Dark Pit sees Wriggle off.

Then he conjures up a firebomb using Pandora's magic. "Goodbye to you... good riddance to this place."

He drops the firebomb and hightails it out of there, casket in tow, as the bomb detonates.

"Guess in that regard he's not that much different from Galeem. Once we broke through all his defenses and defeated his guardians, he tried buying us off with our heart's desire. In the end, for all his power and supposed greatness, he was just a coward..."

Miles yawned and stood up, "Well, I'm gonna catch a bit more shut-eye before we head off to face whatever's waiting in the Dark Realm. Thanks, you two. I'm starting to feel better about all this..."

He turned to leave only to stop again, "And Thor? I can't really tell you much about the future of your timeline because who knows what can go wrong? But I can say one thing..." The lad glanced back, "There's gonna come a point when you're gonna be in the most dire situation possible...there'll be a million thoughts and emotions going through your mind at once...but remember this..."

Miles gestured to his own skull, "Go for the head."

Thor raises an eyebrow in response to Miles' advice, but nonetheless responds with a nod.

"Understood. Now then, Loki and I have an appointment with a certain... eccentric scientist. Rest well, my friend, and may you triumph in the battles to come."

"Until we meet again, Miles," Loki chimes in. "Hopefully, if things go according to plan, you can look forward to the glorious sight of Thanos' scheme blowing up in his hideous face."

With that, the Sons of Odin proceed to take their leave.

Neuff's experience with such moves allows her to dodge the Final Smash, though she gets distracted enough to get hit by Argo. However, she's hardly down for the count and leap backward, attempting to hit Argo by slamming her back into him !

Iron Man is hit but his armor is seemingly durable enough to withstand this. However, it still get noticeably scorched, and he attempts to up the damage, trying to use a rocket-boosted Megaton Punch to send the young man flying up in the air.

The punch works to great effect, hitting the biker hard enough to knock him off of his motorcycle and break the barrier dome around the both of them.

The boy seems prepared for a situation like this though, as, while falling, he pushes a button on each shoulder to bring out what looks like a pair of wings. However, despite their design, they don't actually allow the boy to fly, instead serving more as a hang glider that'll allow him a more safe descent. Currently he's still in the air though.

The motorbike, meanwhile, stabilizes itself in the air again before landing on the ground, and the boy seems to activate an auto pilot on it, as it continues driving around even without him on it. A small pair of gunweaponry slide out of the sides of the motorbike and open fire on Iron Man, attempting to keep him at bay until the boy makes it back to his vehicle.

Demo rises up to avoid the sweeping beam, but Argo gets slammed into the beam by Neuff's bash, getting launched into the roots.

After a pause, he struggles to get back up again, growling. But after taking a step, his legs start to shake, and he collapses, down for the count.

Demo, turning back into his normal form, looks furious, and turns his hands into claws as well. He's breathing heavily though, so he isn't going to last much longer. One or two well-hit strong attacks should do it.

And Demo seems to realize this too, as he creates Ball 'n Chains around his arms and starts swinging them around rapidly, trying to hit Pietro and Neuff with them while also attempting to forcefully keep them at a distance.

Cracking his neck, Pietro makes a beeline straight towards Demo, slides under the wildly flailing Ball n' Chains like a goddamn baseball player mid-dash, and retaliates by swinging a Chaos Mace at him.

Neuff, unfortunately, get a little distracted by Demo's rage and is hit as a result !

Iron Man is distracted by the gunfire but Tony thinks quickly and cross his arms in front of his face, as he begins to fly towards the biker !

The biker grabs his sword once more, aiming it at Iron Man and getting ready to do some kind of attack.

However, he gasps for a moment, his arms shaking, and he drops his sword. As it falls to the ground, he holds his mouth with his one hand and his forehead with the other, almost looking as if he's about to vomit.

Regardless of the reason why, with the bike only able to try to gun Iron Man down the same way it's been trying to before, Iron Man will have a clear way to the biker and be able to launch an attack without having to fear retaliation.

A little distracted by his attack being successful against Neuff, Demo notices Pietro too late to do anything about it, and gets hit in the face with a mace, sent hurling up, and ready to be taken down and saved.

Neuff then blitz forward with impressing speed and attempts to knock Demo out with a strong punch, her motivation allowing her to fight the pain off to try and save him !

Iron Man is distracted by this but does not stop, attempting to slam into his enemy once more, though he'll back off instead of trying to continue the charge, assuming that he hit. The gunfire's effect on his armor is increasing though.

