him enough pain to be unable to focus on using PSI, meaning that the two kids are free.

Bell immediately flies towards Wanda while charging some green energy sphere in her hands.

"I know you mean well, and I'm sorry about this, but I can't let you endanger Azathoth's life! He's all I have left!", she says before launching the sphere towards the ground in front of Wanda. Once it hits the ground, a giant Venus Flytrap plant emerges from it, attempting to capture Wanda and devour her.

Giegue does still manage to break free after a while, but then gets blasted to the side by Azathoth. When Giegue starts to float though, Azathoth suddenly seems a little confused, looking around.

"Can this child not sense me if I'm not touching the ground?", Giegue quickly deduces. He tries to take advantage of this by launching and inexplicable psychic burts, but Azathoth evades it and counters with a magic blast himself, catching Giegue by surprise and launching him into some rocks.

"I suppose he senses energy in general, not just ground-based movement.", Giegue mutters to himself, not really all that hurt, but still a little surprised.

Then he realizes that this attack shouldn't have even done this much to him.

"Wait...", he mutters. "Why am I starting to feel weaker?"

Chaos Balloon Boy tries to move in to attack, but gets shanked by Majima. Now, normally this wouldn't do much to a machine, much less a zombified one, but with the amount of damage it'd already gotten the shank just manages to break off another part of him.

He then gets impaled through the head by Pietro's Chaos Spear, head shuddering as Chaos Balloon Boy starts to get on the verge of breaking down.

"I do genuinely mean the ones who are most angry. Anger empowers me.", Tobduk says to Pietro, but then he raises his staff towards Chaos Balloon Boy, charging up what is soon to be a beam of light.

"Eh, let us take care of this one first."

"It's about to be over. You three finish him!", Rico Jr says, kicking up a whirlwind around Chaos Balloon Boy to trap him in place, making him unable to move and thus making him an easy target.

The whirlwind, for some reason, does become smaller right after its casting, and even though it's still enough to keep trapping Chaos Balloon Boy, Rico Jr is confused.

"Hey... I dunno if it's just me, but... are you guys feeling a little weaker than usual?", he asks Pietro, Tobduk and Majima, and if they take the time to check...

They may find that they do.

"I do.", Tobduk confirms. "But once I become empowered, whatever they are doing to us will no longer affect me."

Jackblack unleashes a devastating storm towards Weber and the Darklings, the latter of which unleash an inferno of flames to counter it.

However, the inferno starts to lose energy fast, the blizzard overpowering it faster and faster.

   "Someone is weakening us!"   , Weber realizes.

No energy comes from the Black Knight's sword during the clash, but they are indeed even as they clash. The Black Knight's expression is hidden behind his mask, but Oden might be able to just outright sense some satisfaction from the warrior. He seems to be enjoying himself too.

Oden's trick then works, the Black Knight's slash eventually missing, and then the Black Knight's chest armor gets hit. Oden may be shocked to find that it didn't seem to do much though, the Black Knight's armor faintly shining upon being hit.

"Your strength is not enough to overpower Ashera's blessing.", the Black Knight says. '"... it's a shame I cannot simply deactivate it. I would love to give you a fair fight."

He then looks up, hearing the song echoing across the battlefield.

"And it is about to become even less fair.", he sighs. Oden may find himself growing a bit weaker. The Black Knight actually doesn't immediately attack because of this, perhaps feeling bad and wanting to give Oden the first strike.

Outside, Mountain

At the side of the mountain, now out of sight from everyone else, the Shadowed One watches as a portal opens. Lariska walks through, along with some other Dark Hunters.

"We have obtained the Mask of Dimensional Travel, boss.", Lariska says. "And we still have a good few members left alive. Brutaka's corpse was easier to find than to loot, but I made sure most of our best members survived."

The Shadowed One looks them all over. Ancient◊, who is his trusted ally, Devastator◊, Sentrakh◊, Shadowstealer◊, Vengeance◊ and, to the Shadowed One's surprise, Roodaka◊ is there.

"Seven members left, of which... her.", he sighs, not at all looking forward to Roodaka's treachery again. Honestly, had it not been for his world's dire state, Roodaka would have been killed long ago. But, as little as he'd like to admit it, he needs everyone he can get his hands on.

"Are you displeased, boss?"

"Not at all. While your work is excellent, your timing could not be worse. We are under attack."

"Under attack!? Let us at them! We will destroy them!"

"No. For tactical purposes, I don't want them to know you're here. We will retreat, and you can send me back later."

Lariska nods, opening another portal. The 8 Dark Hunters step through, and the portal closes behind them.

Outside, Mountains

One of Andropov's crystals moves in the way of the reflected projectile, re-reflecting it. It misses though, since Azrael jumped right after.

