It's great to see that Legends has already been renewed for a Season 6 when Season 5 hasn't even aired yet.

I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI'm especially intrigued by "Zari, Not Zari".
I laughed at the name of the 7th episode.
I'm just sad we'll have to wait six weeks for the Mister Rogers episode.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Man, I missed this show.
Five minutes in and I'm already thinking "what the hell am I watching?" But in a great way.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.So...is it a good idea for a modern film crew to join them in imperial Russia?
Cause they are gonna draw attention.
But yeah, as usual this show has no damned rails.
One Strip! One Strip!Aaaand our first villain on the "most evil people in history" tract is someone who is rather well known to probably not deserve that reputation. Neat. Great start. Still can't wait for the Genghis Khan episode.
This kind of thing is why I loved it when this show transitioned from being actual history to folklore.
Meanwhile, I legitimately love the fact that the camera crews have absolutely no camouflage despite them and their technology being like eighty years in the past.
Addendum: Oh, god. Someone's going to eventually eat Rasputin, aren't they?
Addendum 2: Oh, god. Someone ate Rasputin.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Well goodbye Mona, they tried to make you work, but you never quite gelled like the rest, but behrad is taking after his sister and fits in really well. I kinda hope he stays after they get zari back
Any idea why Behrad's last name is Tarazi now instead of Tomaz? That a Hey World timeline change or a Crisis-rebooted-the-universe change? Or is there some intricacy of Persian naming conventions I'm unaware of?
Never change Constantine...
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.
Even here they didn't depict him as totally evil. He was genuinely helping Nate and unlike the Disney movie had an amicable relationship with Anastasia. His goal was to save Russia, which considering what is coming, is an understandable goal. Well, it depends on what Rasputin's stance on communism and gulags are or what his own idea of a good Russia is. Plus, he was quite funny and is technically still around.
It is possible that the afterlife operates under Easy Road to Hell and given the theme of last season, it is possible that the legends will learn that not every sinner is deserving of hell.
It is also a bit funny in a macabre way that the Legends were trying to save the Romanovs so that they could die just a few years later in a much more agonizing death. Anastasia might have even be alive had the Legends not foiled Rasputin.

if he hadn't gone and pointed out his younger self I would have said it was to avoid anyone coming after his baby self
I love this goddamn show.
Please note: in the opening of the episode, when they quickly flash a bunch of YouTubers reacting to the Hey World! incident, those are real YouTubers.
Also, a number of things happened in this episode:
- Ray performed a Thanus, although at the other end.
- It turns out Zari's brother is a pothead and uses his Wind Totem to get rid of pot smoke.
- Nora is still a Fairy Godmother, so now Ray has a "girlfriend in Canada" problem.
- No more Time Bureau, I guess. Although it makes sense — after you put a demon in charge of things, the government is going to shut you down. Or promote you, I guegss.
- Mona is gone! By Mona! I liked you, but you didn't quite fit in!
- Ava wrote her own performance review. And it was scathing. (Of course it was.)
- Their kiss at the end with the dip, the faint, and the thumbs up? *chef's kiss*
- Zari with the Leia hologram! And Gideon was trying to remind them all throughout the episode spouting things like "Captain Cat" and "Marion Ravenwood."
- In a matter of seconds, John Constantine strolls into the Waverider, drinks Rasputin, and sends himself to Hell.
I love this goddamn show.

10 seconds. Not even 10 seconds in and I'm already screaming with glee.
Did they actually just give cameos to some of my favorite reaction channels (BlindWave, Free Bicycle Tours, abnormallyadam, and Married2theReal) ?
Fuck man, this show, this verse REALLY loves their fans

I was a little worried about how she'd fit in with the rest of the group, being a grounded, harsh, solution oriented Only Sane Man, and I love that they found a way to actually use that to make her just as zany as the rest of them.
Her hat being that she compartmentalizes situations and jumps to "fixes" without really paying attention to context, leading to said solutions making things worse, and she's so razor focused on results that she doesn't actually get people. Literally every idea she has this episode makes tons of sense and is also really bad.
Her going "I know! Let's just murder the bad guy instead of all this subtlety crap! That'll fix all our problems!" is my favorite gag.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. And then Mick's like, "I'm in." He's found a murder buddy!
So apparently, the kiss at the end was not planned and Caity Lotz did it as a blooper. But it was so good, they included it in the episode.
Man I missed this show. I loved this episode.
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadCan I say what a wasted opportunity it was not to play this song?
Lol. My father plays this song all the time. It's actually quite the Ear Worm.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I just can't wait for them to go to medieval age and make a "flat Earth" joke.
*5: Somehow I watched that the first time, saw the kiss, but missed the part where Ava collapsed afterwards. That's adorable!