Seeing as Neuff more or less had everything handled at this point, Pietro drops out of his Chaos Form, takes a breather, and momentarily glances at the downed Argo.

"I'm gonna have so many questions for you after this..."

The biker gets slammed into and crashes into the ground below. The motorbike suddenly stops firing at Iron Man and starts driving towards the crash site.

At said crash site, the biker tries to slowly get up, but hisses in pain as he clutches his leg, which looks to be broken. Unlike the streamlined yet tough Iron Man suit, the biker's riding gear seems to be meant to deal with high speed and perhaps the occasional bike crash, not with falling out of the sky.

Pressing a button on his watch, a small dome appears around the biker for protection, and once the motorbike gets to him, it starts to drive circles around said barrier and resuming fire.

The punch connects and Demo slams onto the ground, this time not getting up again. He and Argo start to twitch when Galeem's aura leaves them and their Darkling Spirits are separated from them.

They've been saved at last, though are still out cold at the moment.

Neuff straight up rush to the unconscious bros and hug them, dropping her hammer and letting out big, hearty sobs !

Iron Man creates a shield,deflecting the gunfire but hardly making any progress either. His right arm already being a shield, he uses his tech to create a cannon on his left one...

Not wanting to disturb Neuff's incredibly emotional reunion with the currently unconscious Demo and Argo, Pietro decides to handle the Darkling Spirits, though he wasn't particularly enthusiastic about it.

"And just like before Galeem and Dharkon fucked everything up, I'm probably gonna be forced to cooperate with that bratty demon supremacist and his bootlickers again. Good to know that some things never change."

The boy activates a magnetic pull on his right glove, and his fallen sword suddenly flies right back to him, with the boy catching it, then aiming it at Iron Man, the dome fading in the meantime.

   "Well, if this doesn't work, I'm screwed."   , he mutters to himself, his sword starting to glow brightly, seemingly charging up something.

It takes a little bit, but eventually the two begin to stir. Demo opens his eyes first.

"... Neuff? What's..."

He notices that she's crying, and despite not knowing what's going on, he doesn't ask any questions and just hugs her back.

Argo, while he hasn't actually opened his eyes yet, is just as conscious as Demo is, having woken up around the same moment, a glance through nearly-fully closed eyes having told him so. He kept his eyes closed on purpose so that Neuff can reunite with Demo first.

The Darklings, meanwhile, stand up with a groan, rubbing their heads.

   "What... happened? Ugh, I feel awful..."   , Emelyn says.

   "Me too, I feel like I've been moving in ways no body should."   , William says. He then notices Pietro and blinks.

   "Huh? You are... you're one of Pseudo's friends, aren't you?"   

Emelyn now looks at him too, raising an eyebrow.

   "What's going on here?"   

She then notices the aesthetics of the Dark Realm.

   "And where are we?"   

Y-you got caught by Galeem but... we... we saved you ! It's over, you're all safe ! she says, between big sobs. Her tears are yellow, of all things, and she soon stop explaining things...

Iron Man prepares a big blast.

C'mon Tony, it isn't... it is certain death if you fail so you have to aim.

"Something tells me it won't really be over until Galeem and Dharkon are both dead, Neuff..."

"It's kinda complicated, but since I'm feeling generous today, here's the short version..."

Pietro proceeds to explain both the Galeem-Dharkon ordeal and the Dark Realm to the Darklings.

The boy narrows his eyes at Iron Man.

   "Darnit, if that helmet wasn't broken I could've had that aiming program help me. ... on good luck I guess!"   

He then fires a spear-like beam of concentrated light at Iron Man. It may have the properties to pierce his armor, but a powerful-enough retaliation blast can certainly stop it.

However, the blast has to be strong enough, so Iron Man might have to pray that the one he's charging right now is, because he'll probably remember that the boy can redirect his own attack, so if Iron Man just dodges to keep charging, the boy will probably have it swerve around at him again. He'll have to block it before it gets to him.

Demo still looks a little confused by Neuff's somewhat hard to understand explanation, seeing as she's crying, but he simply continues to hug her.

"While I'll never forget it anyway, you always manage to keep reminding me of how amazing you are.", he says, sounding relieved, and showing his trademark smirk to her, knowing she likes to see him with it.

Argo, meanwhile, figures it's about time to let Neuff know that he's fine too, otherwise she might start worrying. He doesn't say anything, just giving her a hug as well, his exhausted eyes mostly open and his face showing a smile.