Porter brings up a barrier upon Azrael's slam attempt, then meets his following kick with an upwards punch, after which his hand opens up and he tries to blast Azrael away with a laser. Azrael, who may feel himself feeling weaker than usual, may be hurt by this as a result.

Matoro launches a beam of icy lightning from his blade, but another crystal gets in the way, reflecting the lightning back at Matoro and knocking him off of the mountain. He's not dead, but he is badly hurt.

"Krika, get Matoro to safety!", Helryx says as she moves in to attack. Tyler gets in her way though, entangling Helryx's legs in vines from the seeds he throws down.

Axonn attempts to cut her free, but finds that his brute strength and giant axe aren't enough to do so, to his shock.

"What is this? I'm supposed to be stronger than this!"

Tom focuses on Krakua, since he's the biggest threat to his powers. He sprinkles dust onto him, forcefully making him and the EXO-Toa float. However, when Tom tries to move in to attack, Krakua launches a sonic blast behind himself, launching himself and bashing into the fairy.

The EXO-Toa, however, is unable to attack due to floating helplessly.

Trinuma and EVE try to go after porter, but Alubujem bashes Trinuma away before beginning to wrestle with the large robot.

"That robot may be bigger, but I doubt it's tougher than Alubujem.", Andropov says to Lloyd.

"Maybe, but it has one crippling weakness EVE doesn't have."

"And what would that be?"

Lloyd then brings out an air gun, aiming it at Andropov.

"Reliance on a host.", he says before firing.

Outside, Back Lines

   "You wish."   , Tuyet responds, though she does know that Loki wasn't being serious.    "I'm here to stretch my legs and kill some peons. All with the jailer's permission, of course."   

"Well, who cares about the reason. The three of us will be able to handle this guy easily.", Teddy grins, now leaping forward with his katana. He clashes with Odin's sword though, and the Shadow throws Teddy to the side.

Tuyet starts charging up for a typhoon, but then looks confused.

   "This should be easier to accomplish than this. I feel as if something is draining my power."   , she comments, and Loki, if he takes the time to feel it out, may feel similarly.

General Logi advances nonetheless, a sword of his own drawn as Odin charges in to try a sweeping sword slash on Loki and Tuyet.

Mr. L then retaliates, grabbing some sand and trying to throw it in Sagat's eyes. Cheap shot, but hey, whoever said Mr. L fights fairly anyway?

Cyber, noticing the approaching what's coming their way from the sea, is starting to become worried for a moment.

"It may be time to unleash our secret weapon...", he thinks to himself. But then he hears that song, and he feels much less cornered already.

"Excellent."

He then does flinch when KAI's roar stuns him, with Dark Meta Knight, who was only just getting up, doing the same. This results in both of them getting struck by Thor's lightning.

But the god of thunder might be surprised to see how quickly they recover from that attack, as his lightning should be more powerful than this.

"Something's going on.", Pseudo says, sensing it too. This should tell Thor that he's not just imagining things. Something is messing with his strength.

Dark Meta Knight takes this opportunity, creating mirror clones and flying towards KAI, Umbra, Pseudo and Thor, all of them attempting to strike with fly-by sword slashes.

Cyber now charges forward as well, but unlike DMK, he doesn't get too close, instead launching mines out of his arm cannon. The mines land around KAI, Umbra, Pseudo and Thor, and they'll explode after about three seconds after hitting the ground.

A third mountain

The Huntress, hidden behind rocks, is the one weakening everyone on the field. Letting out her song drains them of their power.

And it seems that same song is also starting to power up her Assassin allies...

Inside

The Timekeeper Vahki will indeed be confronted by about 3 more Hub clones. The groups are growing smaller it seems, thanks to Locke ensuring no new ones can come in.

The three don't waste any time, firing at the Timekeeper Vahki from afar, not wanting to get close to it.

The song from outside does not reach into the base, and as such the Timekeeper Vahki will not become any weaker as a result.

If the power had not cut out to be rerouted to Pseudo's weapon, Roll would have been able to sense the burning sensation happening near one of the shutter doors and respond appropriately.

Unfortunately, she cannot sense anything right now, and as such Ken Tahn burns a hole through the door that's just large enough for him to crawl through. Whatever powers he possesses, he seems to be able to force his way through steel doors with them.

"Stayin' alive, stayin' alive~", he softly sings to himself until he's crawled through, after which he gets back up.

"Feel the HQ shakin' and everybody shakin', and we're stayin' alive, stayin's ali-"

He then pauses, realizing where he is.

"Whoa. So weird to see this place empty.", he says, moving towards the desk and rummaging through it.

"I wonder if they have my dagger stored away anywhere. Not like I can't get a new one, but-"

Then his eyes fall on a particular golden apple sitting on the desk. A cheeky grin grows on Ken Tahn's face.

