I just read Faux's fanfic for Kara and I'm just here like "Yeah, that would work." Sorry I ruined it.
"Sorry everyone, sorry I didn't die like I was supposed to." ._.
Sati, it is now retroactive Canon that those were her last words in the original Mythril Verse.
Mé féin ag daṁsa faoin ngealaċ seanrince gan ċeol leis ach ceol cuisle. DS FC: 4141-3472-4041, feel free to add me.That's actually the tagline of her career.
"Sorry I didn't die when I was supposed to", she says as she returns from capture.
"Oops, sorry I made it through that whole mess, maybe next time guys", she says as she leaves Midgard.
"Man, sorry I'm bad at dying," she might have said after the pirate attack. We don't know since she was missing her face at the time.
edit; Ahhhhhhh that was originally a bit more morbid than I though

Sorry if my joke was too gross/offensive, I edited out the really gross part. My sense of humor has gotten more morbid over the past while, but that was too weird even for me. Don't write jokes on a badly stressed work day.

Reminds me a bit of a similar line from Fist Of The North Star said by a character (in the animated adaptation) when his death from the manga doesn't happen when it's supposed to.
Hmm. Currently, we've got a problem - all the slots are full. I slightly suspect we've lost someone in the time between this mission and the last, though, so we'll see. Might just let the Feds have an extra person, considering they have a problem of historically hemorrhaging players.
Honestly, I'd do that. There are a lot of people I haven't heard from here in a while; Sabresedge, Lemurian and Teh Stanman. These guys should get heads up notices since they haven't posted since our last encounter.
I'm hesistant to kick Lemurian due to him having 2 characters but yeah, no point having two deadweights.
Alternatively, temporarily filling in for Flanker who has been excused for a set absense. By the time Flanker returns, there should be at least one drop out so things would work out by then.

There would be no survivors.
I am become Death, Destroyer of Miniputts.So, 5 days until a purging of the ranks. Once this happens, it looks like the vote is for a return to the hanger and recap rather than a daring escape mission;
We're still waiting to hear from zzzDragon, Nman, Teh Stanman, Eponymous Kid and Son of a Melonhead. zzzD, I'm fairly confident we should hear back from.
One of my characters and both of Lemurians are retiring, free up slots for active pilots. Meanwhile, Azure, Azuare, Sabre's Edge and Tricksen are almost certainly gone in my opinion. I wouldn't mind being proved wrong here but yeah.
Eitherway, the Squads are collapsing into a single group on each side and a lot of space for new pilots/players have become available so, if you can keep to an enforced "one post every 3 days minimum" schedule, we'd love to see you on board.

Thinking about a Cent Albatross pilot.
Also have some interest if you guys aren't swamped with characters.
"You're an enemy of art and I pity your ignorance" - Domingo Montoya Help save the rainforest for free simply by going to Ecosia.org.We would be interested! Unfortunately things are slow due to Christmas but however if you post drafts, I can look them over as the designated grinch. I'm Co-GM so I'd be leery of official and final approve but I'm usually the one Hydrall goes to when he wants reasons why something wouldn't work so you'd only be waiting for final approval.
I recommend going Centauri side as if we're writing in Des then it is easier to write in two rather than coming up with reasons to introduce both of you to two sides simultaneously.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.Centauri is the cool team for cool people.
Well, after those totally unbiased recommendations, I guess I'll go for Centauri. I'll have to do some archive binging though to get a feel for this RP.
"You're an enemy of art and I pity your ignorance" - Domingo Montoya Help save the rainforest for free simply by going to Ecosia.org.Mostly done with the character, just stuck finding a good four-legged mecha picture...
Character
- Name: Eamon Mac Cheallaigh.
- Callsign: Black Prince.
- Faction and Rank: Centauri Commonwealth — Seventh Knight.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 27.
- Appearance: Tall, burly and muscular. Ginger hair, scruffy beard, broken nose. When wearing uniform, tends to look like he was stuffed into it and would burst out any moment. This guy, basically.
- Personality: Cheerful, boisterous, and above all, big. Eamon is a simple man, enjoying the simplest things in life: food, beer, a good laugh and destroying Frames with a high-powered particle gun. He likes things big, from food (nothing less than three servings per meal, thankee) to Frames. He can be surprisingly gentle when it suites him, but that almost never happens.
- Backstory: the scion of a minor noble family from New-Tyne, Eamon was bored
a littlea lot with the quiet, rural sort of life he could and should have lead at home, so he enlisted with the army. He first served as a regular fighter pilot with distinction before being chosen to train as a frame pilot, and when he showed aptitude for making things go BOOM as well as a surprisingly cool head in combat, promoted to knight. Right now he's fresh out of training. - How you became a knight? Promotion from regular flying after distinguished service.
Frame
- Frame Name: Caernarvon.
- Frame Model: Albatross.
- Weapons Loadout:
- Hadron MECC
- RLW-5 “Long Haul”
- Appearance

The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundSeeing as how one of my characters love the Centauri with all her heart, and my Fed character hates the Fed military with lukewarm passion, I'll have to agree that the Cents are better.
I am become Death, Destroyer of Miniputts.Alright, after talking it over with Hydrall, I decided my heavy firefighter idea wouldn't work so I've decided to scale back and make a lighter fighter. Ha - that rhymed!
- Name: Sam Walker
- Callsign: Pee Wee. It's a nickname he received in boot camp due to his small height.
- 'Faction and Rank: Centauri — Seventh Knight.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 23.
- Personality Sam is boisterous but happy. If you are his friend, not only will Sam not hesitate to have your back, he will often provoke a fight if he sees anybody even remotely insulting you. He loves going to the gym to work out and prides himself on his muscular body. Thus, his type of girl is one who is also athletic. Due to the abuse he suffered, Sam will fly into a rage if he sees any type of bullying going on. Enjoys manly pursuits such as hunting, beer drinking, and women (when he can get them). Fights not out of a love for the Centauri but, rather, just for a love of fighting in general.
- Appearance: Jacked as hell. Sam's primary hobby is working out to compensate for his small height (Five feet and a half and don't you forget the half!) so his body is quite muscular. He has a buzzcut and a thin scar underneath his lip. His eyes are brown and his skin is of a copperish hue.
- Backstory': Born on Túgaiyaalíné - the Apache Cultural Center on Atlantica, Sam Walker idolized the legendary warriors from his peoples' past. Ever since he was little, he wanted to be a warrior himself and would often pick fights at school where he would inevitably get his ass handed to him due to his small size. However, he didn't let this get him down and he joined the ROTC program in his high school and began working out. In addition to getting him in shape, it also kept him out of the house where his abusive mother would inevitably be at odds with his alcoholic father. Eventually, he enlisted in the Royal Navy and became a midshipman.
- How you became a knight? Due to a spectacular raid that he accomplished with no casualties amongst the men he led, the higher powers that be transferred him to begin training as a Knight.
- Frame Name: Baby Blue
- Frame Model: Spitfire
- Weapons Loadout:
- PDW-5 Mafioso Plasma Shotgun
- WR-02 Beam Saber
- Appearance Standard suit with a robin's egg blue painjob and a white stallion painted on the chest.
