Where there's life, there's hope.PEARL SAYS SHIT
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaWhat, her mixtape consisting of partially-bleeped profanity where you can still hear her say "KISAMA" wasn't a clue to her potty mouth? :V
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Check this pic out!
The Protomen enhanced my life. That makes Agent 4 the only one to have been consistently shown as always the same gal in all official media.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Agent 4 also seems to be an massive dork.
Is... is Pearl shrinking?
Yes I know she's crouching but at first look she looked really short.

This song needs more love.Isn't 8 the same as the default? She just wears different clothes.
Also, not having 8 as selfie taker. 0/10.

Where there's life, there's hope.So I think this means 3 is the only agent not to have a default canon appearance? Let's face it, everyone played as a girl in the first game anyway.
no no, the obvious answer is that 3 is genderfluid and changes their appearance on a whim through ~inkling shapeshifting~
you know, like how you can change your gender/eye color whenever

off the shitsAgent 3 has been shown plenty of times in trailers and artwork as a green/yellow girl, with some appearances of the boy. Agent 8 has been shown as both the Octoling girl and boy, with mainly the girl appearing in promo material.
Agent 4 is the only one to have ever been shown with a consistent appearance.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."So I finally got around to finishing all 80 Octo Expansion stations. The only one I was worried about was Girl Power Station, and I ended up only having to continue that one once. Tried a couple different things, settled on the dualies — my winning run I started with ink armor so I could be super aggressive with the first couple octolings without having to worry about it, then grabbed the splashdown once they were coming from both sides and used it to smash the crates in the center, since at that point they do more harm than good by blocking your line of sight.
I spent like a half hour straight on the bonus boss. Didn't beat it, but I feel like I'm getting closer. The one thing that's helped me most is to never stop strafing. If you're not moving laterally, you're almost certainly about to die. Meanwhile, as long as you're moving to the side, his aim is shit and I've survived losing my armor right next to him as long as I had an ink path to keep moving (slow as it is when your armor is broken). I've gotten up to the... fourth? stage (inkjet, bubbler, tenta missiles, splashdown... yeah, fourth) but haven't quite managed to get past that one yet. It's mostly the autobombs that are getting me as I'm avoiding the splashdowns, since running the hell away from the splashdowns doesn't leave much room for error, so one badly-placed autobomb can ruin your whole day.
I have to say, I super appreciate the way they set the fight up. Just dive right in, no dialogue, no intro cutscene, just fight — and when you die, no game over message, no "do you want to continue or exit?" dialogue, just back to the beginning and try again. It makes the whole process way less frustrating, since you can try again immediately and focus on your next attempt instead of getting annoyed when you lose again and have to wait for the fight to reset again and watching the stupid intro again, etc.
Also, when the hell can I get that cape to wear for myself?
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.Wouldn't it have been neat if that were the bonus boss reward item?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThe main artwork of Octo Expansion only shows the girl though.
Where there's life, there's hope.Oh man, that group photo shot is amazing. The only thing that could make it better would be female Agent 3.

Forever liveblogging the AvengersThe first thing that popped into my mind when I read that was "pantalones giganticus". I don't know if this is better.
pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSWell the first thing that comes to my mind with that quote is some potted plants :V
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!@Jovian: That's actually the fifth stage. It goes Inkjet, Bubbler, Autobomb Launcher, Tenta Missles, Splashdown. The trick with Splashdown is that you can hide from it behind cover; even if you're inside the dome, if there's a solid object between you and the boss it won't hurt you. So just run up to one of those weird box things and keep circling 'round it until the boss stops jumping.
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Oh right, I forgot about autobomb launcher because he's throwing autobombs all the goddamn time anyway. Using cover will be a help, so thanks for that — one of the things I've learned in this fight is that the visible explosion radius is a dirty lie, so that might as well work in my favor for once.
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.
Well, that's frigging adorable. Even if you can't understand any of it.
It's been fun.