"Hellooooo~. What do we have here?"

... Ah and a song too?! Why is such a honorable guy like you running around with these cowardly fiends?! Mountains bandits are fairer than this... but that's fine! I've got a way around it! His eyes glowing red, Oden scans the battlefield with his Observation Haki, attempting to find the source of the Song. He can see pretty far, so he might find the Huntress.

... And a way around you Even as he weaken, Oden grins and raise his swords above his head. A red aura appears around his swords as they cover themselves in Armament Haki. He cross them in front of his chest for a moment, focus... and launch himself forth at his enemy, once again becoming a blur as he breaks the ground and reach for the Black Knight.

ODEN NITORYU! Oden raise his two swords over his left shoulder and swing each diagonally. His strike's reach extend invisibly to get past the armor, at which point it'll reach past the blessed armor to reach Zelgius. If that happens, the strike will not hit the armor, but Zelgius's chest itself, bypassing the move! Carrying on, Oden attempts to keep running. But he stops, if he can't find the Huntress, and stop to smirk at him.

Wahahaha! This is... Ryou!

If he does find her, then he runs at her direction with great speed, intending to reach her.

We'll fight without that cheap song! See ya around, tincan man!

Majima does not care. He switches to the Slugger style, bringing out a baseball bat and attempting to whack Chaos Balloon Boy with a home run swing!

Bahamut KAI takes note of Oden's clash with the Black Knight. He is a god...

But then, as the earsplitting noise fades away and he becomes capable of hearing the song, the slashes grind against his exterior in a shower of sparks and the mines leave soot marks on his feet.

   "Whatever force now weakens me... will be insufficient."   

With his untransformed arm, he brings a hand down, sending rending waves of energy so tall they could be compared to pillars from his claws at DMK and Cyber.

The Timekeeper does not need them to get close.

It bvvvts through the Hub clones' projectiles, having suddenly dropped its BFS to split its double-bladed glowing Skrall sword into one sword in each hand. Its upper body spins like R.O.B.'s side special as it advances on one of the Hub clones, batting away shots from the other two with the speeeeeeen maneuver.

Somewhere in the main monitor room, some sort of communication device might start going off... but the only one around to hear it would be Tahn, and he's not likely to care.

Unless this device happens to show the name of the caller. Breakout Force... Snake and Ruby's group.

Josie's eyebrows raise when Reifa reveals the true nature of her species, though not out of fear or disdain, but out of curiosity.

"A succubus, huh? Gotta admit, I don't really get the vibe of one from your personality, but with the outfit, I can see it. Y'know, I'm pretty sure one of my siblings is a succubus, though I'll need to ask them about it next family gathering... Oh, a succubus is a type of demon that drains... Uh... Vitality, from sleeping individuals."

Front Lines

X picks up on the Huntress's song because he's an Animalistic Abomination don't question it. He opts to do the totally sane and rational move of ripping his own goddamned ears off, casting them aside as the nubs of flesh distort and morph into more, extra-powerful Majinn to continue the hail of blasts on Hub!

Vs. Mara

Defense: "If you think it's impressive, you should see the guy I stole this from!"

Defense gets caught, but he remains firm against the punches. When Mara lets go, he attempts to reverse the grab, attempting to restrain two of Mara's arms right back and swing her whole body over his head and into the ground!

Back Lines

Emperor of Muay Thai vs. Green Thunder

Sagat growls in anger at these back-to-back cheap shots, successfully being blinded, but he spreads his arms backwards and fires a Tiger Cannon, a powerful energy blast akin to a Shinku Hadoken, hoping it will be large enough to catch Mr. L despite the loss in accuracy.

The Mad Dog

Azrael feels weaker for about half a second. As soon as he lands from being knocked back by Porter's laser, some of the tattoos covering his body light up and peel away as he unleashes a level of Enchant Dragunov to power himself up far beyond even the level he was at before the song reached him.

He rushes Porter again, going for a backfist into a leaping toe kick before finishing with an aerial horizontal sweep kick!

He grants Nyr a bean. M, beans! WARNING, they taste like fish. I dunno if Nyr will like that. Oca then takes Megan's hand and hoists himself out of the dirt.

"If by 'good' you mean peak condition... I don't think so. But I'm not crippled or anything. Dunno, I'm at like, half my max HP?"

Then he eats bean for himself. Healz! He grins.

"Nyr, you did awesome. I definitely underestimated you this time."

The man might not have magical detection, but he does have other means of super sense. He stood a chance of picking up Roth's presence before he left.

William audibly gulped from the mere mention of Reifa's Nature, he turns to her in intrigue as his semi-frantic sketching of so many things going on is apparent. He approaches her slightly before stopping.