The two Darklings, meanwhile, listen to Pietro and stare at each other, looking almost... afraid.

   "So that means we took orders from someone else? Weber is going to be furious!"   , Emelyn says.

   "B-but we had no say in this!"   , William says.

   "I'm not sure he'll care! Ack, at best he's going to replace us, I just know it! All this power will be out of my reach forever..."   

She starts to tear up a little, while William tries to awkwardly comfort her, putting a hand on her shoulder. Normally she'd shrug his attempt off, if mostly out of pride, but right now she lets him, feeling like she needs it. As she tries to calm down, William looks at Pietro.

   "Regardless of what'll happen to us, you... you have a plan to deal with this situation, right?"   , he asks, uncertain.    "Some way to make things go back to normal?"   

Neuff breaths out in relief at the smile and sit down, a bit exhausted.

You know how to cheer me up, erm... I... well, Pietro could maybe explain it again ? she says, smiling warmly but tiredly at Argo.

Iron Man transforms the shield into another canon and goes for all-or-nothing blast with it !

"Gee, the sociopathic douchebag you two willingly sold your souls to just for power would have no qualms about tossing you aside like garbage? I never would've guessed that in a million years."

"Yeah. After we kill Galeem and Dharkon, then everything goes right back to normal," Pietro replies.

The blasts connect, and...

It was enough. The boy's attack is destroyed, and he just looks up at Iron Man now with a rather fitting expression. He immediately tries to get up to get to his motorbike, broken leg be damned, as he's a sitting duck without it.

Demo snickers a bit.

"Eh, we can wait with explanations until we all feel better. You look really stressed. I'm sorry for making you worry."

"Yeah... I think the three of us need a nap first...", Argo says.

Emelyn immediately looks hopeful upon hearing Pietro's words.

   "Then let's find our way to them and destroy them!"   

   "But we can't fight in these states."   , William notes to her.

   "But if I understand correctly, we can make other people stronger."   , Emelyn says.    "I... I usually don't help other people out like this, but I'd be a complete moron to be stubborn in this situation. I'll let you and your friends use my power to put an end to this."   

William turns back to Pietro.

   "Same for me."

Yeah, a nap seems.. nice... enough. she says, plain passing out, perhaps of joy or because of the tough battle and stress she's been through recently.

Iron Man hesitates but only for a moment, attempting to blast him with a missile.

"Huh... For a couple of greedy pricks who traded their souls for the chance to become superpowered monsters, they're not being as difficult as I expected..."

"Good, good! And in case you're wondering where the hell the exit to this screwed-up place is, just head down that way."

Pietro points in the direction that he and Neuff had come from.

The missile hits him in the back, hurling him a bit further before falling on the ground once again. He groans.

   "Ugh... crap..."   

And then he faints, his body twitching as Dharkon's aura leaves him and Rico Jr's Spirit is separated from him, lying besides him, out cold as well.

Both Demo and Argo are suprised, but hold onto her.

"You should take her someplace nice to make up for this once we're all good to go again, bro.", Argo says to Demo.

"I will. What about you though, you made her worry too.", he says, smirking.

"Um... I guess I won't steal any of her candy for a month or so.", Argo says with a little shrug, then tries to get up. He fails.

"... um..."

Demo blinks, then looks at Pietro with a sheepish smile.

"Do you, uh... have a way to get us out of this place without us having to walk? Because we kinda... can't, at the moment."

The two Darklings turn to look at the path they'd taken.

   "Alright, then we can go there and-"   

   "Wait, one more thing."   , Emelyn says, interrupting William as she turns back to Pietro.

   "How long has this situation been going on? Has it been over 14 days? I know it sounds like a trivial question, but it's important."   

William turns to her, a little confused as to why she brings that up.

Iron Man approach and sighs, looking at the entrance and slapping his hands together. He waits to see if there's another enemy in the way.

"Honestly, I haven't been keeping track of the exact days since Galeem lasered damn near everybody," Pietro answers Emelyn. "You might wanna ask someone else that question."

Looking to Demo, Argo and the passed-out Neuff, he whips out his phone and sends a text to Cinke.

Demo and Argo are free. Think you could send a ride to the Dark Realm to pick them and Neuff up? They're not in any shape to walk RN.

"Don't worry, boys, I just told Cinke about what happened. Your ride oughta be here any minute now."
