So, think Izuku has only made progress with Nana's Float, or all three of the Quirks he found out about from All Might's research?
I dunno if he will just show up with a new Quirk next time we see him. Unless we get the appropriate chat with Nana/the other vestiges shown.
Secret SignatureI think he will show off float, and then we get more drama on how to unlock the other two quirks he knows about
Reminder that Heroes Rising is coming to US theaters tomorrow.
Already got my ticket for Saturday.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I got my ticket too. I didn't even think there was a dubbed version so I didn't look, but I saw some people talking about whether they're going to dub or sub version? IS there a dubbed version out there? Well for my case the cast only lists Japanese V As so I guess mine is subbed at least.

Yeah there are dub screening's alongside the sub ones. The first movie also had them both too. The viewings usually each lists which is which.
My ticket's for the dub.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I'm watching tomorrow. New job hasn't started yet so I'm going at noon so I can have my pick of the seats. Watching subbed. May watch dubbed later.
This is an unusual thing to say, but I think that brush you're painting with is actually too narrow there. The US is not the be all and end all of the Western World. It's already opened in the UK and it doesn't open in Australia and New Zealand for another two weeks. (We may be geographically eastern, but culturally we're often considered "Western".
Remember, even just on this forum We All Live in America is not Truth in Television.
Alright I didn't know it was specifically for the US, I'll change it.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."aw come on everyone knows aus/nz don't exist
Brazil never gets any anime movies on the theather, so no difference either way to me.
I live in europe, but not Germany or the UK so no movie for me either.
Norway, we got Kimi No Na Wa. Hero Academia movies, hahahahaha!
Free my mans and womens from the oppression of lack of anime showings
Well, I got my ticket for tonight.
I just got back from the movie, and it's theory time: While One for All is shone to have a will of its own, I think the real reason that Deku got it back was because of the manner in which it was transferred. When Deku received the quirk from All Might, he was specifically told to eat a piece of All Might, but Deku transferred the quirk to Bakugo by mixing blood. Perhaps because the transfer wasn't completed properly, it was only temporary.
Its clearly The Power of Love returning it to Deku
Because man those two kids look a lot like a mix of Bakugo and Deku.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.ITS MPREG TIME
I bet the transfer would actually have been permanent if this was the final fight like Horikoshi originally planned.
Just got back from watching it myself. Definitely a very non- canon movie, whereas Two Heroes was much more isolated and self- contained, so people not mentioning the events in-series is more believable.
A lot of 1-A's kids got their moments to shine, which was nice. Great animation in the fight scenes, the final boss fight especially was pure visual spectacle.
Timeline theory-wise, I'd say it falls between the My Villain Academia arc and the 1-A/1-B joint training exercise.
Not sure that really clears things up. My Villain Academia they made clear happened very close to the First High End attack, what with Ujiko giving Dabi Hood to test drive. The Joint Training Arc may have been published before MVA, but its more likely occuring during or after the MVA arc.
Vegeta: I'm back bitches!I only posit that because Izuku didn't use the Black Lash or make any mention of it at all during the film, while at the beginning the League involved in the heist to retrieve Nine were all Twice clones, meaning he had gotten over the trauma related to self-cloning, so it's definitely after the MVA arc.
Also it's snowing in Japan. So between November and February, maybe March. And if I recall correctly the joint training exercise was when they debuted the winter versions of their costumes.

We basically skipped over March in the manga, so I'm going with March.
I saw the movie earlier tonight, and it's fantastically amazing. :)
As a matter of fact, I think it might be easier to list the only part I didn't like. For some reason, I was kind of hoping that werewolf guy would have turned into a dragon. ^_^;;
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Just saw the movie. It was pretty fun overall but as far as specific thoughts go:
This was definitely better than the last movie about including everyone, but I have to laugh at how Toru is the only one who doesn't get to do anything even remotely impressive or cool looking. Hilarious.
None of the villains are compelling or interesting, which for a movie like this is normally fine, but it kind of seemed like they wanted us to be interested in them? But their motivations and goals were pretty bog-standard/non-existent.
I guess weather-control was supposed to be Nine's original Quirk? Not really sure why that was apparently messing up his body...
It's an interesting take how instead of giving Deku a harem of cute girls, in this series it's a gaggle of cute kids to look up to him. But these kids are (probably) non-canon.
It really is hard to pinpoint a hypothetical time this could have happened, given the things alluded to here.
The very premise of why the kids are alone is pretty thin but, again, non-canon so it hardly matters.
Well, Gentle's case and the Hosu trio's case have slightly different set of problems going on. They share the "intervening with quirk without proper qualification", but on top of that Gentle has "obstructing operation of the actual professional on the scene and ultimately causing major harm to the rescue victim who could have been saved". That one is probably what screwed his family big time more than the unlicensed quirk intervention, they likely had to pay reparations for the injured victim and their home seemingly got vandalized by angry neighbors as well.
Meanwhile for Hosu trio the unlicensed intervention is more or less the main offense. Technically there's the fact that they went against their supervisor's orders (when it's their authority that allows the kids to wear the hero costumes in public and act like heroes) and they injured Stain with their quirks, but that imo falls under the unlicensed quirk usage thing. So the two offenses were similar in nature but Gentle had added baggage of actually causing harm with his actions.
